We have utilized the services of Modern Plumbing LLC for a couple of our toilet installations during the past year or so. Their work is of top quality and their pricing is also fair and competitive. John has also provided us good advice and referrals for some of our other plumbing projects. Would strongly recommend Modern Plumbing.

We had John from modern plumbing come out to our home here in naperville because our toilets were flushing slowly. After looking at them he gave us several options for solutions. Since they were older, we decided to replace all four of our toilets. Since we were doing so much work they gave us a discount and we only were billed for 3 of the toilets. They were super clean, informative, and did outstanding work.We couldn’t be happier with our choice!

Our water heater quit working on a sunday. We called, and then sent a text explaining our situation.Even though they werent open, Ryan answered and offered to come out to woodridge from naperville to take a look.It turned out to be a bad thermocouple, and he had it fixed quickly.We can’t say enough good things about the guys over at modern plumbing. When my water heater was going, I called them and they came out quickly to install a new one. I was worried it would be challenging to replace since it was in a tight space but they were able to work around it and now I don’t have to worry about running out of hot water! Best plumber and plumbing services in and around Naperville!! Out of no where, water heater stopped working. Called Modern Plumbing and they came out same day and were honest about what needed to be fixed and more importantly, what DIDNT. They didnt make me feel pressured into a bunch of other unnecessary items in an emergencysituation. I am having them come back soon for my remodeling project!! So glad I found them!!
