We had a pipe start leaking badly and as first time homeowners we weren’t sure what to do. We frantically called around but didn’t hear back from several plumbers. One said they could come out but would charge a fortune. We gave Pate Plumbing a call and they not only answered the phone, but said they’d come over that afternoon. After they took a look at the pipe we immediately felt relieved. They thoroughly explained what was going on and gave us a few options. They arrived right on time, came in and replaced the pipe quickly, and cleaned up before they left. The prices were very reasonable! Doug told us we could call or text him if we had any problems or questions after he finished the job. It’s so nice to know we can count on them for any future problems! Will definitely be recommending to our friends. Thanks guys!

I called Pate based on recommendations from neighbors to look at a small water leak in my laundry room. Doug and team came out promptly and gave me an estimate. After comparing prices I called Doug to schedule. His team came today and dug out around my water line, sealed around the line from the outside and inside my laundry room, and backfilled the hole. They were in and out in just a few hours and the price was extremely reasonable. On top of that, Doug was polite, professional, and gave my dog lots of love ❤️. Highly recommend! I cant say enough good things about Doug and his wife. They were a blessing to me today. My cold water handle broke off due to the shower curtain falling on it. Doug was out the same day I called him and had it back operational in no time. The charges were more than reasonable and he had what he needed on hand. I certainly appreciate his timely repair and not charging me an arm and a leg. Thanks so much!

I cant say enough good things about Doug Pate. He went above and beyond to help me. He went several places to find the specific water heater needed, without success. When he couldnt find one in stock, and knew it would be 2 to 3 weeks to order and receive one, he found a solution. He used a regular water heater and modified it to work. He had to slightly enlarge the doorway it needed to fit through as it was too large. He took it in stride and did it. Im so pleased with his work and concern for getting the job done, I wont call any other plumber in the future. Due to the type of water heater used, an electrician had to lengthen the power cord for it, but Doug was careful to check and make sure that was okay with me. It was a very small cost compared to the inconvenience of having no hot water for an extended period of time. Each step of the way Doug was careful to make sure I agreed with his plan, and Im delighted with the outcome. You cant go wrong using Pate Plumbing!

Doug and crew replaced a hot water heater and inspected a few valves I had questions about. He was great at communicating, arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left the place clean. He was affordable and didnt try to upsell things I didnt need. This was by far the best plumbing experience Ive had and highly recommend.

I found Pate Plumbing online and contacted them. They quickly got back to me and discussed the options available for my home and was able to come out the next day to quote and also install the new system. Many other big companies wanted to charge 40 to 50% more than I was quoted by Pate. He installed and replaced my old water heater very quickly and the work done was also very professional. I would highly recommend Pate plumbing in the future and would also use him for my future plumbing needs.
