    For thirty years we have struggled with heating and cooling are garage and large upstairs bonus room. We tried a large window unit, and later went to a ducted system that filled our garage with unsightly ductwork. Eventually that system stopped working and we were persuaded to try a mini-split system. However the installation never worked in spite of many repairs, and added bundles of conduit hanging in the middle of our basement space. That is when we gave Lee Company a try. It wasnt cheap, but they did a sensation job removing the old equipment and replacing it with a beautiful Mitsubishi installation that is working perfectly keeping my office toasty warm while it is 28 degrees outside. Best of all was the tidy installation that takes up minimal space and looks great! It has been a long road to reach this point by my advice to others is this -- if you want it done right, use The Lee Company!

    Josue came out for an annual home inspection on our electrical system. On time, very professional, and did a great job explaining what the process looked like to have everything checked. He was also able to install our Level 2 charger and a surge protector on our panel box same day. Truly appreciate his willingness to complete these tasks same day and not have to schedule an additional appointment. Thank you for your efficient and professional service.

    We have never been disappointed with the services provided by the Lee Company. Most recently the plumbing technician Colin did an excellent job with the yearly plumbing services at our home. He fixed the minor issues that we had pointed out, we really appreciate that.

    Two guys and two trucks showed up on time and completed annual plumbing inspection in a timely manner. Water pressure reducing valve needed to be replaced (reading over 100 psi). They had a replacement PRV on one of the trucks and took care of it quickly. Very professional. I would recommend Lee Company!

    We greatly appreciate the help of Mr. Harrison Croffut of Lee Company. He had learned that we have been without air condition for two days. Without any delay he has placed the order for a new hvac unit, which was promptly delivered right the next day.     Eddie did an excellent job. Was also able to point out a number of problems from extremely high gas pressure to wrong oil filter (non generac) which didnt fit the cold weather cap. These problems Eddie was able to correct. The original installation used a gas line from meter to generator that is smaller than generac calls for but since its working, well keep it, but keep an eye on it.It was obvious the original installers and annual Servicemen from the Generator Center in Melrose, a Generac dealer, either did not have Generac training or chose to do it their way.

    My HVAC went out ... called Lee ... next day they replaced the broken unit (was 18 years old). Crew was great. They also installed a NEST thermostat. Nothing but high evaluation marks all the way around

    It would have been 4 stars but the gentleman started off his meeting me with a request to donate money to 2nd Harvest. It was offputting, dont ask for a donation when I have asked you to come and check the plumbing. Not cool!We donate but I dont want to be solicited by the plumber!

The installation team were terrific. We could have gone with a cheaper company, but the customer service and the 10-year parts and labor warranties were the reason we went with Lee. Our old AC unit died on Monday; by noon on Tuesday, we had our new unit!

    Routine HVAC checkup. Mr. Billy Bray, our Tech, conducted a thorough check up of our two units. He provided useful and understandable information on which to base our decisions going forward regarding the two systems. One of our units has underperformed in the recent past and may need replacing. Mr. Bray provided an objective assessment without any pressure to prematurely replace a unit which was appreciated.

    Braxton and team did a great job! After they finished replacing my HVAC and adding a return vent into the basement for humidity reason, they came back the next day to reroute the return pipe to keep the noise down from the vent. Beforehand, the noise was so loud you couldn’t think downstairs but they fixed it the next day free of charge to make it work great. 100% satisfied.

Their price was below market, service above market. Hands down they are now my to go for all services that they provide.     For years I tried other companies for home repairs/maintenance etc. Sometimes good, very often not. Then I found Lee Company. The best service, above and beyond employees, always professional, reasonable prices, reliable and Ive yet to meet an employee who didnt show me they care about their customers. Couple of years ago my heating system was not working. It was going to take a couple of days to get the manufacturer part. They got a generic part, installed it so I would have heat, then when the part came in, they came back & installed it. I have the yearly maintenance agreement, at my inspection, the tech informed me that everything was operating just fine, no work needed. No charge no bogus claims of needing repairs. Just thank you for your time. Next time you need anything around your home, call them. They will take care of you. I am an older single woman, and love having a company I can trust.

