    I cant recommend Frank and Century Electrical enough! I called late in the afternoon about a wiring issue, and to my surprise, they had someone out first thing the very next day. Frank, the technician who arrived, was exceptional from start to finish. He was not only incredibly punctual but also extremely thorough in diagnosing and fixing the problem. Frank took the time to explain the issue and the steps he was taking to resolve it. If you want reliable, professional, and quick service, Frank is the person to call! Highly recommend!

    We were very pleased with the service received today from service representative from Century Electrical ServiceFrank Smalls was definitely very professional. He called to ensure that we would be home and estimated his time between between 20 and 30 minutes and he arrived within 30 minutes.. He knew exactly what he was doing and was able to get us up and running again with some areas that we were experiencing power outages. I highly recommend Frank Smalls to come to anyone that is needing electrical service. Mr. Smalls was very professional, courteous and respectful of our home and before leaving he made sure that all of our needs had been met.     This was my first time having outdoor lighting put in my house, therefore I wasn’t sure what to expect. But they went above and beyond my expectations from start to finish. They were timely, communicative and professional (even when it was gross and muddy outside). Brian knew precisely what I was looking for and Allie was EXTREMELY thorough in the placement of the lights and explaining how everything worked and, to no surprise, everything looks awesome and precisely what I was looking for. I’m sure we will have additions as time goes on and I have no intention of calling anyone but Century Electrical to do the job! Thanks again guys!

    Frank came by to swap out some outlets in our 1965 home. He has been out a total of 3 times and is a pleasure every time. He is courteous, clean, quick and extremely patient with our questions. 10/10 would recommend.

    Frank was beyond Awesome, very polite, nice and professional. He got the job done in no time. I asked him about a cover to go over my outlet and he said that he didn’t have one in his truck. Within 15-20 mins Frank rung my doorbell and had my cover for the outlet. He went to the store, came back and installed an outlet cover, for my outlet that he serviced. I would recommend Frank and this company with no hesitation. I will definitely be using them and requesting for Frank!!! Stellar Job well done!!!👏🏾👏🏾

    Incredible work! Century electrical services is amazing it gets the job done quick and effectively. They don’t take long and they are understanding of what the problem might be. They are truly and amazing company and is the right choice when it comes to getting a problem fixed. I had some outlets not working and we have been struggling to fix them for some time. But we got an appointment with them and a person named frank came and he did an amazing job and was very quick with the job that it took him only 30 minutes to fix or even less! Definitely recommend it to anyone!

    I have never experienced such excellent service from a company before. Arron was not only a hard worker but very professional and efficient! This young man went beyond the scope of his job by insuring me that things would be ok. I had a tree fall on the line, pulling down my meter box from the house and blowing my main panel inside. I did not know how I would go about having this work done. He assured me that it would be fine. He repaired the meter and panel and Im looking forward to having my power restored soon. His confidence and expertise instilled a deep trust in Century Electrical Services.     Extremely satisfied with the work century electric did on our dock. Would highly recommend them for any electrical work. We had outlets installed on our dock along with RGB wifi controlled lighting on the walkway and dock. Brian met with us and provided options and quickly scheduled around our availability to complete the job in a short amount of time. Tyler and Allie worked on the dock and were skilled, professional and very courteous. The work was done well and they were great people to work with.

    I am subscribe to Duke Energys home wiring plan and Franky with Century Electrical Services came out yesterday because I had an electrical issue. My appointment window was 10am - 12pm. He arrived at 945 which was great! I described my issue, no electric in my hallway and breaker wouldnt flip on, and he began to investigate the issue. When he saw the light in my hallway was not the issue he asked to see my breaker box. When I showed him how the breaker wouldnt flip on for me, he tried it himself and it flipped back on and imagine how silly I felt, lol. He was courteous and respectful of my home. Would recommend this company.

