I discovered a large puddle of water in my laundry room after looking to find a leak I was unable to. I new I needed a professional but these days its difficult to find a professional and trusted company after doing research I came across 615 Plumbing! I was very pleased with there reviews so I made the choice after seeing the reviews to call. They were very friendly they dispatcher a technician the same day! Our Technician was Caleb a very nice gentleman very professional and honest. Caleb took his time and explained in detail and offered great recommendations as well as fair pricing. I would recommend him and the company. I still have future needs and I will be using this company for the rest of the repair work.

Drake with 615 Plumbing is absolutely amazing. I’ve used many, many plumbing companies (including some premier ones in Nashville) and the quality of service, met with the character and integrity of Drake is unmatched. I don’t wish for more plumbing issues, but when and if I have another, I’ll prioritize 615 plumbing. They are so fair and reasonable, accommodating— but again, it’s Drake who keeps me a repeat costumer. Nothing is better than kindness met with quality work. 5 stars, for sure.

Miracle workers is what I can describe the level of service I received today. Not only did they show up within minutes of me calling, but the technician Patrick went above and beyond. I had only called for what I thought was a small issue with my sink. Come to find out my water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced immediately. Water was beginning to leak everywhere. The technician (Patrick) went above and beyond! We would have had no idea this needed to be replaced, when originally we only called for a small sink repair. He replaced our water heater, fixed the sink, and everything within only a few hours all by himself! Great work and I now have peace of mind knowing my water heater is safe, new and my home is safe from any leaks. Great work! Best plumbing service in Nashville hands down.

Got the text at 7:15am saying that our plumber, Caleb, was en route. The text included his picture and a bio which makes any single lady feel safer. We had a stellar experience with wonderful service. While not cheap, I still feel like it was fair pricing due to Caleb’s full-care service and knowledgeable, intuitive, friendly, and happy demeanor. Overall, a great experience!

Caleb was the rep that came out the next day, promptly. He was incredibly nice and ram us through multiple payment options that were available. Sadly, we did not qualify for said options, and we went with a different company but it wasnt on the reps behalf. At all. Caleb did a great job, was extremely friendly and personable. We wouldve done business with him if we were able but it just didnt work out that way. I do wish him the best in his career.

I would like nothing more than to add an additional star or two based on the kindness of our installers; however, with a handful of mishaps along with the pricing coming in at $3-5K north of many of its competitors, I can only bestow three (3) stars to 615 Plumbing.The Good: Our requested job of having the entire plumbing of our one-story home (~2,100 sq. ft.) replaced was completed successfully within what Id estimate to be an average duration of time (one week). The pipes have not proven to be problematic since their install. The installers were quite friendly.The Not so Good: During install, the lid covering our master bath toilets tank was inadvertently damaged (however... I should note that 615 quickly replaced and installed an entirely new toilet for us, which was of slightly better quality than the original). Another hiccup came in the form of leaving an unfinished pipe protruding the wall behind the toilet at its base. Lastly, there were seemed to be an instance where time was a bit mismanaged by our installers.____ ::: *** UPDATE *** ::: ____Within the last week, we were phoned by the owner of 615 Plumbing, Tyler, who wanted to discuss and potentially improve our experience.After relaying the hiccups we experienced during install (see above), Tyler offered to remedy (or otherwise address) any work we felt was unfinished or unsatisfactory, free of charge. His offer was warmly received and appreciated on our end.As for pricing, Tyler explained his practice of offering competitive wages in the interest of securing an experienced and tenured team.In considering the owners generous offer to remedy our concerns (and stellar customer service), Ive decided to bump my rating to 4 stars. :)

I called with a bad leak late in the afternoon on Thursday, and I was able to get Drake in my house first-thing Friday morning to help diagnose the issue. He put in a full day of work, and explained (patiently, to a question asker like me) what my options were, WHY he was taking the approach he did, and then he dug up my bad pipe, replaced the problematic section, installed a filtration system, and everything. He was also very informed about how financing worked, and that put me very at ease. I also appreciated that he just owned that, yeah, plumbing often requires drywall to get torn out, and that he didnt try to minimize that that was going to happen when we needed a big piece taken out. A great communicator all around.

