We are very pleased with the heat pump installation done by Lead Jorgen Wright, Remis Jankauskas, and Tim Tucker at CM heating. It is a very neat and professional job, it is nice to see that the tradition of taking pride in your work is still alive. This job was a replacement for the first installation that wasn’t working properly but to their credit CM heating reinstalled a new system with no fuss. Big shout out to Lyle Jones who diagnosed the problem and responded to our issues with the first installation, and a huge shout out to the team for the beautiful work that they did. Well done!

Dane is a very nice guy who is willing to discuss all my requirements for 0.5 hour and spend another 2.5 hours to tell me why they were more pricy and tried to match the price I got from another reputable company. Unfortunately the company’s services are quite pricy for HVAC installations(heat pump + furnace), their original quote was twice as expensive as what I can get from another company, or as 3 times expensive as the unit costs, for example an project with a Bosch heat pump replacement will start from 20000$ where the labor costs about 15000$ and the equipment cost about 5000$ according to many online shopping websites with shipping costs included. Even the duct cleaning work, 109$ per vent, is twice as expensive than one of the most reputable companies around here. Dane explained that because their hire great technicians which is 325$/hour for refrigerant lines work. And replacing a heat pump would take 9 hours of work. I appreciate their transparency about pricing though. Dane tried his best to get more discounts and downgraded their services and equipments. However the price is still higher than another company. I believe the main reason for such expensive services to exist is that in King County, people don’t care much about costs and have very high hourly wages so DIY replacements would be less economical, even asking another company for a second quote would cost a homeowner’s valuable time. I feel that as a resident and homeowner I have the responsibility to slow down the inflation by managing my personal requirements, by doing more things myself or asking for better quotes, and by understanding that I won’t always get what I want for.

Our A/C unit of 23 years quit on us during a hot spell. Kyle from CM Heating tried his best to no avail. He was great, didnt run up service charges, was honest and straight forward. Brandon came out quickly and set us up with an estimate and a quick time frame that worked for us. He also was up front and helpful. John, Christian and Tim came out to install the new unit (whole new furnace and a/c). On time, Fast, Friendly, Communicative and Professional. Awesome Job by the whole CM team. Would recommend to anyone.

Our experience with CM Heating has been amazing and extremely satisfying. From Andrea to Edgar to Christian and Tim, as well as emailing with Kaitlynn, we have been impressed with the integrity and consideration in every aspect of the process. We knew little about heat pumps except that one could save us money and scheduled an appointment for info and an estimate. Andrea showed up and her friendly professionalism and in depth information convinced us to move ahead with the project, while the CM Heating policies provided a sense of security and showcased their integrity and customer service focus. We have been very pleased each step of the way. Edgar did a great job setting up our electrical changes while Christian and Tim made quick and conscientious work of the installation of units. We enjoyed their friendly presence here while they worked. After our experience, we are left feeling that we made a smart investment and our house is definitely more comfortable. We recommend getting a heat pump and highly recommend CM Heating for the job.

Need a new furnace. Cm heating sent out Andrea, the in home consultant. She was very professional, but personable at the same time, asked some questions, walked around house measured windows, gave me options for best value for me. Shocked at the cost, best deal ever. Then Tim, Chris, and Cristian came to install, the very next day. Super nice guys, very fast install, made sure everything was perfect before they left. Their price, and warranty cannot be beaten. Best service, in home, Ive ever had.

CM scheduling notified us ahead of our service window and then Lance called when he was just over a half hour out, as promised.Lance was professional and friendly. He recommended service to the blower and timely replacement of a capacitor that could have failed sometime in the next heating season. Cost a lot more than we had anticipated, but we believe it was prudent to have those issues addressed before they could leave us without heat in the cold winter. We appreciated the straightforward heads-up and the peace of mind we have for the coming year.We had CM service the furnace and heat pump last year as well. We’ll be calling them next year and thereafter. We’ve had several companies service our equipment over the years, but we believe CM is the best.

