    P&G was able to get to my house the same day I contacted them, and their technician, Ben, was extremely nice and very professional. He helped me diagnose the issue that caused my water bill to spike, which was a repair I could make myself. He was even nice enough to give me some tips to ensure the best repair and other ways to improve the water quality in my home! I even received a follow up call the next day to ensure I was happy with the service and to thank me for my business. Great company, and I will gladly call them again for any future needs!

    Our 14 year old packaged unit needed to be replaced and we got 4 different quotes. All 4 companies seemed competent and professional, but P&G stood out with the professionalism, quality of the American Standard equipment they proposed, and the price compared to the other companies. We are very happy with our choice start to finish. When asked them to do the work the exceeded our expectations. They were on time, fast, very professional and friendly, and did excellent work. They cleaned up after the work and didnt really make a mess of things in the process. They truly went above and beyond. I would absolutely use them again and I recommend them to others with no hesitations or buts. Thank you P&G for an awesome job at a very fair price!

    I have used P&G many times for various plumbing issues and once again I received great service! Ben Deane came out today for faucet issues and was very polite and knowledgeable. He provided ideas on fixing the issue that will save money on the long run should we need additional repairs. Ben was very quick on getting the repairs completed and everything looked great!     We needed a both a disposal replaced and a bathroom sink replaced. P&G sent Ben D. We could not have asked for a better plumber. He called about 45 minutes before arriving letting us know what time he would be here. He was knowledgeable and respectful. He did the work quickly and efficiently then explained everything that was done and what we needed to know for after care. For the two jobs, the price was quite reasonable. Lower than expected. We have his card and if we need a plumber, we will definitely call again!

    Mark and his team did an outstanding job. We had a lot of old copper piping in our crawl space, so we decided to replace everything with Pex. Not only was the price competitive and the quality of product top-of-line, they were able to complete the whole project within about 6 hours. Lastly, they did a great job cleaning up after they finished. This is definitely a plumbing company I will use again in the future.

    I dont normally write reviews, but I felt compelled to do so in order to let others know what a great company P & G is. I pride myself as someone whom takes care of most of the repairs in my home. Well, recently I stupidly made the mistake of trying to take on some simple plumbing tasks in our new home. It turned out badly, and resulted in me cleaning up a lot of water off of the floor. My wife told me that I had my chance and she was calling a plumber. She did some research and found out about P & G. They sent out a great tech named Ben, who within no time had all of my plumbing problems fixed. He even took the time to explain what he did to me and helped me get set up with their air conditioning service, as I also needed all of mine serviced. He couldnt have been more helpful and professional. Almost within a business day later they had another tech, Dylan out to service all of our AC units. He also took the time to explain everything to me about all three of my units and furnaces, and gave me advice on how I could best maintain them. Both of these gentleman clearly knew what they were doing, had a great work ethic, and made me feel comfortable by explaining the whole process. I highly recommend this company to anyone whom needs their brand of expertise.

    We called P&G on the recommendation of a family member that recently used them for an HVAC repair. The technician, David, took his time to ensure that our unit was cleaned and in proper working order. He even gave us some tips and suggestions on how to better maintain our unit. He took the time to explain things in a professional manner that was easy for the layman to understand. And their prices were more than fair. I believe we have found the best service company in Middle TN.

    Henry, Dave and Ben were exceptional when installing our new heat and air unit in stifling temperatures. They were very professional, hard working and a pleasure to have in my home even in 95 degree heat INSIDE! We were quoted a VERY competitive price that the major competitors couldnā€™t come close.     P&G replaced my hot water heater. The two man crew showed up on time and completed the work in a highly efficient and professional manner. The crew was extremely nice and courteous. They completed cleaned up after the work was complete, you wouldnā€™t even know they installed a new water heater. I highly recommend this company!

    Ben just replaced my water heater after it went bad last night. He came and told me what he needed to do and was back with a new heater in under an hour. He explained everything and was very professional and got the job done super quick. Would definitely recommend!Edited to add that Mason, I think, added an expansion tank a few weeks ago and he was also fantastic. Everyone at P&G is so friendly and punctual and always gets the job done right.

