    I highly recommend Oliver heating and cooling. Their company did a “heat for the holidays” giveaway and my father was chosen as one of the families to be blessed with not only a new heater but water heater too as he hasn’t heat in quite a few years. The team was very professional and nice. Even the owner stopped by as well. We are forever grateful for them and all their hard work and kindness to our father.

    Absolutely so grateful that heater for the holidays exists. I was nominated and was one of the chosen customers to receive a new free heater from the company, as well as a hot water heater which was beyond unexpected and I am absolutely grateful for Oliver and the entire technician team that came out on an early Saturday morning to do the work as well as the owner himself who came to introduce himself.     Excellent experience with Oliver. I was looking for an established business that offered both whole house duct cleaning and a maintenance contract for both my heater and A/C unit. The phone representative was professional and left me feeling confident about my choice in business at the end of our discussion. There were two technicians for the whole house cleaning that were professional, knowledgeable and were able to clearly explain each step of the process. They protected my hardwood floors while getting their equipment to the heater in the basement and left everything in better condition than when they arrived. Oliver managed to get a third technician scheduled to come out the same day after the duct cleaning was completed to do the scheduled maintenance on my heater. The third technician was also professional and was able to very clearly explain what was involved with the maintenance on the heater and its current status. The costs were reasonable and the personal interactions across all levels was great. I highly recommend using Olivers services.

    Kathryn was attentive when I called due to our AC not working. She was able to set up a technician visit for the next day. Taylor (technician) was wonderful. She found the issue and repaired it quickly. Both were very courteous and professional.

    We are switching to a gas boiler from oil. Obtaining an appointment was easily accomplished. Mr Radico, the project manager, fulfilled all expectations. He was readily available after our initial encounter and answered all questions. Setting up a date for installation was also easily accomplished as we continue to work with the Oliver team.

    We recently had a large project done which included the replacement of our electric service panel, redevice of all outlets and light switches, updating recessed lights with new IC rated lights, installation of outdoor vents for bathroom fans, and more. Nick, Nate, Rob, Dennis, and Mike were a pleasure to have in our home. Each day of the three-day project, they showed up with professionalism, respect, and hard working attitudes. We are pleased with the work they completed. We are happy Oliver customers!

    When I contacted Oliver about some plumbing, propane and water hookups, Sandra was so friendly and welcoming to me. Made me feel like a valued customer right off the bat. They were scheduled quickly to come out to our home and give us a walk through and quote on some work we wanted done.Tashaun could not have been any more professional, thorough, friendly and explained so much to us that we could understand. He didnt put any pressure on us and just gave us a lot of good things to think about for the near future.We are getting a water line put in tomorrow and then some sum pump sensors put in.I highly recommend them for the way they treat and value their customers!

    I purchased this home 3 years ago and knew the AC system was newer. My thermostat seemed to be on the brink of dying. I found a folder left by other homeowner and it had all the brochures and receipts for upgrades that she had done including a 10yr warranty on the HVAC and thermostat from Oliver. I called Oliver to inquire about the thermostat and the rep immediately told me it was still covered until 2028! She sent someone out that same day to inspect and try to fix but it was determined a new thermostat was needed. Two days later another technician came out and installed the new proprietary thermostat by Lennox and all has been well.

    Oliver has been servicing out heater/AC for years and has never disappointed. The time for a new heater came and the team was great. They scheduled a estimate quickly, once we agreed to the install details it was scheduled within a day. Brian and Jeff showed up on time, took the time to meet our dogs to help them settle, worked fast, kept everything clean and walked me through my new heater.Great company with some really knowledgeable teams who do the job quickly, cleanly and on time.

    Oliver replaced our HVAC system. They installed the original system when house was new and it lasted 30 years! The crew arrived on time. Clint, Thomas & Anthony were courteous and technically proficient. They were able to answer all our questions succinctly & helped explain how to use the new equipment, such as the thermostat. You can tell they know what theyre doing and gave us substantial confidence in our new system. Dan, our project manager was informed about their products and equipment plans. He worked with us to put together a plan we were excited about and got us scheduled before he left. No pressure tactics here, just informed and helpful. It was the same great service weve gotten from Oliver in the past. We recommend them for your HVAC needs.

    My first experience with Oliver was a number of years ago when I had them out for duct cleaning when I first purchased my house.     I called Oliver Heating and Plumbing to fix a problem with my furnace that another company diagnosed incorrectly. Oliver sent a technician, Jason, within a few hours of my call. Jason was great. He spent 2 hours working on my furnace. During that time he explained what he was doing and patiently answered all my questions. He found the problem the other company missed and fixed it. A great experience from my initial phone call through the job completion. I was so impressed, I signed up for their service plan.