I also like that CM heating streamlines the entire process by having a point person, like Steve, who is responsible for the bid estimate and continues to be the point person on site and by phone through the installation process. Our new furnace and AC are working beautifully. I felt I had the opportunity to ask questions at every part in the process.We had a follow on duct cleaning today by Keegan and Seth and we have much cleaner vents and some recommended next projects to make our home safer and more comfortable. The installation went very smoothly. Hunter explained all the salient details regarding the replaced Heater and the newly installed AC unit. I appreciated the tips he gave me about the new units as well as ideas about how to replace the water heater when the time comes. They also went above and beyond by tightening our loose garage door handle and clearly writing in the electrical panel the placement of the new/existing switches. Those additional things just make for a good experience. I would highly recommend CM Heating!

I cannot recommend CM Heating enough. They even quoted me less for three ac units than their competitors quote for two units!Lastly, their 100% satisfaction guarantee, 12 year warranty, and credentials are very impressive. I am very impressed with CM Heatings staff from Lynn the customer service agent who answered my late call on Wednesday night after 10pm. And Amys immediate follow up call the next day to move up my scheduled diagnostic appointment on the condensate pump, which was long overdue for a service. Another follow up call was made by the technician on Friday afternoon to confirm the Saturday, 7am - 9am time window the technician would arrive at our house to complete the diagnostic and repair. CM Heating also sends a photo of the tech who will be assigned to your home, a brief description of their experience, and a personal note from the technician which was a very impressive and nice personable touch. I was really impressed at the level of detail and information provided upfront before any work is actually done and service completed.The morning of the appointment, I received an updated text that Adam would be arriving to complete the diagnostic and any repairs that needed to be made. Adam also called to provide a quick status that he was on his way and he would arrive within thirty minutes. When he arrived, he took a look at the old pump, checked the drain lines, tracked the line outside the house to verify water was flowing through and the old pump was actually pumping out the excess water. Adam went the extra mile in asking about the heating furnace, the last maintenance date, regular changing of the air filters, and provided an updated estimate for the parts, service, pump replacement, and diagnostic test. He also shared how we could save on the service by signing up for the annual maintenance membership, which is a great deal and offered that extra peace of mind. And soon after Adam installed the new condensate pump he tested it to ensure the pump was working as expected and draining through the outside line. He also provided the one year warranty information for the pump and to call CM Heating anytime if there is an issue and they will come right out and replace the pump for free.Finally, Adam noticed our water heater standing right beside our furnace. He took a quick look at the water heater, checked the copper pipe for heat, reviewed the warranty and maintenance service dates, and also checked tank capacity. He shared his recommendation for that specific brand of water heater and mentioned the lifetime of these brands are usually 8-9 years. He shared additional tips and recommendations for details to watch for and notice when the water heater starts nearing the end of its life. And he also offered to provide an estimate to replace the water heater and to start thinking about possible solutions in the future.Adam and the staff at CM Heating set the bar really high with their excellent customer service, attention to detail, quality of service, and repair. And most of all the personable and professional experience provided that extra trust and credibility. I highly recommend CM Heating and their staff for any heating, furnace, estimates, and diagnostics work. Thank you!

I had sales representative Dane come out to give me a consultation on some HVAC options I was considering (new furnace and heat pump). We went over initial options and what things were important for me to have as part of the HVAC package, he did a wonderful job explaining what options he thought fit my requests best and why :). Our water heater is also in need of replacement and it turns out CM Heating replaces those as well! It was nice knowing everything was going to be taken care of in one fell swoop. Within the week, Logan, Riley, and Tyler came out to install the new furnace and heat pump and their electrician Reese helped on the electrical side of things! They worked most of the day installing the new system and did a spectacular job! I’m extremely pleased with my new system.

CM Heating is a full service heating, air conditioning, furnace, heat pump, repair and installation company. We used them for fireplace service in the past too. Our heat pump/ac and gas furnace project was done very well! They have all in house trades to complete the work, such as electricians, plumbers, duct cleaning, and of course experienced installers. Able, Remis, John, Matt, Josh, Melvin, and Igor all did great work to make sure our system was installed and completed properly. Our entire process, from contacting for an estimate all the way through to the completion of the install, was as painless as you could ask for. All of the professionals that we worked with, Brandon for our estimate and Leo (and team) for our install, were right on time, did exceptional and thorough work, and communicated throughout the process if anything at all had to be adjusted during the install. Other contractors have often fallen short of expectation on work quality and professionalism/communication; this could not be farther from the case with CM Heating. I cannot understate just how impressed and satisfied I have been with the entire process of working with CM Heating. You might be able to find a cheaper installer/dealer, but you absolutely will not be as satisfied with your project. The guarantees/warranties that CM offers were far better than those of the competitors we also got estimates from; CM offers 10 years parts AND labor (many others only offer 2 years labor) as well as a guarantee that we will be fully satisfied with our unit for the first two years or they will come removed it and refund 100% of our money. That last part is something none of the other installers offered. They also include a full duct cleaning (to be completed at a later date).As far as Im concerned, CM Heating is the only way to go for any and all HVAC needs.