    Proctor&Graves sent out David R. very soon after we calledā€”all the way to Bellevue(37221). He arrived first thing in the morning as scheduled, and even called on his way to let us know an exact arrival time. When he arrived he immediately began checking our units to find the issue. He found several small issues but kept working to ensure he found the bigger issue. After finding the main issue for each unit, he began calling to make sure our rusty coils were still under warranty (thankfully they were barely still under warranty). He never asked us to do any work in this process. After ordering new coils on Friday, he returned on Tuesday first thing in the morning to replace the coils. Even after he had everything replaced he made sure they were cooling properly and checked all the lines to make sure there were no issues not picked up the first time. He explained everything he was doing and never once tried to up-sell us on anything. We were very impressed with his knowledge, expertise, and truly caring about the job he does to ensure he does not have to come back to fix the same issue. Other companies we used in the past never found our issue, but kept replacing our coolant that was leaking (5+ visits between different companies). They never actually found out why our coolant was leaking.Very thankful for Proctor & Graves for helping us stay cool this year.

    This is by far the best service I have received from a repair company in my 15 years of owning a home. I called after hours left a voicemail for help and they back called first thing in the morning to get me taken care of. That alone is unheard of these days, usually itā€™s me chasing people down. Reliability, honesty, and professionalism is hard to find these days and they have it all from the office staff to the repairmen. We are so happy with Dave who found the problem quickly and fixed it. 5 stars all the way!

    We had Ben come and take a look at our toilet. He was very polite and friendly. He called to let me know when he would be arriving. He was thorough and explained everything well so that once he left I felt comfortable with the work that had been done and felt confident that the problem had been sorted. We will definitely use them (and ask for Ben) again if we ever have another plumbing issue.

    First time homeowner here, freaking out over old pipes getting clogged up thinking I was going to have to spend thousands (and eventually I will, but at least not today....), and these guys came out and were friendly and assuring and transparent about what was happening. The prices were more than reasonable, the fellas were respectful of our house and didnā€™t leave a mess, and they were timely and professional. They even worked past usual service hours to get the job done properly, and answered my questions and made recommendations about other small unrelated issues I was having in other parts of the house. 10/10 will definitely use them again.

    Having invited three other HVAC companies to bid on this major replacement system (compressor and coil), P&G was WAY,WAY, less expensive - others were not even close! And, P&G installed what consumer reports rates as one of the better quality manufacturers, American Standard, when other companies grossly inflated prices were on low-end Goodman. Work was done on time, accurately, and the clean up and removal of all equipment and installation itself, within the space of a few hours. Outstanding company. Finally, their service fee, the come and evaluate my problem call on your home? $20 less than the company Ive been using for years. If you have a major replacement of equipment issue at your home, youd be REALLY dollar-smart to have this company bid!

    I was referred to P&G by a good friend based on their pricing, professionalism, and service and I can say they did not disappoint. I have spent more time with a key person in this organization and not only do I like his ideas for the business but also how he has aligned himself on a more personal path. Dustin educated me clearly on what may be needed and gave options from low end to high end units depending on what I wanted and what I needed. There was not a feeling that I was being forced into an up sale that would only benefit the company. I rarely recommend for goods and services but I will continue to recommend them and I hope others have the same experience I had.

    Dave from P&G was amazing! He listened to my concerns about my HVAC system and itā€™s efficiency, and took the time to explain how it all works, and options available to address my issues. Based on my experience with Dave I was confident enough to sign a service contract knowing I will have piece of mind when it comes to my HVAC system working properly.Google will not allow me to review the same company twice, so I am adding to my originalAs you can see I was so pleased with P&G for our HVAC service, I called them for a plumbing issue. It was the same amazing service I experienced the first time. Jarred came to estimate the job and was genuinely friendly and left no question or concern unanswered and offered a reasonable price. Mike and his assistant Henry came out to do the work, and were equally amazing. It was quite clear that Mike was very skilled, and had the job done quickly and neatly Both these experiences have bolstered my confidence in this company, and I feel lucky to have chosen them.