    Lee company sent Tyler Sells to looked at our 17 year old AC unit out to see why it quit blowing cold air. Tyler went in the attic found the problem, the tray was full of water it stopped draining so the safety click on to protect the system, Tyler is the first AC guy to go up in the attic to look at the system. The system is blowing cold air which by the way hasnt blown this cold in a long time. Tyler thank you, awesome job. Whenever its comes time to replace the unit I will be calling Lee Company. I will ask for Tyler Sells.

    David and Joel were the instlaler of the new HVAC and stayed with the insotalltion for the better part of 12 hours, even while working in the hot attic and outside. They were extremely courteous and respectful of our home in every way making sure that everything was protected during the installation and cleaning up afterwards. There was a disconnect because of a little known fuse within our home and they did not leave until it was completely resolved, causing them to work until about 8:30. The electrician, George, was needed and he did not stop until he found the cause of the problem - not with the newly installed unit, but because of an old Watt count meter in our home that was not know to us. I was so appreciative of all of the extra effort by David, Joel and George. We have enjoyed the service of Lee Company for the past 45 years and have complete trust in their service.

    The new water supply line were installed and the old ones removed. Each day the men showed up on time. They were polite and respectful, worked diligently and efficiently. The the quote was for 4 days but they finished in 2 1/2 days! They had brought all of the materials for the job, worked quickly, and picked up the scrap and refilled the trenches dug, and put straw and seed over them.

    I am a member with Lee Company and have used this company for HVAC quarterly maintenance and other repairs. I have been a satisfied customer. This time around we called Lee Company and the receptionist booked us for our estimate and install for same day! We were really excited because we just got our new hot tub and needed 220 watts cord hooked up directly to the hot tub. When the tech came out he explained that the receptionist company they were contracted with was giving false information. It was unfortunate that the tech has to be the face of this inconvenience as he had nothing to do with false promises of the receptionist. Chris our tech was exceptional in handling the frustrations of our disappointment. He called his project manager Chris and within several hours he was out gave the estimate and was able to get the install for our hot tub the next morning and install went great! It went from the most disappointment experience to another great customer service representation for Lee Company. Just goes to show that respect, honor and commitment still mean something! I want to really commend both our tech and project manager ... Chris and Chris for all their hard work to correct the situation. They were what retained us as customers! Thank you

    The technician called asking if he could come 30 minutes early. That was fine she he showed up on the new agreed upon time. He installed a new garage door opener, synched it with MyQ and our vehicles remote openers. He was very professional and pleasant.     I used Lee Services for the first time, for preventative heat pump maintenance on 2 units. Travis the lead tech and 1 additional technician were on time, and did a great job explaining what they would be doing. Both were masked, and put booties on before coming into my condo. They helped me move furniture for access (and moved it back!), changed my filters, and left without a spec of dust, even taking the dirty filters with them. Polite and professional, Travis also provided watch outs and recommendations for no surprises using heat pumps. So impressive, I signed up for a full year of preventative work throughout my home, including electrical and plumbing. Worth it for peace of mind. The most impressive was the post-service report they send you online. They recorded a video of both units working and pics of the readings they got for my own records. Outstanding professionals. If youre someone that wants to stay ahead of things with maintenance before accidents happen and dont have the tools or no how for HVAC/Electrical, Lee Services provides a best in class home owner solution.

    They were great! Everyone was professional and considerate. Being relatively new to Mount Juliet I had to get several proposals for a new HVAC system and they were the best. I now feel like I “know a guy” for when I need work done. To be clear, they weren’t the least expensive, but I have faith they will still be in business if I ever need to act on the 10 year warranty.

