I bought an amish-made garage that needed electrical hookup. I called Mr electric and they came out and gave me a quote. After I accepted the quote they were here within 2 days. They hooked up my garage with electricity, installed some power outlets and lighting fixtures. They also installed a generator interlock kit to my main fuse box and made a custom cable for the generator to reach the interlock kit receptacle. Everything was tested and worked perfectly before they left. I would highly recommend Mr Electric and their services.Craig

Greg Wentworth came to our house for inspection and provide anoverview of what we needed to be done. He pointed out all thingsthat should be brought up to code and replaced. Greg explainedclearly all the reasons for this and it made perfect sense. He also thoroughly explained the safety aspects of what was proposed.Over the course of 4 days, all things were installed and workingperfectly. Greg even came back in the evening recalling thathe forgot to install one item. His work was exemplary andefficiently done. The men that helped also were very politeand would explain things if asked. Dave also installed two outside outlets on the side of the house. Dave cleaned up everything and left everything the way he found it.I was satisfied with all the work completed and would have Mr Electric and especially Dave Mercer do work for me again.

Professional, courteous service! The crew arrived on time and provided a quote for my homes issues. Recommended some things, but I never felt pressured. Respectful of my home (they even wore shoe covers, which was much appreciated!) They completed the work on a whole house surge protection system, rearranging some outlets and adding a GFI outlet for my washer in a reasonable amount of time and cleaned up afterwards. I will definitely be calling for some additional work soon!

Jack was here today, he was able to quickly diagnose the problem told me he could fix it in a half hour, well I work from home so 30 mins is a long time. Well he did it in 17 minutes and had me back to work. He also fixed a problem with the power to a few outlets by replacing a switch. Cant say enough good things about him!

We have a lake house here in northern Michigan, and are here only for the summer. When we returned this May, we discovered critters had been in the attic and chewed electrical wires doing some major damage. Knowing this could cause a fire, we were very concerned and wanted to get it repaired as soon as possible. I called all around, and not being from this area, did not have a recommendation. I found Mr. Electric by chance, and gave them a call, after calling others with no response. Kenny from Mr. Electric called me soon after I had called and left them a message. He was here within days to do the repair. He came on one of the hottest days and had to crawl around our very hot attic to get all the repairs done. He didnt complain at all, just did it all with a smile, and making sure that the job was completely done correctly. He went beyond the call to help us, and we were so impressed with his professionalism. He has made his profession a career, and not just a job. We already have recommended him to our neighbor who will use him, and we will continue to recommend him and Mr. Electric to everyone who needs an expert, caring, professional electrician! I needed some smoke detectors installed and I have the kind that plugs into the household electrical system. I had new ones from my security system, but we werent able to put those up in the way I originally wanted. So, they did a whole home safety check and found a few loose outlets and two broken ones. They replaced those and upgraded my electrical panel to have a whole home surge protector. They installed the detectors I needed to stay in compliance with the electrical code, but also installed the ones that came with my security system so that I could have the coverage I was looking for. Great work with Jason and his partner that day. Id like to work with them again.

Theyve come prepared every time theyve come to our house! We have had them help with a handful of projects and theyve always done a thorough job.