    I noticed that my AC just wasnt quite keeping up like it should, and decided to get someone to take a look.Called P & G just after they closed for the day and left a message - they returned my call within 30 minutes of opening the next morning, and were able to make an appointment for the same day. (Did NOT expect that!!)Got a call from the technician that they were on there way and would be arriving shortly, called back a bit later to update me about a delay, but arrived when they said they would.Drew was fast, professional, knowledgeable, and took time to explain what he saw (good and bad). The price was reasonable, and I couldnt be happier with my experience. Will definitely be using this company in the future.

    I canā€™t say enough positive things about these guys! Jerrod came out the next day at exactly the time he said he would arrive to quote the job. He was very professional and accurate with his assessment. Josh came out the very next week and installed my garage sink and outdoor spigot flawlessly.     One great company. Courteous and best professional service around. I had a residential unit installed after 10 year builders grade leaked. Options were explained and full detail about the install and removal of existing unit. Installed on the defined date and time as expressed. Great follow up after the installation just to again confirm satisfaction. The company also offered preventative maintenance options post installation and did not just ride off into the sunset with my payment. Bypass all the others and go with the professionals at Proctor and Graves.

    I cant thank Ben and P & G Service Company enough for fixing our leak and getting our water back on so quickly - very professional, a very reasonable rate. Ben explained everything and did a great job - cleaning up everything after replacing the PRV and busted line to the meter. It is very reassuring to deal with a company and people like Ben and the other employees - (Im sorry I forgot their names - plumbing manager and office staff) who made the appointment process so easy.     Three days ago this business was destroyed by a tornado.I didnā€™t think they would be here to repair the faucets in my bathtub. I was wrong, I received a phone call first thing this morning letting me know they were on their way.That is true customer service !!Mark, who took care of me today, had to drive all the way to Hermitage for the needed parts.     Just received my install of our new a/c unit... when I say, Iā€™m am soo happy. Procter and graves are the best Hvac company I have every dealt with. David the rep that came out is honest. Upfront and knowledgeable. He understands that purchasing is a big investment and gives you options. He not pushing you. My installers ( Chris & David) were just as wonderful.     The A/C unit in our home wasnt cooling the house to the settings on the thermostat - it was always 5 - 10 degrees warmer than what we set it to. Called P&G and they dispatched a tech the same day. The guy was on time, professional, courteous, and answered all of my questions. He let me know that it was a bad situation, but they would fix it and do whatever they could to save me money. He also gave me some pointers I could do myself to make sure it never happens again.He immediately scheduled another crew early the next day to make the repairs, since they were too extensive for him alone and he didnt have everything he would need.The next day, the crew was on-time, professional, and courteous. They walked me through exactly what they would be doing and what to expect. Not even three hours later, repairs were complete and the A/C unit was cooling beautifully.I cant recommend these folks enough, especially if you have an emergency HVAC issue that needs immediate attention.

    We called P&G early Monday morning after noticing a leak in our shower. P&G sent someone to our house by 10 that same morning. Ben Deane was who came out to our house. He was very polite, more than punctual, and very good at explaining the situation in terms I could understand.     I got a recommendation from a friend who said that P&G did a great job for her so I called them to get a leak from the toilet repaired. Mark was my service person who was very professional and explained things well and even showed me pictures of the issue and of the finished repairs he made. The cost was also reasonable. I will use them again if I have any plumbing issues.

    THE BEST!!! While we were remodeling our kitchen, we had Proctor and Graves run a gas line to our new range (the previous stove was electric) and install it. Our range was on backorder for 26 days, but Jerrod worked with our schedule and had Jonathan to our house the day our range finally arrived. Jonathan was very professional and even helped my husband get our gas fireplace and a gas heater in the garage working! Jerrod even followed up with us later that day which was very impressive!We HIGHLY recommend Proctor & Graves and will 100% use them in the future!