    Brian and Century are awesome! Used them to install my outlet for my EV and more recently, some light timers. Each service the technicians are clean and efficient, and Brian provides outstanding service and gets back to you immediately with your questions.     Heard a crackle and popping behind my bedroom wall, power outage also happened in the bedroom! Called Duke energy home protection plan service. Was contacted immediately by Century Electrical. Frank electrician came to my home as an add on today. Frank was excellent, knowledgeable and polite! He listened to my complaint, helped me move my furniture to get to outlet. Frank fixed my dangerous issue quickly and efficiently, he explained my problem and informed me what to look out for regarding future issues that can occur.     We had Century Electric do a big project for us, wiring our new dock. It was a large effort that took almost 4 days to complete. Our electricians were Tyler and Ally and they were so professional and helpful with all our many questions. When we had some new ideas which they helped us to see, they were great about changing gears and adding new items while deleting others.     Century Electric will be my go to for electrical work. We have had many conversations with contractors of all types here. 9 out of 10 times we felt like we were bothering them.     The Century Electric team are the consummate professionals. Brian and the Century team completed a large, multi-week project for me: a dock, boardwalk and landscape renovation that needed extensive electrical rewiring, and the design and installation of a new low voltage outdoor lighting system. They also installed numerous Lutron Caseta smart switches (I recommend!) throughout my home, changed chandeliers, and installed an electric vehicle charging station. Century handled every detail expertly and efficiently from start to finish.I got bids from several electricians, and only Brian returned my bid promptly, and treated my project like it really mattered to him. Additionally, the bid was thorough - and competitive. The “other guys” couldn’t be bothered to return my calls or answer my questions.Century is staffed by amazing people who are truly great at what they do. I always received excellent, reliable, caring service. On the job, Aaron and Tyler diligently traced faulty wiring—solving many of my home’s electrical “mysteries”—and cheerfully endured wet and muddy conditions while burying landscape wire and rewiring a large dock. They always took care of any issues promptly and professionally, and answered my MANY questions with consideration. Most importantly, they were easy-going and pleasant to work with.If you are looking for an exceptional electrician, you cannot go wrong with Century. They are capable of handling any and all projects—big and small. I cannot recommend them highly enough; my words won’t do justice to the extraordinary level of regard and attention I received from Brian and the wonderful Century team.     I just wanted to share my experience with Frank(on-site electrician). He called me and advised he was 10-15 minutes out. He showed up within that time. I showed him where the issue was, he did an initial inspection, then shared with me what the issue actually was. He turned off the breaker and replaced the switch. He turned the breaker back on and showed me that it was working. I also requested if he could give me the size of my ceiling fan because I’m thinking of replacing, he measured it and provided what size would work best for my cathedral ceiling and what the price would be. He was also cognizant of my partner as we work from home to not disturb her. Frank was polite, knowledgeable and willing to assist. He made sure to communicate with me when work was being done and completed. This was a great experience for our family. Thank you Frank and Century Electrical.

    I reported a problem with my breaker box shortening out and other outlets losing power yesterday on 5/8/23. Century Electrical Services responding immediately and sent Frank, one of their team members out the very next morning! Can you say expeditiously?!! Frank was very polite and attentive to all my questions and concerns. He promptly went to work on all my issues and fixed them all. Including an old outlet that hadnt worked in over 20 years, in spite of several different electricians tinkering on it over the past years to no avail. When you mention the word professionalism, it should mean knowing what youre doing in your field of expertise.     Frank called me to let me know he was 20 minutes out and arrived on-time. He was able to diagnose and fix this issue with my ceiling fan transmitter super quick and easy, and even took down some bad light bulbs for me since I didnt have a ladder of my own. He also helped me get in touch with people that could fix other issues I was having in my home that Duke Energy would not cover. Great service and great man!

