I would highly recommend Kaiser Electrical. We had two electricians working on our basement, Amos and Luke (As well as another gentleman the day before-thank you for your work as well!), and they were outstanding. They communicated with us to let us know step by step what they were working on, were friendly and cordial and gave us a heads up before they arrived.Trust goes a long way when it comes to letting others come in and work on your home, we were not disappointed by the quality of trust and openness that Kaiser offered to us.I will not go with any other service; this company knows the definition of customer support and care. Thanks again for the awesome work guys!

Travis exchanged our kitchen smoke alarm and installed a Blink door bell. He stayed while we made connections online & it was working properly. Excellent job.

Kaiser won the bid to install more electrical service in my garage in order to support my shop activities. Jake was a really helpful estimator and offered some good ideas to improve my specification. The install team, Chris and Alex showed up promptly at 7am and completed the installation of 7 new circuits in my garage, including a place holder for future EV charger. After the day, I noticed a couple items that I wanted improved, and Mark and team got right to completing these as well. Im very pleased with how the job turned out and the entire experience working with Kaiser Electrical.

We used Kaiser for our new build and I cannot say enough positive things about our entire experience. Kaiser was by far the best sub to work with and we had an extremely pleasant working relationship. The process started with Brent who is extremely knowledgeable and laid out our house in a way that was thoughtful and budget conscious. Brent was patient with us when we would make changes or ask questions (often more than once). We knew the cost of every change along the way which was reassuring. We also thoroughly enjoyed working with Chris & Daniel - both stick out for how explanatory and kind they were to me. In short, you will make an excellent decision having your new construction needs met with Kaiser.

A few weeks ago, Brent installed wiring and a heater in our garage in Central Illinois. Throughout the process, he was communicative, professional, and invested in the project, even though it was a small one. Throughout, he walked us through the options, ensuring our needs and desires were being met. He was personable and great to work with. It is clear that he deeply enjoys his work. Because of him, we have a great new space to enjoy in the coming winter months. Because of our experience with him, we are likely to reach out to Kaiser for our future electrical needs.

Kaiser Electric installed my solar system and upgraded my fuse panel to a new circuit breaker system. They were knowledgeable, punctual and neat. The serviceman from Ameren complemented them on their install job and said it was one of the best he’d seen to date. I would definitely recommend them.

I would strongly recommend Kaiser Electrical! They wired my wife and Is new home construction. They were a little bit difficult to deal with at first from the office staff that called us, but once we seemed to be switched to a different residential project manager everything went very smooth. Jake McLouth was very responsive. They went out of their way to do a walk through very early in the morning to accommodate my wife and Is schedule. The biggest thing for me is if I feel safe that our house wont burn down from poor wiring and I cant feel more comfortable with the quality of work from them. They were one subcontractor that gave us a bright spot after having to deal with the dark cloud that is P & W Builders! Strongly Recommend Kaiser Electrical!

When I needed a written explanation of the electrical failure to submit for our home warranty, Kaiser provided the letter the same day. Great customer service. The work provided was great and the electrician was very friendly and professional.
