I called Chuck and team at Douthit for a bid on redoing all of the lighting on my garage/shop. They actually came out same day to meet with me. They walked around and had this pretty slick way of figuring the bid on their Ipad so there was no waiting to turn it around. The price was more than fair. They started the install a few days later once I got the fixtures I wanted. Dave from Douthit communicated with me every day, cleaned up and organized at the end of each day. Super friendly and amazingly responsive. The final part was after they were all done, I told them it would a day or two before I can check out the final work. It was perfect. The part that was great was when Dave called me and said he just wanted to make sure I loved the results. Which of course I did. Great company and highly recommend!

Chuck and his team are very kind! I called Douthit Electrical concerning an accessory problem I was having on my Boat. Over the phone they talked me through how to fix my issue efficiently and effectively! FREE OF CHARGE! On another occasion I received easy assistance over the phone on an installation, because I knew how effective they were. Overall super satisfied with this team!

We had an excellent experience with Douthit Electrical. Nathan came within half hour of my call. He was professional and did a great job. He diagnosed the problem, ran to get the parts, came back and installed 3 new outlets outside. The Air Conditioning and TV were back on within 2 hours of my call to their office. Not only do Chuck and his guys do great work, but it is apparent that he has a vast amount of knowledge in the trade and a passion for what he does. He even went so far as encouraging me to enter the trade and eventually get my own license. He was a massive resource anytime I had questions of any kind regarding electrical work. This type of passion translates itself out in the field. He should always be your first call.

This is the second time that we have used Douthit Electrical and we were not disappointed. It is so rare that you find a company that provides same day service. We needed to get our house wired for our new generator two days before Hurricane Florence and they delivered. Robert was our technician. He was patient with us and took his time to explain everything to us. Val was great as usual. She is the best! She took her time going over the options with us and she is great with follow-up Hats off to the team at Douthit!

I have used Douthit Electrical on a number of occasions and have always been 100% satisfied. No job is too big, nor too small and their attention to detail is excellent. I recently had five pendant light hung in a very difficult location; Darrin put in the time needed to make sure each light was precisely hung in just the right spot. (They looked amazing.) Joe relocated a kitchen light, again going the extra yard to make sure it was in the exact location over our table. I would not call anyone but Douthit for any electrical need in the future.

They were fast and available for quick service. The guys doing the work were professional and very nice. The office staff was great to work with. The only draw back was the cost. This job was twice as much as quote from another company. But, sometimes you have to pay for the convenience factor.

Chuck and John came to do a few small things at our house. Chuck realized what was causing a couple of problems and corrected those. Gave me a recommendation on reducing wattage in a 6-bulb bathroom fixture to see if that will correct lights flickering when other switches are tuned on. Theyll come back if that does not take care of it. Very helpful.

Nathan gave us an honest, up front estimate that he stuck to throughout the job. We asked them to install recessed lights in our kitchen, the house was built in 1949 so there are always issues with remodeling. The quality of workmanship was excellent, I would definitely recommend Douthit to my friends.