I had CM Heating install a new furnace 2 years ago and was very pleased with the whole process. This week I ordered replacement filter pads. When the service tech, Riley, delivered them he asked to check to make sure they were the correct. Good thing he did, because the wrong size had been ordered. While he was there, he noticed that the Air Scrubber light had gone out and was no longer functioning. Today he came back and brought the right filter pads and repaired the air scrubber. He also explained how I could save money on parts and services by getting the service plan which is definitely a better deal. Riley was very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient! I highly recommend CM Heating!

This visit, we called CM Heating out to do a maintenance check on our gas fireplace logs. Our technician, David, was actually a couple hours EARLY and called to make sure it was ok to come out. He was very courteous, very conscientious, removed his shoes, put on booties, put down a very large tarp in front of the fireplace and was very knowledgeable! He cheerfully answered all of my questions and did a great job of cleaning out and adjusting the flames. He offered safety cautions, and honestly told us that our system was to old to install a fan as we did not have a grounded plug available in the firebox. David was an easy conversationalist and was a pure JOY to have in my home! We LOVE CM Heating!!! Since weve moved to Marysville they are the only Heating & Air Company we have utilized and we have never been disappointed! They are Terrific! I personally enjoy their cute, quirky, commercials!!!

My wife and I are first-time home buyers, so a lot of the ins-and-outs of the systems, red flags/things to watch out for, and maintenance schedules are foreign to us.I was able to get a decent price for doing the heat pump/AC unit replacement. There was a few bits of incentives and such thrown in which I appreciate on top of the bundle, so while basically at market standard in pricing, I was pleased for the level of support that was promised and included as a part of the whole system replacement.Our new system was installed (and the old one removed) by Chase, Tim, and Christian - and WOW. I have never seen, let alone heard of, a better level of service and support on a major installation like this before. I was just floored by the level of service and support. They took the time to walk us through the whole system, maintenance schedule, thermostat, EVERYTHING. Answering every question thoughtfully and empathetically, given my wife and Is newness to the process.Skip to today, when we got our first service package duct cleaning. New crew (Keegan and Seth), but the gold standard set by the installation crew was upheld perfectly with the duct cleaning crew as well. They were extremely thorough, took before/after pictures, added some additional tape to seal up our return duct/vent properly, and again were amazing at addressing the questions and concerns that we had about the ductwork and system.Everyone weve worked with at CM Heating has been top notch, professional, and - even better - personable and understanding. We were also able to contact other people who were relevant to assess what can be done in my home and how to secure a date for installation. We recently bought a new house, and replacing the 30+ year old furnace was at the top of our home improvement list. After researching numerous options, we got bids from three local companies and then made the decision to go with CM Heating.We have been very impressed with CM Heating. When they came out to our house to gather the information they needed to prepare the bid, they did the most thorough inspection and were the only company that sat down with us to go over all of our options and then prepare and give us the bid (which gave us three “good, better, best” options) before they left the house.We made our final decision on a Friday, and CM Heating sent the installation crew to install our new furnace and heat pump the following Monday. The installation team consisted of Hunter, Logan and John, and they did a great job. They worked with us to install the heat pump in the best location outside our house, and had the old furnace removed and the new furnace installed in no time. John (the electrician) did a fantastic job of installing and running the electrical line through our garage and out to the heat pump — he is a perfectionist, and all of the electrical work was A+.There were a few small challenges with the furnace and heat pump installation, and Hunter and Logan did a great job of resolving those issues.Bottom line: we highly recommend CM Heating!