    Excellent service: P & G Service Company was prompt and efficient, they were recommended to us by our handyman, Larry, who has done many projects at our home. We had had a tankless water heater for 14 years, and were used to being able to take showers, do laundry, and turn on the dishwasher at the same time. It was determined that our unit needed to be replaced. Prior to replacement, our old unit usually did a great job, but wasnt able to handle the volume of water needed at times of high demand, (the laundry would need to be reset, or sometimes the shower would go cold for a minute, things we got used to). The new unit is far superior, handling multiple baths and daily cleaning needs of our home at the same time without faultering. I would highly recommend P & G Service Company for their product knowledge, promptness, and excellent service. They got our new tankless water heater installed the same day of the original service. We really appreciate them. Im glad I called them for help. If you appreciate courteous and prompt service, give them a call.

    Honest people, great company!! I was having HVAC issues and had another company out on Monday. They were going to charge me over $1,000 for a job that was completely unnecessary! Dylan and Dustin from P&G came out today to my home. They looked at my HVAC and determined that a simple cleaning would fix my issue. They saved me well over $1,000 by diagnosing the PROPER issue. I am so happy to have found a company that has honest owners and workers & that will not take advantage of their customers! I will go to them for all of my HVAC and plumbing needs in the future.     Dylan Fiscus came to our home to work on our HVAC unit. He was fantastic. He explained what he thought might be wrong so we would have some sort of expectation. He then tested a couple of things until he diagnosed the problem. He was able to fix our problem quickly after a run to get the needed part. He was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. We purchased the Annual Service Plan due to our faith in him. P&G has a great ambassador in Dylan.

    We had a great experience with Hunter the HVAC service technician. He replaced the plenum on our a/c unit at a very fair price. It was heating and cooling our garage due to being installed incorrectly by a previous HVAC company. Hunter arrived early and finished the job in less time than what was expected. He explained exactly what he was going to do and even showed me his progress a couple of times because I was interested. Hunter fixed the problem that we had. Another HVAC company tried to sell us a whole new unit along with multiple other unnecessary fixes. I actually liked Hunter and the experience so much I decided to buy their very reasonably priced maintenance program as I will be using all of their services going forward. I highly recommend Proctor & Graves.

    Outstanding service! Im old school and believe you get what you pay for. You can pay more for the service I received for an HVAC installation but you would gladly pay twice or even three times the price I paid. Moneys not the question, quality is. The professionalism, expertise, and confidence displayed by both David Richey and Chris Barrett is above all and cannot be underrated. Their work ethic, personal attributes, and determination to leave a job at a 100% level and their customers extremely comfortable about making the right choice is what they left. We feel as if we have gained a couple of new members of the family. You will also. How many times do you feel like you have become a customer and found a concerned representative for life? Not too many these days. These guys showed personal concern and bent over backwards to insure we understood what we were receiving, the operation, and the systems potential. We rest easily knowing that we will not have any heating and cooling problems the next 10-15 years. Heck, with these guys...maybe forever. Theyre family now. Their product speaks for itself.

    Iā€™m so glad I contacted P&G to service my HVAC unit. They scheduled me promptly with an appointment that day to see why my furnace was not heating. David Richey was very interested in treating me like a valued customer and told me flat out the truth about my furnaceā€™s problem, it had dirt blocking a vacuum line and was a very easy fix. My bill was not much more than the service call fee to diagnose the problem. I canā€™t express how happy I was to pay that bill. Thanks you very much P&G.

Not only did Ben and Henry do a fantastic job, but it was much less expensive than I had prepared myself for. They were quick and thorough.     These guys were great to deal with from first call to final install. They broke down the problem with my old unit, and laid my options out in front of me with no pressure to purchase or repair. She stated that their team may be able to come today or early morning the next day. So, I was thankful for the appt. Proctor and Graves David Richey came out 1.5 hour later. David Richey was very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and checked the whole heating system. He explained everything to me so I could understand. I appreciated his time to go the extra mile to show me what was wrong. I couldnā€™t be more pleased with this company. I highly recommend Proctor and Graves.     These men worked tirelessly to install a new unit and without complaint. My new unit is amazing and for once my kids arenā€™t hot when they sleep. The men were appropriate, I never heard bad language or them on their phones. They didnā€™t smell (Iā€™ve had workers come before where I had to air my house out afterward). They were sweet to my kids, especially my son who wanted to shoot nerf guns with them. Everything has worked as promised and better than I could have hoped.