    I had two service calls with Oliver this week. Both were very professional. Billy serviced the split air/heat unit by checking on all the various parts. Michael did a maintenance visit on my generator. He set up an umbrella over the generator and himself so he could perform all of the tasks without allowing the rain to interfere with his work. I highly recommend Oliver for good, timely service and conscientious workers. Thank you.During the excessive het wave I had to wait for a technician to be available. Shane came and was able to get my air conditioning working.

    THESE guys are fantastic! Very Professional and they did an excellent job! Installed a new TRANE AC and Gas Furnace at my house and I couldnt be happier. The installers Brian and Matt knew the system and were very experienced. My old system was 24 years old and they had it completely removed in under 90 mins. Very clean in the workspace and answered all of my detailed questions. The salesman Tom, did an excellent job explaining my options, sizing my system and explained the best course of action for my home. Being an engineer, I asked many technical questions throughout the job and they always provided me with the correct answers. I would highly recommend Olivers Heating and Cooling for your HVAC job.

    Ken (Akinyele) the Service Tech who came on my $69 inspection service call was very thorough & knowledgeable.     Weve used Oliver since 1983. They put our heating system in our first home & our second home. Theyve done electrical work for us too. All has been great & their service techs are wonderful, knowledgeable folks. In our first home, in the dead of winter & during a snowstorm our system went out. We had a newborn at the time. A tech came out very quickly & did the repairs to get us our heat back. Making appointments are easy & those folks are always friendly & nice.     My longtime HVAC contractor merged with another firm. When I called for an annual furnace inspection that firm advised it would take two months. A neighbor recommended Oliver. I called and spoke to Christina who was very helpful and was able to get an appointment the next day at a reasonable fee.The technician Fred was extremely knowledgeable, personable and performed the best and most thorough inspection of our heating unit that was installed in 2007. I have seen Oliver ads on TV where they emphasize quality service. That is what I received and I will definitely be using them for future HVAC needs and possibly other services.Had Oliver out again for my central air conditioning system this month May 2024. Kiara provided a convenient time window and the technician Trevor was very personable and competent. In addition to conducting a thorough examination of the system he provided some useful advice on how to properly maintain. Continue to be pleased with the service provided by Oliver.

    The service technician Dylan was efficient and polite. This was a rescheduled appointment because for my original appointment which had an 8am-12pm window the technician had still not arrived by 12:30pm and I could no longer wait at home for someone to show up. Because of this I was offered a first appointment on a Saturday morning which I appreciate. I used Oliver to install my new heating system several years ago and this scheduling issue is not my typical experience but for this reason I can only give 4 stars instead of 5.

    Oliver installed our geothermal and heat pump system about a dozen years ago, and we’ve been really happy with the performance. A few days ago, we discovered a leak from a torn copper pipe that drained the condensate from the unit. We immediately called Oliver for assistance and Susan was great in setting us up with a service call the very next day. By joining Oliver’s Peace of Mind membership program, we were able to get a quick appointment and a modest discount on the services we needed for the repair. Joe, our technician, was absolutely terrific! He helped to diagnose the issue, identify the best solution, and went out to a supply store to pick up the required materials. We were up and running within 4 hours, which was great because it was one of the hottest days of the summer. Joe was also really helpful in explaining many of the operational and maintenance features of our unit. We’re looking forward to turning to Oliver for many of our home needs beyond HVAC, including plumbing and electrical. Overall, we had a really good experience with Oliver! -- Patty & Nick

Their service has been very reliable, attentive, and timely. I believe they have been ethical in making cost estimates for repairs and have not been badgering in trying to lock in potential upgrades. Their pricing structure appears to be within reasonable standards compared to competitors of their size, Every technician with whom I have had contact has been knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt. I can recommend this company.

    We lost heat early Tuesday am, called Oliver who had installed an HVAC system recently. They did some troubleshooting over the phone then sent a technician early Wednesday am. It was a loose wire, quick fix and free service call since we have a monthly service contract. Highly recommend!

