I needed a few things done in my new house and I am very pleased overall with the service. When I initially called and left a voicemail, someone called me back the same day and they put me on the calendar a few weeks later, on my one free day which was awesome. They showed up on time and did exactly what I needed them to do. I liked that everything was explained to me along the way, there were numerous helpful tips and suggestions. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Im pleasantly surprised at how seamless the entire experience was and will definitely call them again in the future.

I called in this morning because I had an outlet that was burning and needed to get it fixed asap so it doesn’t cause a fire. They were able to come out to me first thing and fix the issue right away. They were fast and the electrician was super nice and knowledgeable! He was nice to my kids and funny! Super glad they were able to come out and fix the issue we were having! Will definitely call them for all my electrical needs!

We have a home warranty, have know idea why, they are worthless. I called them 1st, 3 weeks ago. I called Even, he explained how they charge, no problem and he scheduled me in. Within 2 days a very welcoming Isaac came. He was professional, and very personalable. He fixed everything we needed explained it and left.So happy to have found our new electricians.Thank you!BTW still waiting on the home warranty, WOW.

I had the BEST experience with this company. I needed a job done quickly as it was a Christmas gift for the family and we are just days away from Christmas. They were quick to respond. Our tech got the job done efficiently and quickly. Explained exactly what he was doing and why. We got the wiring done for a hot tub and it looks fantastic. I am very pleased with the service we got. Definitely will use this company for any other project we have in the future.

Really happy that we had Ackermann Electric fix the wiring in our home. Our home is a 1950’s vintage and truly needed some updates. The Ackermann team that did work for us were totally knowledgeable of what needed to be done. It included them going to the attic, running new wires and making other outlets up to modern building code. Over the years Ackermann Electric has done many jobs for us. Every one of there employees has always made us feel like we are their most important customer. We would certainly recommend Ackermann Electric to anyone needing repairs or new installation. Their a great company to do business with.

Had a great experience with Ackerman Electric. as far as the service, they came out right away and fixed the problem in a timely manner. The office girl was extremally rude on the phone when I called with a question about the bill which there is no excuse for. I would use them again as there guys are great and they know what they are doing.

Hands down the best electrical repair work I have had done, period. These folks are extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and most importantly, personable. Mike and Evan both took the time and effort to understand my situation and tailored a solution accordingly. Our experience with Evan Ackermann and his crew was top notch. We are knowledgeable DIY home builders but needed help with an upcoming electrical service upgrade, meter and panels, and expanded below ground electrical and water layout for new deep well and existing outbuildings. Ackermann Electric handled our project from start to finish with meticulous quality of service, they took the time to advise and answer all of our questions, facilitated our permitting and inspections seamlessly, and owner and staff are a true pleasure to do business with. We will go straight back to Ackermann for any electrical projects in our future.

We hired Ackermann to install a 220v outlet in our garage about 10 from the electrical box. They were professional, came out and did a free estimate and installed the wiring and outlet. The work was excellent and communication was easy and responsive. The only negative is that it seemed like it cost a lot for the time it took to install the wiring, which was mostly on the outside of the wall. The estimate did not have a break down of the cost of labor, permit, or material. About 10 feet of wiring, an outlet, a few hours of labor, and a permit came out to almost a thousand dollars.

Had a power pole come down on my property. The Ackermanns came highly recommended from Puget Sound Energy. I called them the next morning and they came out for a quote. The crew showed up the next morning and completed the job that day. The guys were very friendly and informative. They worked hard and did a great job. The bill was less than the quote and was very reasonable. I would hire them again in a heart beat.

I contacted them because of some unknown electrical problem in my panel. The GFCI breaker kept tripping even after replacing it and all outlets on the breaker. I talked to Evan via email and he was super helpful and suggested that it could possibly be the sump pump if I had one. I do, and that is exactly what the issue ended up being. Unlike some companies who would just bring a guy out and charge you for that, he was able to help without having to come out. When/ if I ever need an electrician, these guys are who I will hire each and every time.

These are the kind of people that will see your 79 year old father having a tough time finding their vehicle in the Walmart parking lot and then drive him back and forth through the rows of cars until finding the AWOL Ford Focus. I have to believe that someone that is this selfless and thoughtful would put a great deal of care and professionalism into their work. We don’t live in Mt Vernon, but if we did, we would certainly call Ackerman Electric when we needed an electrician. Thank-you for making the world a better place today!
