    One of the easiest 5 star reviews I have given. This company is EXCELLENT! Quick to respond, on time, friendly, reasonable prices, and LOCAL! Shane and Griffin came to replace my busted water heater; after I spent over a week waiting on my warranty company to do it (my claim was eventually denied). One of my neighbors is a home inspector and immediately recommended The Rooter Dude. I called them late in the evening on Wednesday, received an estimate that same evening, and they were at my home first thing the following morning. Ive never been so happy to see people before my first cup of coffee, haha!They were done before lunch, cleaned up everything, and hauled away the old heater. To say Im happy with their service is an understatement. They are truly amazing and gained me as a plumbing customer for life!I cannot recommend them enough. If you have ANY plumbing needs, look no further than The Rooter Dude. I guarantee you wont be disappointed!

    Completely happy with our experience on 12/10/2024. Shane did a great job communicating with us throughout. He showed up on time and did exactly what he said he was going to do. Did it right the first time. Very professional and we would definitely use him again.

    The Rooter Dude is an immaculate company, I would highly recommend. Shane was very punctual, completed his job in a timely manner, he did an excellent job by fixing the house water pressure. On top of that he even cleaned after himself, I would recommend him highly.!! To top things off his price is wonderful very budget friendly.!! Thank you!

    I would give 6 stars if I could. We’ve had total home back ups multiple times in our rental home over the last two years and every other plumber just ran a snake until the water cleared and told us it would inevitably happen again because our pipes are old. Shane and Griffin were incredibly professional and brought in equipment that actually found the problem which was tree roots in our main sewer line. They were able to find the blockage, dig it out, and even installed alternative access points to our sewer line outside so that future issues could be dealt with more swiftly. Even though I’m a renter and they were hired through my landlord, they took the time to explain what they were doing at every point. They were kind and friendly from start to finish and I cannot recommend this company enough.

    Great experience with The Rooter Dude, worked with both Shane and Griffin. Had them replace and adjust a few items (one major one) and so far the work seems very quality. Great communication, great service. I would recommend to anyone.

    I had the best experience with Shane. His company was referred to me by a trusted friend. I started a project in my very small basement with another company. They were putting a sump pump and drains in but I could tell early on that it was not going well. I was not confident with the work that was being. I called Shane. He made time for me right away. He assessed the situation quickly and concisely. They came yesterday submerged the sump pump and added a drains. Shane is kind, patient and professionally. He is also incredibly knowledgeable about what he does and can explain very well the work he needs to do. I recommend him highly!

    Shane was great and very professional! We were unable to use our master bath, laundry room or kitchen. He was here the same day until he found the clog. Then came back the next morning to fix the sewer line. They even cleaned up the bathroom from where the backup was. Im sorry I dont remember your partners name but thank you both for helping us so quickly!

    From the minute I started interacting with the company, they have been nothing but super friendly and helpful. They were flexible about our needs and it being time sensitive. Griffin was the tech that worked on our site and did a fantastic job. He was very professional and got the job done very efficiently.     Shane and the guys at The rooter dude are great! They came and installed a Halo water filtration system at our house. Now we can literally drink out of the tap! I will never call another plumbing company for anything now I have found them. Clean and honest.

    So pleased!! I called with a blocked line and I even got a response on a Sunday. Opted for them to come next morning. 6 ft of roots had broke through my line. Had me fixed up in no time. So friendly, knowledgeable and a breath of fresh air to deal with. When finished we could not even tell their were here. Side note: I have had two other people out for this problem $$$ with no fix. Thank you so much Shane.

    Shane and team are amazing! I had a garbage disposal that was leaking and they were able to get me in with a full replacement within hours!!Shane walked me through several plumbing inquiries / processes and provided insight into another area of my home.They were quick, kind, professional and most of all, fair!     I was introduced to these guys from a friend, and told me they had a great experience. I used them on a job then a repair and now I use and recommend them for all my plumbing needs additions, or repairs. They are quick and reasonably priced and they go above and beyond on the actual work, it’s hard to find a contractor today that is not trying to price gouge you and does quality work. In conclusion these guys are honest, quality, responsive, and professional. I have multiple restaurants and they always come through!Oh and they always fix the issue on the first try and you don’t have to call them back.

    I have used The Rooter Dude twice now and both times Ive been super impressed! I had a landscaping pipe break during the bad winter storm we had in February and it was spewing water... Shane came to my rescue and fit me in for an emergency appointment. He also fixed a water pressure issue in my kitchen faucet and repaired a leaky tub faucet. Also educated me on a few plumbing things that I didnt know as a new homeowner. Ill for sure be using him in the future!

    Shane was incredible! We called for an estimate to replace a cleanout but he found there was a MAJOR blockage and got us in the next day when he repaired two cleanouts and a huge clog completely alone with a smile on his face. It was a long job but he explained everything to us, stuck to his estimate, and left us flowing clean!

    Our shower drain detached and was leaking, he did a great job fixing it, replacing some bad pipes installed by a precious homeowner, and clearing the clogged line. He was very thorough and really made sure to fix the problem, not just “put a bandaid on it”. Highly recommend!

    Call these guys first! We had another plumber do some work at our office and they messed it up. These guys came out to do hydro jetting and (unlike the first plumbers) took the time to scope the line with a camera before doing the work. They discovered that the first plumber had actually made the problem worse! Seriously, this is who you need to call for drain cleaning, hydro jetting - or just any plumbing issue for residential or commercial. Theyre honest, know their stuff, and are going to rip you off like some of the other guys.