    I highly recommended P&G company for all of your plumbing needs. I have used them twice after hours due to an emergency mini flood in my bathroom. Both times, Dustin Graves came within a few minutes to shut off my water until they could get someone out to fix the problem. Most recently, I had to call them close to midnight because I had water standing in my floor and no idea where it was coming from. When Dustin came to turn the water off, I was very impressed that he took the time to go underneath my house at that hour and photo/video what he saw so that I could see what was happening. Once the plumber came first thing the next morning to fix things, he explained what happened and what I can do to prevent it from happening again. These guys were very knowledgeable and very personable. I will most definitely be using them again.

    Really happy with Josh and the work he did at my home yesterday, I thought the price was reasonable as well and would have given 5 stars except when I read the invoice I was charged $20.25 upcharge because I do not have a service agreement - seems to me you should get a discount if you have a service agreement NOT an upcharge if you dont. Maybe that is the case but it doesnt reflect that on the invoice. I do appreciate the job Josh did and I would recommend them as a company; I would just make sure you know the details of what you are being charged for prior to the service. Thanks!!

    P & G were very quick to respond to our familyā€™s needs after the tornado struck our home.Unfortunately it also struck the P & G business.David Paris was very professional in his assessment of my equipmentā€™s problems and offered the best solutions.Dustin came out to introduce himself and to help get the project rolling. We had some interesting discussion about the city and basketball.Hunter led the installation project and was very professional and knowledgeable every step of the way.Henry assisted with the installation and also helped to get my vehicle unstuck in my muddy yard,thanks Henry.Overall P&G did great and will be highly recommended from my standpoint going forward.I canā€™t say enough good things about Hunter and his ability to explain the process as he walked me through every step.... very high potential for this young man.Thanks again PNG for getting us back a little closer to normal after the storm.

    I called Proctor and Graves because of a water leak behind a bathroom wall. Mark came the same day and got to work finding the problem. Once he determined where the leak was he got to work repairing the pipe. 30 minutes later everything was back to normal. Very efficient and timely service in a semi-emergency situation. This was the first experience I have had with P&G but I will certainly call them again when needed. I will also be using them for my HVAC needs also. Thank you Mark for your professionalism and expertise!

    Five Stars to Henry and Chris who installed my new AC with a UV Light. It feels 100 times better in my bonus room. Awsome job guys.     Jonathan Delk with P&G was outstanding. He has helped me repair and replace my home units and provides the best customer service.     We were having some sporadic problems with our HVAC unit, so we called these guys on the recommendation of a friend. They didnt disappoint! You always hate to have to pay for repairs, but their price was fair. The service tech, David, was friendly and professional. He figured out what was going on with the unit and got us taken care of quicker than we expected. Cant really ask for better service than that. Will definitely call these folks again.

    *UPDATE*3/21/2019 I needed more plumbing services so I called P&G once again. This time Ben Deane came out to take care of a couple of issues. He took care of one of my issues quickly and professionally. We are setting up an appointment for them to come out another time on the other issue. I highly recommend these guys for honest, professional and friendly service. You cant ask for much more than that! Thanks!Original review:They were the only plumbers able to get out same day. They scheduled me for after-hours with the additional after-hours fee. I gladly accepted as everyone else was a few days out. Midway through the morning they called me back to say they were pulling a technician from Nashville to help out their MJ schedule. He arrived within an hour of their call. He was able to fix the problems in about 30 mins. One thing I thought was a problem wasnt. I didnt know any better and he could have done an unnecessary repair, made more $ and I wouldnt have known the difference. The charge for everything was $100, exactly. Double bonus, there was no after-hours fee, which would have been more than the repair! Honest, fair pricing and quick. I couldnt ask for more from a plumbing company. I highly recommend!!
