Comes when you call him! Vlad was able to come by within an hour of my call. He quickly assessed the situation and went to get more tools. The problem was more complex than I had thought, he handled the whole plumbing job with ease. On time, reliable, courteous, clean, & fairly priced. I definitely recommend Vlad!

Vlad is THE jack of all trades professional handyman.I moved into a new apartment, and there were a lot of miscellaneous repairs and updates that I wanted to take care of. Over a few weeks, Vlad diligently ticked off everything on my to-do list.1. Swapped out the ceiling fans for new light fixtures and recommended different light bulbs to improve the ambiance2. Repaired the antique doorknobs that had fallen off3. Removed pots and pans wall mount, stripped the wall, removed the wainscoting, and installed custom floating shelves4. Patched holes in the wall and sanded down the existing bumps5. Taught me how to paint my living room myself and how to clean paint if it got on appliances or the floor. He sent me Amazon links so I could purchase all the needed painting tools and supplies myself and how to clean everything to reuse them again.6. Rewired and hung all my artwork and mirrors7. Fixed the outlets that were not charging things8. Increased the water pressure of my bathroom sink9. Replaced the old kitchen faucet with a new replacement10. Fixed a botched TV mount and reorganized all the wires so werent a tangled ball crammed into the outlet strip.Hes a clear communicator, always on time, and reasonably priced. Hes also super clean and tidy and is super careful when working inside your home.For as long as I live in NYC, Vlad will be my go-to trusted handyman.

This is not an exaggeration that Vlad really can fix anything, to which I am a witness. Hes done a tremendous high quality job fully renovating my apartment which involved skim painting, complex carpentry, flooring, tricky electrical and plumbing, and tiling. He even replaced the old mesh on my window screens. Its been a large-scale and lengthy project and the final results were phenomenal. Vlad impressed me with his top-notch professional expertise, unique skill set, mild manners and an impeccable work ethics. Throughout my renovation, he had many opportunities to prove he really was the best. He used his many talents to confidently navigate out of so many unpredictable and difficult-to-resolve situations, and was resourceful and inventive. In the end, I was one happy customer. I think of Vlad as a class act and a humble genius in his own right who is always looking outside of the box to find the best solutions. I have a lot of respect for Vlad and would highly recommend him to anyone who is able to recognize honest and dedicated hard work and can appreciate Vlads advanced professional skills and positive I can do it attitude.

First of all, Vlad is a genius electrician - he hung a fixture for me that had to be completely re-wired for the location and he did it neatly and quickly. He’s hung every picture in my home with precision. He has fixed my printer 3 times, not to mention dealing with plumbing issues in my place that no one else seemed to be able to figure out. He’s smart, incredibly handy, neat and thorough and always shows up on time. You won’t do any better - worth his weight in gold! T-Y, Vlad!

Vlad is a consummate professional, and I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a handyperson. I needed some repairs for one of my rentals; Vlad did an outstanding job repairing previous water damage on one of my walls, regrouted and caulked the bathroom and repainted the living room. During the project, I decided to remove my kitchenette. Vlad found me a subcontractor and ensured the replacement was done before my new tenant moved into the unit. If you need anything fixed in NYC, Vlad can fix it.

Vlad is amazing! He came highly recommended from some people who said they’ve used him for installing blinds, painting, and doing carpentry work in their apartment and they were highly pleased with his work. I needed him to do some plumbing work and hang a few picture frames and he did a fantastic job. Even my contractor couldn’t fix the problem but he did! He’s incredibly talented at what he does and a great guy as well!

Vlad is INCREDIBLE. There is nothing he cant fix. Plumbing, Carpentry, Electrical, aligning walls. Everything else. Unfortunately, I had someone do work before Vlad that didnt have Vlads skill. Vlad started with a few smaller projects and didnt break a sweat. The work expanded from there. With every task, Vlad make the very best suggestions on ways to resolve the issue and complete the work. I have a 1940s dining room table with drop down leaves. The legs were starting to separate from the base making the table wobbly and insecure. Several craftsman told me it’s not worth fixing because it’s too old and the legs are too hard to secure. Vlad was able to stabilize and support the table legs within a half hour. Now the table legs are strong and secure and the table functions again as it was meant to function. Vlad is the best! Highly recommended for whatever work that needs to be done. Reliable and friendly service. 😃

Vlad was introduced to us by someone who had used him and stated that he was a competent and honest guy. After using him , we agree 100%. We have an apartment in Manhattan. Vlad fixed our kitchen faucet which was clogged with rubber that had broken off from the valve. He also replaced some door knobs, hung two heavy mirrors and repaired a toilet tank float. We are glad we met Vlad.
