    Susan, in the office was wonderful. She coordinated my service with Estes septic and did an excellent job in an emergency situation. The guys who did the pump installation were right on time and jumped in wasting no time to get the job done. They noticed that the original install was not done correctly and took great care to make it right. So pleased I would definitely recommend them!

    These guys are great. I was afraid I had a serious drain issue but they took care of everything in a quick and professional manner. They checked the rest of the plumbing and took care of a couple minor issues they found. No upselling either which is always appreciated. I hope I dont have plumbing issues in the future, but if I do Im calling Norton.Update: Noticed a strange smell in the basement and water in my sump pump. I called this morning, December 21st, and they had a team out not 30 minutes later. They did a thorough inspection and answered all my questions.Good, responsive and honest professional tradesmen are hard to find. Ill stick with these guys.

    Centerpoint Gas came out to change our meter and could not get the pilot light to stay lit after changing. I called and Charlie came out and got it lit but unfortunately a few hours later and it went out again. I called immediately and left a message on your answering machine. The next morning after not hearing from you I called and talked to the young lady. By 2:00 pm Jaden was here to replace my water heater and all was great. Just hate that I had to spend $135 for a service charge and then turned around the next day and bought a water heater. Service was great and much appreciated.

    We have been going back and forth with different plumbers for over 2 years at our house and no ne could fix it. We called Nortons and they said they were able to fix our sewer pump along with fixing our new sink faucet for under $500! All together it was $625 but they could fix what was told by us was unfixeable and if it could be fixed would cost thousands so thankful for Norton

    I had a bit of a scare when my mother called a plumbing service for a clogged drain and was told that the pipes needed to be replaced due to tree roots. They quoted her a cost of over $10,000 for just 40 feet of pipe. I advised her not to do anything until I could have it checked out. I contacted Norton Plumbing and spoke with Amy who was incredibly helpful and was able to schedule an appointment for me the very next morning. Jaden arrived and used a camera to determine that there were indeed tree roots in the pipe, but luckily no breaks. He was able to remove the roots using a cutting blade and then confirmed that the pipe was clear with another camera check. Thanks to Jaden and Norton Plumbing for their excellent work and for saving us from an unnecessary and costly pipe replacement!

    Excellent customer service. Needed service today clogged sink I called Greenwell, Drexler, Dauenhauer, Roto Rooter, Stemler & Bryants to have all them tell me they couldnt get to me for a day or more!! Norton & Associates not only told me they could come today but also told me the tech would be here in a hour. They came in about 45 minutes and had my drain unclogged in a jiff. Techs were super nice and explained everything they were doing. After snaking the clog they replaced a pipe that was a trap that should have been a straight pipe connecting my 2 sinks. They only charged an hour labor and replaced pipe at no charge. I would highly recommend these guys to all my friends and family. They have my business forever!!

    With so many pipes, frozen and busted throughout the city, I was amazed at how fast I was able to get someone on site. They did a great job and no price gouging. Very happy with their pricing and service. Their phone number is now in my contact list under ‘Best Plumber Ever’.
