    I went here when I got stuck doing a DIY plumbing job. The owners were extremely nice and very knowledgeable. They helped me figure out my issue quickly, and honestly, I would have never figured that out in my own. Places like this show what we are missing out on when relying on the big guys like Home Depot and Lowe’s for everything.Will definitely be back to support this business.

    Very helpful. They helped me get everything I needed to fix my well pump wiring. Saved me a ton of money as theyvcould have pushed replacing the well pump itself when I all I needed was to repair some wires and install guards so they wouldnt break again

    The two old guys in here know literally everything about every kind of plumbing on earth. If you need plumbing supplies for a complicated problem, you would be a fool not to go here. There is a store dog and it is very friendly. The place is like a time capsule to a different time. Truly a rememerable experience going here.

    Wow where do I start! I really dont want to expose this rare gem of a business, but my experience was great, I have to share.So I had a major plumbing leak under my sink, and my father and I had been working on it all day. We had gone to the big box stores, and also local plumbing store for the parts, and when we asked the employees at the big box stores they didnt know what we were talking about or what parts we needed. The local plumbing store, were nasty, rude sending us to other stores. Needless to say we got the parts, went back home and they didnt fit. Due to Covid-19 the big box stores along with other stores closed early. So here I am with an unfinished plumbing unable to use disposal, sink, dishwasher.I looked up plumbing store on Google and The Plumbery store popped up with great reviews. Me being skeptical, and thinking they would be no help I called them, after hours. To my surprise I got a nice young lady I believe her name was Michelle. She advised the store was closed and she was sorry. She told me to hold on and she would call a worker to meet me at the store to help me get my plumbing parts!!!! I was a bit away but hurried over there with my father, with my broken parts in hand. I got there and knocked on the door and sure enough a very nice gentleman answered the door looked at my broken parts and said I know what you need. Moments later he had all the parts in hand and showed my father and I how to properly install it. Very friendly the entire time. Looking at the store its an old fashioned plumbing store with all the hard to find parts, and the gentleman who was there was definitely a plumber who knew what he was talking about. I wanted to buy more stuff to show my appreciation,but they have now earned a life long customer for all my plumbing needs, and anything else they do. If I could give them 10 stars I would! My project went smoothly and had it finished in 45 mins when i got back home, and all the parts fit like a glove!

    I went in looking for a replacement shut off valve. The kind I had was discontinued and the lady at the counter was very patient and helpful in coming up with a solution using available parts which would work in my application. I would definitely use them again!

    It is so refreshing to find a store that is well-stocked, incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and still has that small town feel. Everyone here is so helpful and willing to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. Its also nice that they are supportive of those who want to do the work themselves.

    I love this place. I know nothing about plumbing. Every time I come here and describe my issue, the people here have been able to decipher what I am saying and help me get what I need to fix my issue. This store might not be large but has everything I have needed. People here are friendly and super helpful.

    Im neither a professional plumber or a household handyman, but I know enough about plumbing to get me into trouble. Sure, sometimes I have to call the professionals, but Id rather do it myself and save the $200+ dollars that a plumber costs, if Im able. Going to the standard home & garden stores to fix a plumbing problem is well known to be a hit or miss for amateurs, and not even great for professionals. The Plumbery in Mount Airy always gets me what I need...kind and professional advice and service, and high quality plumbing parts and equipment.

    I love the Plummery. You can go in and ask them any question about plumbing that you dont know and for a DI Y person its a great resource. Friendly staff, helpful, knowledgeable and they always have that part you need.

    Tried to repair a bathroom sink drain and end up cutting it off because someone glued the compression ring to the threaded stand pipe. The plumbery used chanel locks and took it apart. No charge! A customer for life! Thank you!D. Smith
