My husband and I are SO happy that we went through Hot Water Heater Pros! We originally called a different company and received a quote, but we decided to shop around. Not only were the Hot Water Heater Pros knowledgeable about our needs, transparent about their pricing, and extremely quick to come out, they were also helpful and provided us with tips regarding how to maintenance our new water heater. Steve and Chuckie were passionate about their work and they were genuine about wanting to do right by their customers. HIGHLY recommend.

The Hot Water Heater Pros were professional and easy to work with from my first phone call to the installation and finally when they made sure to clean up before they left. I had a new water heater installed at a different location due to my old one being in the crawlspace, and there were a few problems that were not expected. But Michael, Chris, and Steve problem solved the best way to do the install. Chris and Steve, who did the actual install, went above and beyond!This company provides high-quality products that they research first and fair pricing. They made sure to show me the shut off valve, and how to flush my water heater myself. They even registered the warranty for me. Definitely a company I would recommend!

The Hot Water Heater Pros showed up on time and had the same exact same brand of water heater that I wanted. I called the evening before and they were there the next morning. It took around an hour to remove my old water heater and replace it with the new one. They even added an extension tank as well. Nice little bonus. All very reasonably prices, especially for getting it done so soon and quick. I will definitely recommend them.

Thankfully, I was not in an emergency situation where my water heater was leaking or not working properly, but I was looking to replace my 16 year old water heater before having any issues.I reached out to 2 other companies to get quotes before finding The Hot Water Heater Pros. The cost of a new water heater and installation from the other companies were between $2200 and $2300 dollars. After receiving these quotes that seemed extremely high, I went on a search and found The Hot Water Heater Pros. Their price for a new water heater and installation is about $600 less than what I was quoted from the other companies AND with excellent service and experience.From start to finish, the service and installation could not have been easier. All reviews of their reviews have a 5 star rating and they have an A+ rating with the BBB. I give them a 5 star rating as well and I am very happy with the service.

After calling several places who refused to give even a ballpark estimate (or who gave very high estimates), it was refreshing to speak to Hot Water Heater Pros who gave an upfront cost, were knowledgeable, professional and friendly over the phone. Service was prompt, installers came on time and were efficient. Appreciate the warranty that comes with the service. I would use them again any time!

Best company I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with. Called this morning told them problem I was having with my water heater. They came out same day, replaced water heater and vent system and were finished within 2 hours. Highly recommend.

I called out the Hot Water Heater Pros to replace my aging hot water heater. They looked at what I had and informed me that my water heater was still in very good working condition and did not need replacement in the near future. I appreciated their honesty. There are other companies out there that would have ripped it out and taken the $$ and run. I will definitely be calling them when the time comes to replace it.
