Teddy was amazing today! He was scheduled to provide an estimate on a few things noted on my inspection report and to also install a light in my shower (per my request, it wasn’t listed on my report). I thought I would have to schedule an appointment at a later date to have the light installed and the other issues taken care of. To my surprise, he had everything he needed to get all of the jobs done in approximately 2 hrs and 45 mins! From the walkthrough for the estimate, to calculations from within his utility van, and finally the actual work… only 2 hrs and 45 mins! We did a thorough post inspection of his work and it was more than what I had expected to be completed so quickly! I’d also like to add that I requested for a quote to replace all of my smoke detectors and install CO2 detectors. But being that I was having a security system installed the next day, he was completely transparent and honest with me by telling me to hold off on getting them installed and to wait for what the security company does for me (since they will likely install monitored smoke/fire/CO2 detectors). I very much appreciate his advice and the awesome service he provided today! I will be reaching out to Arc Angel Electric again for future projects.

We had an electrical issue arise overnight. I contacted several companies, but Arc Angel was the only one to respond within a reasonable timeframe, and Harrison was able to be at my house, working on my problem, just 36 hours after it began. While they were here, they found another safety issue that we hadnt been aware of, and they were able to take care of that too. We are very happy with Harrison, both in terms of the work and his service, and we will be calling Arc Angel in the future when we have electrical needs.

Teddy showed up on time, was very professional didnt beat around the bush and go the job done. We hired him to install three exterior weatherproof outlets and had him install a dedicated line to the back yard that could be upgraded later. He also relocate a receptacle in a closet and added an additional one. He also disconnected unused wire and a switch that was just sitting in a closet. He started around 2 and this old home through him every challenge known, small spaces, old walls that had layers and layers of what seemed to be concrete. He didnt complain once, rather he shared things that I didnt fully know about the home that I am really glad I know now. He was always smiling and got the job done. I felt bad as it was getting later in the day but he kept pushing through with no breaks to get this work done. I will use Arc Angel again. Especially if we get to have Teddy back over. We will have dinner for him if he works past 5 on a Friday though.

What a delightful experience with Teddy Davis from Arc Angel. His partner had an unavoidable personal issue that turned a two man crew into one, but not only did he keep the appointment, he stayed late into the evening to complete the day’s work. He undid prior shoddy work, ensured fixtures looked right when installed not just that they would turn off and on, and generally treated our project like it was his own home. Nobody looks forward to needing an electrical repair, but we look forward to doing business with Teddy Davis and Arc Angel again!

We had a pool installed in November and the pool companies electrician did subpar work and after being left with no power for a few weeks we were left with no other choice but to hire our own electrician (Arc Angel) who sent Teddy to us. Teddy had found the break in the ground line (which was not in any piping nor deep enough trenched) While he was here diagnosing the problem he also uncovered several code violations as well. Unfortunately it seems the previous homeowners may have ripped out the smart doorbell before moving causing wire damage.