Had an old hot water heater start burning through wires, needed to be replaced. I was pleasantly surprised when calling at 2 pm that a technician could meet me that day. Caleb showed up quickly, and was able to talk me through all my options for replacement with pricing up front. He was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, someone I felt very comfortable with going in and out of my home. He even offered to replace it that same night, so that I wouldn’t go without hot water in the morning. Instead of that we did the next day. The removal of the old heater, running of gas line, installation and venting of the new unit went flawlessly. Caleb worked quickly but very well and helped me to understand what he was doing in the process. The final result was a brand new tankless unit within 24 hours of calling. The only drawback was a little higher on the pricing end, but with Covid inflation and the quality of service received, I believe I made a great decision. I was in a panic when I heard we had a leak that was dumping 20,000 gallons of water a day. I called your office and was immediately sent someone to evaluate our situation. Mike was simply AMAZING. There was another company here when he arrived but he waited patiently for them to leave before introducing himself. Our situation was not looking very promising (according to others) until he did his assessment and figured out our problems. He could have blind sided me with multiple things that needs to be fixed and taken full advantage of my gullibility but he did not. He was very professional, straight forward, and explained everything in detail to make it easier to understand. Out of all of the people who were called out, I noticed he was the only one who came prepared with shoe covers. He even went as far as to offer the others shoe covers to help protect our floors. The Technician that came out was on time, courteous, and was very thorough. He explained to me everything he was doing and showed me what clogged the sink when I asked him. He was very apologetic when it came to water on the floor or around the sink. He also wiped up the water and put everything back how I had it. He was very outgoing and also suggested something so that my sink wouldn’t leak should that happen. What more could you ask for in a gentleman like that. I would recommend him to anyone who was going to use this company. They also installed my garbage disposal, however it was what I did that caused the clog. They are an outstanding company. Our Water Heater started purging twice in 2 days. On a late Wed. afternoon, we could not find a familiar to us-named plumber who could come out Thursday morning (which was best for our schedule)or before Sat. Then, my wife found 615Plumbing on Google and tried them. To her surprise, we got an appointment early Thursday morning. Kevin came out and provided very professional, quality service throughout. Kevin first discovered that the Metro Water pressure coming into our home was extremely high and caused our Water Pressure Reducing Valve and Expansion Tank to fail. He also believed our Hot Water Heater could function, but was leaking some from the bottom. Kevin gave us 2 repair options so we could choose the work we could afford. When we could not afford the estimate that included a new Hot Water Heater, he did not pressure us at all. As we considered our options further, they offered us 12 months same as cash with Zero Percent interest and we happily agreed to replace all. We appreciate his professional, quality work without trying to upsell us from the start. We now have a new favorite plumbing company and will request Kevin in the future.

I was asleep so when I woke up and wife showed me the bill I immediately looked up the cost of a expansion tank. They are roughly $60 give or take. So the labor was over $240 for a job that should have taken no more than a hour.Wont use again for that reason.

I had my kitchen sink clogged for more than 2 weeks. During that period I had 3 different plumbing companies trying to fix it. Before 615 Plumbing, I had Maynard recommending the replacement of the main sewer line that would cost $7000.00.I contacted 615 Plumbing for a second opinion, when the technician Jason Stalter came and unclogged the sink with a snake. He was very insistent in trying to do the basic/simple job first (snake), even though I was very resistant since I had seeing 3 other people trying to do that before and it wasnt working. I was only wasting money. He empathized with my frustration and negotiated with his manager to give me a discount in case the snake wouldnt work. It worked and, although is a temporary solution (we will have to check the sewer line eventually), we can use the kitchen sink and the cost was way less expensive than replacing the sewer line.I would definitely recommend this service.