    Wow what a great company. Being new to the area and having a great reliable network to rely on is so important.We needed an electrician in a home we just bought. We struck gold. Based on reviews I called Century Electric.First impressions are important and when I spoke to Tracy I knew they were going to be great. She was just so nice on the phone. So personable and easy to talk to. Didn’t hurt found out she was from New York as I’m from Boston so felt that northeast connection right away.Appt was easy to set up and she kept in contact with me prior which was a very nice thing.Day of appt our tech Tyler arrived. WOW again as this guy never mind so knowledgable and professional but he as well was just a very genuine nice person.We had some issues he addressed as well as questions about the lighting fixtures in our home.He was so patient and checked everything out on our list and gave us some great feedback.We felt very comfortable with him and this company.We def found the Electricians we will be using going forward.I called Tracy after to thank her and again nice as could be.Again being new to the area I asked her if she had another reliable contact for a diff need we need and she texted me back shortly thereafter with person they utilize.We actually just ordered some new fixtures and can’t wait for Tyler to come back to install them.     Let me tell you about Century Electrical. I was a difficult customer. I wasnt sure exactly what I wanted, didnt always agree with some of what was done, and wasnt very available for them to complete the job. But rather than getting upset with me, they very patiently worked with me and found solutions until I was satisfied. Very few would have done this, Im sure. Chris was awesome! Always polite and professional to work with, and Brian was very generous and patient with me. Im not sure they would want to put up with me again, lol, but I would not hesitate to call them next time Im in need of their services.

    I had a problem with one of my rooms lighting and sockets. Frank came in flipped the circuit boards and fixed the lighting real quick.     Century Electrical Services staff were excellent! We used them to run new electrical wiring from our house to a new backyard pergola.Brian responded to our inquiry for an estimate right away and visited our home to get the details of the work we wanted. He patiently answered all of our questions and explained the different options for exterior wiring installation and hookup of a remote-controlled fan and outlet for accent lighting.     The service tech that came out was Frank, he was very nice and polite. He wore all of his protective gear shoe covers and mask. He was able to get the light switch working back on the ceiling fan for now and also gave options of what to do next until we could change out the switch. He also, checked the outlets that I had issues with and change out5 of them. I noticed that he cleaned up the area every time before he moved to the next outlet. Couches had to be moved but everything was put back in place like it was before.     The professional I will be sharing my interactions with is Frank with century electrical services. I’m just gonna be honest with you, I am about as dumb as a box of rocks when it comes to anything electrical. I had some issues going on in my house with lights flickering on and off periodically and breakers tripping,. Frank knew exactly what to do to remedy my situation without any hesitation.. Frank opened up my panel box inside my house to inspect the wiring and breakers. It was a hot mess in there with too many wires being joined together that were not supposed to be..He explained what the situation was. He remedied my situation. Frank and I proceeded to go outside and my main breaker had issues with it , that was also causing problematic situations in my home and he quickly remedied that problem as well… not only did Frank fix what was going on while I was shadowing him …… He thoroughly was explaining every single detail of what he was doing in a mannerism that my box of rocks understood everything that was being done..     We recently purchased a new home and the electrical outlets in the family room and master bedroom did not work. Before we closed the seller was to have that issue as well as breakers replaced. However, the seller hired a handyman to replace breakers and he couldn’t find the issue with the outlets. They were sympathetic of our emergency and, despite their busy schedule, they managed to schedule us in on the same day and time as our plumber was connecting the water line from the well to the house for an efficient and seamless job.     Yup, I leaped into the EV world and was in need of a level 2 charger in the garage. I reached out to Century Electric and received a competitive quote.     I was visited today by a technician from Century Electrical Services LLC. I am so pleased with the outcome of work by Frank. If you are in the hunt for a professional, quality electrical service provider with integrity (very important to me), then look no further! I needed a track lighting system in my closet replaced with recess lights. The price for the work was very reasonable. What really impressed me is that I also had a problem with a ceiling fan light that was not getting bright even after I changed the bulbs. Frank quickly discovered that the lighting in the fan was a dimmer and I was not holding the remote switch down long enough for maximum illumination! (OMG, how embarassing). When I entered the room, the light appeared fixed. Frank could have easily led me to believe he had made some correction and I would never had known the difference. He is a gem.
