I wish there was a 4.5 star rating available to me, because I feel like they deserve a bit more than just 4.0...We had a very positive experience with the Dr Drips team. The response time to our initial inquiry was very quick and the appointment was set up with ease. They did run a little later than their estimated arrival window, but I was already at home for the day, so that was not a big deal. Our technician was quick to diagnose the issue, offer a solution and provide us with a quote. We opted to have them proceed with the work and it was completed in a very efficient manner. The tech cleaned up his work area when he was finished as well.We did have some tools left behind in our yard as well as an issue with our water not being turned back on at the water heater but that was resolved quickly over the phone that evening when it was discovered.Overall, we were pleased with the service and would not hesitate to use them again.

I have finally found a trusted go-to plumber!! Tom Buck with Doctor Drips came in and did so well correcting a previous plumbers mess up with our kitchen renovation, that we hired them to execute our master bathroom renovation. Over the past 5 months Tom has been in and out of our home replacing interior lines, installing a gorgeous new tub and freestanding faucet and all the other fixtures in the bathroom on a schedule lined up with our general contractor. We also had them replace our hot water heater. They do it all! Couldnt be happier with how everything has turned out. 10 out of 10.

Ive used Dr. Drips 7 times over the last several years at two different houses and they have done a wonderful job every single time. Ive had several clogs cleared, a water spigot installed, a hot water heater removed and a new one installed in my attic, a utility sink installed, and a dishwasher leaked repaired + a new one installed. Each time the plumbers have been polite and taken care of the job. Ive been able to get someone out usually within 2-3 days of requesting the service. With my last use, Tom and Jason were particularly helpful in installing my dishwasher. They even went the extra mile and helped me fix a board that was damaged above my dishwasher. I know the owner, Jance, as we used to be neighbors and hes a stand up guy.

Highly recommended! Totally great experience! Busted pipes from a week of single digits I found Dr Drips online. Read the Google reviews and they were the only one with 5 stars, so I called them. They were here the next morning, when they said they were going to be here. There was a short delay because of ice and the owner called me. Luke shows up and assesses and fixes the problem and we’re back up and running. Service of this quality is hard to find these days! I’ll be using Jance and his team from here on!

We have used Doctor Drips a few times over the years. They are very responsive, always have a quick turnaround, and get the job done without any issues. That alone is worth the value and why well continue to use them.With that said, there is a negative and the reason this is not a 5-star review. The employee who provided the service this time had cigarette smoke bellowing off of him. It was so bad that I couldnt use our bathroom for a couple of hours before the smoke odor disappeared, and I had to wash the towels because of the lingering smoke. It was that bad.To each their own, but as a household of non-smokers, this was so off putting I would not have this gentleman back in our home. Should we need their service again, I will request a non-smokers or that the technician not smoke at least an hour before entering our home.

Tom and Chris from Dr. Drip arrived within the scheduled appointment window on 12/2/24. After briefing them on a leak and possible areas of concern, we were anticipating the worst and gave them space to determine the issue. They were transparent and informative during the entire process - stopping work to show us what they were doing and why. It turns out a previous plumber from another reputable company had done an improper fix of the same area a few months prior. Pricing for the job was also reasonable and they were open to answering our concerns about additional problems and projects. Tom and Chris demonstrated the patience and willingness to do the task right, which convinced us to reach out to Dr. Drip again for our future plumbing needs.

Absolutely recommend Dr. Drips! The owner, Jance, is extremely responsive and professional, and their prices are reasonable and they use quality materials. Tom and team did great work on the house I just purchased that required a significant amount of plumbing updates and code corrections, including replacing all of the old cast iron waste pipe in the crawl space with new pvc, replacing the old supply piping with pex, replacing the water heater, replacing my shower faucet, updating my hose-bibs to frost-free, and moving my water shut off inside rather than under the crawl space. There were a few odds and ends that needed follow up and they came out quickly to take care of them. Will be calling them for any future plumbing needs.

We contacted Jance (the owner) for a second opinion on some plumbing issues with a home we were buying. He was much more transparent (and accurate in his diagnosis) than Hiller. After giving us a quote, we sent his findings to the seller, who hired him to complete repairs. (The attached photo is something he pulled out of the sewer line. This was just the beginning of the problems.)We have since closed on the house, and while were not moved in yet, everything appears to be working great. Jance communicated very well and by all indications, did a high-quality and professional job. If we have any plumbing issues with our house going forward, well use Doctor Drips.

During the cold weather that came in right before Christmas we wound up with our hot water line freezing. Unfortunately the water line then burst. We called the big chain places and couldn’t get through to anyone. I looked on nextdoor and saw Dr. Drips highly recommended and called. The pipe burst around 4pm on Friday evening soI didn’t have much hope to get it taken care of anytime soon with Christmas weekend starting. But the team at Dr. Drips said they would look if anyone was in my area and try to get someone out that evening and when there wasn’t an option for that I was scheduled the next morning in a two hour window. They showed up in the first half of the time frame and quickly found the problem and fixed it. Turns out the pipe had been fixed by another plumber before I purchased the house and they didn’t put the pipe insulation back on as it was just laying in the ceiling. Dr. Drips fixed everything and reinsulated the pipe, fixing what some prior repair forgot and likely left us vulnerable to this problem. Very happy and grateful we found Dr. Drips and will be using them as our plumbing service going forward.

Matt with Dr. Drips was the first one to notice the major mistake of the PRV bypassing the water heater which was causing the showers and washing machine to vibrate on hot. In his initial visit he diagnosed the problem (a leaky tub faucet) suggested parts and how to source them and even checked under the house for any additional concerns. It was the day before Christmas Eve, and my Father-in-Law was staying with us. We were leaving town to attend a family gathering on Christmas Eve, and about 4 pm my hot water heater release valve began spewing water. In a panic I called plumbing companies and one did not answer and my regular company was booked for several days out. My wife found Dr. Dripps by a recommendation from a friend so I called them. They immediately called me back and they were going to be able to come out on Christmas Eve. They then called me back and had a cancellation and they were at my house around 6pm on the 23rd! I was preparing myself to have to buy a new water heater, however the techs identified the problem and did not try to upsell me. The pressure regulator had gone bad on the water coming into the house. Tom was fast, professional, and gave me a reasonable quote to complete the repair. Tom and his fellow tech had the repair done and we were up and running in under thirty minutes. I would highly recommend Dr. Dripps for any of your plumbing needs. I could have easily been taken advantage of, but Dr. Dripps was very affordable and they looked to find the simplest solution to my problem. I will call them first next time I have a plumbing issue. With a few discussions so I had an understanding and LIMITED cutting into the dry wall, Tom figured out it was not a leak from the bathroom, but a broken water line inside my refrigerator. Tom proceeded to diagnose the issue with the refrigerator and explain to me a simple fix so I would not have to call out an appliance company. Of the small mess that was made, Tom cleaned it up as if he were never there. I could not be happier with my choice to use Doctor Drips!

I cant rate these guys high enough. I purchased an older home at the beginning of this year and started having some plumbing issues - thought the pipes just needed some maintenance and cleaning when I called the guys out. After being in a tiny crawlspace for hours they found out that the plumbing in this house was done very poorly and was just pouring sewage and waste water underneath my house due to unconnected / unglued pipes AND that the slope of the lines were running uphill. Long story short - it ended up being a HUGE project but they were up to the challenge and completed the entire job (that included an entire excavation to re-route the pipes) in one day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
