I gladly give Heritage Plumbing 5 STARS! If I could give them 6 STARS, I would. Paul and his associate were on time, great communicators, and provided excellent customer service and installation. When I needed to replace a leaking toilet, a local kitchen and bath showroom referred me to Heritage Plumbing. After I explained what I needed to Paul, he promptly set up a date and time for the work. On the scheduled day, Paul contacted me to say that he had inspected the toilet, discovered a defect on it, and needed to replace it. After he installed the replacement and tested it, Paul discovered that the replacement toilet also had a defect in the tank and the bowl. When the original supplier did not have the make and model I requested, Paul contacted another supplier. He promptly drove to the new supplier to have it ready for installation the next day. He removed the defective toilet and installed another one. Paul and his associate made sure that the new replacement was working properly. Heritage Plumbing demonstrated the traits of an excellent company. They are reliable. They do excellent work.

Excellent service. They came recommended from a neighbor and I will now be recommending as well. They came the same day I called and replaced a bad sump pump in the laundry in a short time, and at a fair price.

Clearly these guys are experts in plumbing with lots of experience with old houses. They dont over complicate the fix, but find the best and most effortless way to get the job done, and they do it really well. They price fairly and make suggestions on what they see.They were also great with my golden retriever puppy who clearly wants to be an apprentice. Paul, David and team helped me when I was in a pinch with my water heater. They communicated with me on a Sunday and by Monday afternoon they had a difficult to find water heater in my home and were done within an hour. They were friendly, honest, and affordable. These guys are so great! A neighbor recommended them. Paul and Dave came the same day. So polite and funny. My sewer backed up in my basement. They got to work right away. They found a sewer pipe I didn’t even know I had down there.m. Rodded it from the inside. They put a camera down. Turns out my kids were throwing baby wipes down the toilet. Those plus years of tree roots I guess are a deadly combo.They set me up on a yearly schedule to rod the sewer. Honestly I had no idea tree roots grow into pipes. First time home buyer. Not looking to clean up poop on my floor again. Ever:I highly recommend these guys just like my neighbor did for me.
