I observed a leak emanating from the rear of my toilet, which was over 15 years old. I immediately contacted NYC Plumbing, and employee arrived to inspect the toilet. He examined my toilet and determined how the repair would be performed. He also quoted a reasonable price. When the plumber returned with the toilet, it had been satisfactorily installed. The plumber was both courteous and skilled, and he left my bathroom spotless. I have never used NYC Plumbing before, but I am extremely pleased and will undoubtedly use them again.

He described the problems we had, what needed to be done, and exactly how he would do it. After finishing, Jeffrey took me over everything he had done, giving us the before and after photos of the repair. The installation of a faucet will be done by phoning next week. The initial technician, Tyler, appeared to have resolved the issue I was experiencing at the time (or so I thought), but I later discovered that the issue had been transferred to another location, where I subsequently encountered problems. They sent technician Anthony after a callback, and he was FANTASTIC. My fiancé could not cease raving about Anthonys friendliness and efficiency. He stated that Anthony was identical to the person depicted in NYC Plumbing commercials. He resolved the issue and explained what may have gone awry the first time. We are entirely satisfied with Anthonys ability to resolve the issue and his positive and courteous demeanor. When I spend money with a company, I search for employees who are satisfied with their position. CUSTOMER SUPPORT!

We had no luck in getting anyone else to show up quickly. The name of the worker that helped us was probably Anthony.
