    They were amazing! They are really a small local owned company and they’re honest. They never tried to overcharge or tack on extras. They gave me a fair price and moved and installed my water filtration system from one home to another. I’ve dealt with so many plumbers through the years. They guys were awesome!

    Rob came out the day before Christmas Eve within the hour. The problem ended up resolving itself somewhat and it no longer became a situation that needed to be fixed immediately. He didnt try to scare me into paying for something I didnt need and didnt charge for the visit/estimate. I will definitely be using their services when I need to address the issue eventually. So great having them close by in East.

    All Pipes was amazing. I’ve been having work done on my home for MONTHS and having Jay at the house working on a number of plumbing projects — was phenomenal. He was so kind and so professional and truly just the best experience I’ve had with anyone who’s come to the house. He went above and beyond. The work he did was flawless. He cleaned up everything — even taking boxes with him. I cannot say enough about the experience. He will be in my speed dial for all of our plumbing needs!

Not only did Jay show up promptly, he went and knocked on doors to help us find the source of a leak that wasn’t even connected to our immediate problem. He helped us and our neighbor and gave us a thorough analysis to help us get it taken care of properly.     I called all pipes to help fix a clogged shower and diagnose a washing machine draining issue. Jay came out and I can’t say enough good things.     Excellent contractors! Exemplaire is just how it should be, if you ask me! Their communication is clear and straightforward—nothing vague, all concrete and simple. Their website is also user-friendly and informative. They arrived on time and were very polite. They walked me through the procedures they were going to perform and did a fantastic, clean job. They even made and shared a very helpful instructional video for the water filtration system they installed. Honestly, I feel bad for their competition. I would highly recommend them!

They are a local company based in East Nashville so they fully understood all the fun quirks that come with an older house.
