I have been very pleased with not only Andre and team during the mitigation team, Jeromy being so responsive during the rebuilding process and Alyssa with the cleaning team. The whole process is quite stressful and they helped me understand each part of the process which was very helpful. It is nice to have knowledgeable and caring people heading up the process.

This company was beyond amazing! They packed my entire home in a timely manner. They folded clothing as they boxed them they kept hung clothing hanging in a wardrobe box. Wrapped fragiled items. Found and put aside items we needed. Even swept up the floors. They were understanding and very patient with us during our difficult time.

Everyone at Service Master has gone above and beyond in every way to help me after a fire. They were amazing at explaining the entire process so Id know what was happening, their rates were very fair, they took such great care of my stuff and their staff were all SO nice. I highly recommend using them for any projects and will definitely tell anyone I know to give them a call if they have a flood, fire, etc! I spoke to basically every company who does this in Nashville and it was a no brainer who to go with once I spoke to Service Master. Daniel and Alicia are seriously the best of the best! I am so thankful for their help and care during such a crazy time.

Gert and his team immediately cleaned up our water damage and restored our wood floors and then worked with me to repair/remodel our bathroom. We hit many hiccups along the way, but his team worked so hard to make sure everything was right. In remodeling after damage, nothing goes perfectly so you need people who wont rest until its done correctly and who are responsive to your concerns and needs. They did this professionally. I highly recommend them.

The completed project was amazing. It was better than we expected given the condition of the ceiling before we contacted ServiceMaster. Highly, Highly recommend!!

Our insurance company gave us the choice of ServPro and ServiceMasters after a pipe break. I have had a few encounters with ServPro that were less than pleasant, so we chose ServiceMasters. Our insurance claims adjuster called Service Masters on our behalf - more specifically SERVICEMASTER RESTORE BY DAVID (a family owned group within the ServiceMasters brand). What a GRAND decision. These folks were skilled, efficient, kind, understanding, and did not stop until the job was done correctly. It was a messy job, just like all clean-ups after water or fire damage are. But Donald, Nikki, and the entire crew were extremely helpful. After the pipe break their trucks and crews were there in 4 hours. I know there were other folks at ServiceMaster Restore by David that I should mention by name, but I cant remember everyones name. Shame on me, because every person who walked in the door was professional and worth their weight in gold. THANK YOU!!!

My home’s AC unit was sprayed by a skunk resulting in the whole house being filled with the odor. Scott from ServiceMaster Restoration came out and checked the AC unit and crawl space. Afterwards he provided a detailed explanation of the problem and how to remedy it outside and inside the house. He was very patient explaining every step of the process down to the detail of what each machine did that was placed in the house to get the odor out. He also helped with preventative of the same situation happening again. He was very responsive and always on time. I highly recommend ServiceMaster Restoration!

The service was great! I had a pipe burst downstairs, and water was everywhere. They came in and cut the wet dry wall out, and made sure to dry behind the walls too. Juan and Roman were awesome! They came to monitor the equipment daily and make sure things were good. Definitely the company to go with!