    Well, Lee Company always has top level customer service. However, this particular visit was frustrating because it was completely avoidable. We had a new unit installed during the late summer, and the first time we turned the heat this winter on that unit, the heat didn’t work. The technician came out and said that unit control panel simply wasn’t set up correctly. He fixed it, and it was covered by warranty but the hassle and worry of the heat working was completely avoidable. I am glad the system is working now, but I wish the work had been installed correctly on the front end.

    Lee Company - Scott went above and beyond when repairing the water line to my ice maker. I had to shut off the water valve to the kitchen sink to stop the water from spraying everywhere. First, he used floor ‘slides’ under the fridge to prevent scarring or tearing my vinyl floor. He was friendly, explained the repair and cleaned up after himself once everything was in working order again. Having cold water in the kitchen sink again was definitely a welcome BONUS! 👩‍🍳Ben came to my home earlier this year to repair my A/C. Being the first customer on his route, I was not wholly prepared to receive a visitor upon his arrival. Fortunately, he waited patiently until I could answer the door. He repaired the A/C drain, made accommodations to circumvent the ‘old plumbing,’ and cleaned up the water that had leaked onto the floor during the repair. Needless to say, his A/C repair was sufficient reason to rate him as a ‘cool’ dude! 🧊

After looking my problem over, we discussed several different ways to resolve it.     This company is awesome! I originally requested that they come out to fix a slow washing machine drain that has plagued us for years. They found that the issue wasnt the drain, but a piece of galvanized pipe. They replaced it, checked everything and even hooked my washer back up.     Lee company came to Cookeville from Mt. Juliet because I could not find a single company/technician in Cookeville competent enough to check static pressure, install a condensate drain without messing it up with double traps, no vents, and plugged up outside pipe (mud). I could not get a tech to properly get the access panels properly attached to my air handler. I could not get a tech to properly position capillary tubes or sensor bulb for expansion valve. I had various water leaks for THIRTY MONTHS after install by largest HVAC company in Cookeville. In desperation I contacted Lee. 4 stars because it was difficult to get a Lead technician to my home. It took three appointments, multiple phone calls, the arrival of a project manager, and the refusal to allow a non-lead to come out. But after about 13 days of phone calls and appointments, I was able to get a very good Lead Technician called Ross out to my home. Ross was informed, knowledgeable, understood how to read the documentation for my air handler, was able to check pressures to determine overall static pressure, properly adjusted my fan speed, adjusted the position of my sensor bulb (so it was not dripping condensate down the access panel), and straightened out evaporator coil fins that were crimped and dripping water. ALL of this had been requested to be fixed by the installing company for literally THIRTY MONTHS. Lee made my system work for a very reasonable cost, even though they offer a somewhat difficult scheduling process.I am grateful that Ross was competently able to do (basic....) AC work that seemingly no one in the entire city of Cookeville is able to do. Training and effort really go a long way. I will have LEE install my next HVAC. It is worth the scheduling difficulties and additional install costs. Ask yourself: Do you want to take a chance that the local yokels will install your HVAC correctly and if not, that they will have the ability or willingness to fix what they installed incorrectly? Everything went wrong for me after hiring the largest Company in Cookeville. I would suggest spending the extra money and go with the company that Trane stands behind, that sends their techs to Trane seminars, and that warranties their products (instead of telling customers Good luck getting Trane to replace that part. which is ALL I have heard from my local company for 30 months.Just hire Lee. Prepare to spend extra money on the install. Do you want it to work, or do you want to mess around with incompetent hillbillies if anything goes wrong? Hire Lee.

CLIFF, my TECHNICIAN came that evening, he called from Lebanon, in a very pleasant voice telling me he was on his way. When he got here he checked all my places of concern and made me aware of one that was detrimental to the actual foundation of my home! He was very kind even with me asking a million questions! The repairs couldnt be done completely untilMonday morning but as soon as Monday was here, so was he!! Within an hour of being here he had my house working again! YAY CLIFF!! The cost was lower than what he estimated which was awesome too!!The most important things to me was his kindness towards me, answered every question I asked him, was here when he said he would be and didnt try to do ANYTHING unnecessary.