    Four months after moving into the house we realized that the furnace was dangerous to operate. We decided to get the whole new heating and cooling system. Took 3 bids.     We have used Oliver for our heating and AC maintenance since 2008 when they installed the current system. Our experience with the technicians working on theses systems is always good. They call beforehand so you know when to expect them. They are clean, courteous and efficient.They have responded to repair requests in a timely fashion and again the people who come to the house are top notch.The scheduling staff are not always up to the same standards. Not answering the phone, messages going unreturned, misinformed agents (the agent insisted I had a system i do not have)The maintenance agreement allows for 1 visit each for AC and Heater - BUT in a calendar year. So when THEIR schedule doesnt work out and they push up the dates- you find yourself either arguing an agent because they may have checked your furnace in January although you tried to schedule for September- and when fall rolls around they wont do the serve heck because it is still in the same calendar year. Ridiculous. I have neglected maintenance just to get re- synchronized with their policyAnd the company policy of having techs push other services or plastering advertising stickers on other systems (like the water heater or electric box) is not cool. I do not appreciate that. I get they have other services to offer but Id prefer to be asked if I want to know about something instead of being told I should consider services or a finding adds in my basement.Techs are excellent- company policies are not, and phone staff are average to horrible.

    In an emergent situation regarding my water heater, the female I spoke with (in their office) one early afternoon in January 2022 was very professional, efficient, and helpful. After briefly discussing type of water heater, cost, etc., she advised someone was scheduled to come to my home (later that evening/night). The plumber did arrive. He was pleasant and efficient, and replaced the water heater. He patiently and eagerly answered all of my questions, and was very helpful. He even stated that he appreciated that I asked questions because he is passionate about what he does. When he left, it was as if there had been no problem at all (...no mess, etc.). The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the price point appeared to be a little high in comparison to several other companies...but it was an emergency. Besides that, my experience was great and I would recommend them.

    I had a great experience with Oliver, as two technicians - Mark and Scott - came to my place last week to install a new Heat/AC unit. They were very nice, courteous, clean (booties, masks, drop cloth, etc) and did a fantastic job. They took out my old (47-year old!) unit, replaced it and explained everything they did. They even made me aware of a wiring mistake in my breaker panel and fixed it. I highly recommend them.PS. The front office/sales and other technicians have always been nice as well.

    I really appreciate the quality and integrity of the Oliver technicians.     Brian, Ron and Brendon did a fine job today installing a new heater and new air-conditioning unit. Brian arrived very early and explained everything to us. He was professional, helpful, and very careful bringing items needed into our home. Ron and Brendon arrived later and worked diligently with Brian to complete the work. We were impressed with their prompt service. They were quiet and busy working very well together the entire time that they were here. Brian also took his time to explain how to use the new thermostat and show us the new heater, AC and explained the various new parts to the heater. They left the house in perfect condition cleaning up carefully ...you could not tell that they were here. They are a great asset to the Oliver company. Sandy & Dan Loose

    We had an issue with our water heater and phone CSR from Oliver was able to get us scheduled and come out in less than 4 hours. Shortly after that the 2 Oliver techs were able to fix the problem immediately and we were back to normal the same day. Great techs and excellent service.

    Great experience from start to finish. My 27-year-old HVAC system died. When I called Oliver Heating on a Sunday, a live person answered the phone! My appointment was scheduled quickly. The sales rep was professional, informative and friendly. The installation went smoothly and they cleaned up as if they were never there. Very satisfied customer and would highly recommend them!

    My heat pump went out of service during the recent heat wave. I called Oliver ( have a service contract) and the person on the phone was very responsive, even though Im sure they were receiving many calls. The service tech, Cory, arrived the same day and called ahead to tell me his exact arrival time. He diagnosed the problem (the main board on the compressor had malfunctioned) and showed me exactly what had happened. He said a new board would be ordered. The next day I received a call from Oliver saying the new board had just arrived and they would install it the following morning. I couldnt ask for more and really appreciated Corys friendly, competent service. Thanks!

    Wonderful experience with Oliver! I had them come clean our vents throughout the house as well as the dryer vent. They came fully masked and also put on booties everytime they were in the house. Friendly both of our doggie and our 6 year old (who really wanted to be near them) and very competent. They even explained many things about our system (new house) and I was shocked at how much came out of our vents! I was so pleased with the service that I signed up for their heater/ac plan and have them coming out to price a sump pump for us.

    Jake was knowledgeable, diagnosed our a/c problem immediately and fixed the problem. He also was respectful of our property (wore booties when inside the house), and while the timeframe for our appointment was Noon to 5 PM, he called at 11:45 AM to say he was on his way and arrived at Noon. This was greatly appreciated since there are lots of other things to do on a Saturday! And, Oliver didn’t charge extra fees for an emergency. While I have a home warranty, I would contact Oliver again for service and am seriously considering canceling my home warranty because they wouldn’t know an emergency if it bit them on the nose.

    Ive used Oliver for both HVAC and Plumbing for more than 10 years now and have always enjoyed great service. They are quick to respond for customers with or without a maintenance agreement, and offer reasonable rates for the work they perform. In addition to routine service, theyve installed a new Heat Pump and Hot Water Heater for me, and Ive been happy with both.