They were highly professional and responsive to my questions and requests.After the install, Lance walked me through the various components of the new system and the operational and maintenance needs of each. He and his crew did great work with a high level of craftsmanship and skill. I am very happy with their work.Adding to this review based upon the A/C start-up service most recently performed. Once again I was impressed with CM and the work that was performed this time by Chase Banta. First off, CM was able to accommodate my request for an earlier scheduled A/C start-up service date in anticipation of an upcoming hot week.Then when Chase arrived expecting a quick charge and test visit, he found a couple of issues that required troubleshooting. The first was a wiring issue that the original crew probably should have addressed, nonetheless, Chase went into the crawl space, located the junction box and corrected the problem. Next he diagnosed a 2nd floor return duct blockage problem and discussed with me various solutions. While it was not something he could deal with on this visit, he provided we enough information that I was able to address the problem myself. Very satisfied with work.

Our HVAC system died and we needed a replacement. CM Heating was really professional in the way they developed their bid for the work. This was a significant factor in deciding to go with them even though their bid wasnt the lowest. On the day of the install, Hunter and Sam showed up on time and worked diligently all day. When the work was done Hunter went over all aspects of the install as well as helping me set up a Honeywell account and App on my phone. Right now Im feeling really good about CM and their work.

Was able to notice my system is 15 years old (2007 install) and is in good condition just showing signs of wear. My furnace system does not need any major service, but may need a major repair over the next 1-2 years, due to a noticeable system noise. The Tech made a good report with photos.He recommended to continue the annual service plan, so I can save $140 on a service call and 45% on parts if the furnace fails during this cold winter season.I appreciate that I did not get early, unnecessary repairs and a costly bill, but this company is working with me to plan for the future and get all the value I can out of my furnace system.He also checked the InfaRed light system and recommended a Replacement bulb, even though they do not Service that brand. Thomas Craig came out to diagnose why the breaker kept tripping for our new water heater. He was prompt (early even), professional and courteous through the whole process, and he took the time to explain things to me and answer my questions. When he opened the electrical panel, he (and I) could see what a dangerous mess it was inside from work done by a former owner. Although he determined that the immediate problem with the water heater was a weak breaker, there were a number of obvious safety issues that need to be addressed, including blobs of aging insulation from some of the previous work (yikes!) and evidence of electrical arching in the past. He then went through the various things that could be done to fix the problems and bring things up to code. Because at some point, we will be replacing our oil furnace with a heat pump, we decided that we will have the electrical panel upgraded now to have the right capacity for a heat pump in the future. So that we wont be without hot water until the panel upgrade can be scheduled in 2-4 weeks, he went ahead and replaced the breaker today. Thank you, Thomas!

I had a heat pump and air handler installed in place of my 24 year old gas furnace. Regis was fantastic at getting me a quote in my budget and explaining all the benefits with going with CM heating. Sure, they arent the cheapest, but I can attest to the quality of the installation and attention to detail.Lewis was great at answering my questions during the installation and walking through the features. They routed the line set cleanly and rerouted the exhaust from my water heater since the furnace no longer needed to share.

CM heating tech Tobin came out today to replace a furnace thermostat not giving me correct humidity readings. The replacement was under warranty so no charge for repair nor part. All went well and he also answered some questions I had about my gas hot water tank and fireplace: they are back in the business of installing and maintaining both of them now-YAY!!! I highly recommend CM Heating - they have the best techs!

My technician was great and performed the HVAC maintenance. I loved that cleaning is included which not every business offers. He did a great job, was very knowledgeable, and everything went smoothly. The office people did misspell my email and I never got the time window for when he was arriving. The technician was great though.

We moved into a house that had a heat pump and HVAC that was installed by CM heating before we moved in. We were new to heat pumps and propane. Dan came out and showed us what we needed to know, they even put the service account in our name from the previous owners so the warranty is in our name now. Dan was very professional and courteous. My AC was new in 2020. Zack found a Schrader valve not working. Replaced it in about 15 minutes. I think the additional cost for this bicycle inner tube type valve was excessive but had to be replaced. He though was very professional and I believe did a good maintenance job. Would recommend CM Heating for maintenance work.

This was one of the best services we have ever had. The tech Dan Kelso was very professional and very pleasant. He answered all of our questions and showed us how to use the thermostat correctly. He then changed the filter to the heat pump and also checked the outside pump. Excellent service we are very PLEASED!
