Our Solar project through 360 Electric was absolutely one of the best project experiences weve had. Prior to our purchase, Kevin answered every question and concern with such expertise and honesty. Every aspect of the process from purchase, to paperwork, to installation, to the final meeting was outstanding. This week, Kevin came to our home, dropped off a 3-ring binder with all the documents we need for our records regarding Service, Incentives, Contract, Design, and Warranty. He sat with my wife and I and went over all the information in the binder, answered questions, and showed us how to use the app that tracks solar generation. If you havent looked into solar, I would suggest you do it asap to take advantage of the most beneficial incentives. Call 360 Electric and youll be so glad you did.

360 Electric did a great job installing and running an electric line for our new Car Charger. Riley was knowledgeable when he was out to bid the project, and gave us all the information needed. Scheduling was within a week. Brian who did the install was great, and professional, and got everything done fairly quick. I highly recommend giving 360 a call if you have a project.

Kevin was a real pleasure to work with as we determined the size and payback of my new solar system. He was very professional, ethical, and knowledgeable of how this solar system works. He was able to determine the best layout of the roof solar panels for the maximum efficiency. Their installation team was very professional and was able to do the complete installation in one day on my roof despite the high temperatures. I was able to have the system connected very quickly from Ameren and am able to watch my produced energy vs consumed energy on my smart phone. I highly recommend 360 Electric Heating/Cooling as an excellent contractor and would definitely work with them again.

We were very impressed with how smoothly our solar project went. There were so many behind the scene tasks done by 360 that we simply watched.They applied for a rebate and explained how to file for a tax rebate. They ordered and paid for the permit and all we had to do was pick it up and put in our window. Kevin was only a phone call away when we had a question. Ben was awesome as the project manager. He came first and walked through the attic to look for any unexpected surprises and determined it was a go. The guys had the panels up in a morning and left our property neat and clean. Kevin had project completed interview with us and explained our electric bill and helped us get the most out of our apps. We were left with a neatly put together binder to reference and to also track rebates and file for the tax incentive. It’s nice to do business with a company that cares and show great professionalism.

I chose 360 Electric for my home solar project, and couldnt be happier I did. I pursued 4 bids in total from other companies. The sales staff at 360 was the most friendly, least pushy, and had the most professional and straightforward approach to designing my project. Price-wise, they also offered the best value, and I trust them the most to be around to service the contract for the next 30 years. The installation process was seamless, and I was completely functional in under 90 days from start to finish. I am now fully solar, and am tracking my production from the palm of my hand! After the power was turned on, I was given an in-person full debrief on how to use and maintain my system... along with a full personalized binder of all the equipment, warranties, etc. They even handled the application for all rebates and incentives including a personalized recommendation sheet PRE-FILLING OUT my federal tax credit for when tax season comes. I can truly say that 360 is full-service at a world class level when it comes to these solar installations. I couldnt recommend 360 more highly.

Two years after install (excellent and professional): Last week experienced short power outage with function as expected. After restoration, access was lost to Mobile Link Connection. Unknown cause but listened to with real concern. Josh arranged a prompt service tech visit from Clayton. He attentively listened to my attempts to resolve as shown in manual and within a few minutes connection was restored. Scott Sauder should take pride in his company and his crew.Im an HVAC contractor of 15 years specializing in new construction and remodeling. I have seen the best and worst of every trade. 360 Electric ranks among the best.Quality: Mark and his crew just finished helping me with a substantial amount of electrical repair in a nightmare situation. When they left the difference was night and day. Walking into the house initially there was spaghetti wiring with wire nuts everywhere and not always inside boxes or even inside the walls. By the time they left everything was working and properly secured and safe.Communication: Darrel and Mark both communicated with me every step of the way. There wasnt a moment I felt left in the dark or that I was going to be blindsided by anything.Work Ethics: After Mark and his crew left the job site I went through and inspected everything. There wasnt a single spot where I felt corners were cut or where they didnt take care to do the best they could given the circumstances. Their concern about doing quality work is second to none.Value: I was given a clear and upfront quote in the beginning of the job. I was made aware that there may be changes to the pricing once walls were opened up or if they run into any unexpected problem. Thats just the nature of the business and I understand that. 360 electric responded to us when another local electrician gave us an appointment that was two weeks out. Half of our home was without power but the other electrician had no time set aside for residential work. I called 360 and spoke with the receptionist. She had Riley call us back the same afternoon and he told us he would be at our house the next morning. He arrived on time and fixed the problem immediately. There was an old fuse panel that was against code and had been missed by our home inspection. He wired it into our breaker box and replaced our main breaker. He only charged us an hour worth of labor which was way less than we were expecting. We couldnt be happier with his service and I will always call 360 for any electrical issues.
