Everyone Ive worked with at DJs has been kind and honest. I hired them when I was selling my old house to fix what the closing inspector said needed to be done. They offer several choices/costs and go through each one. Im using them again to install a new water heater, softener, and filter as well as new shower faucets. Ill use them again in the future if needed!!!

The plumber from DJs was so nice to work with. There was no diagnosis fee nor did they have to schedule a second appointment. The plumber diagnosed, gave me my options, and did the work all in one appointment. It was a flat fee for the job and there was no additional fees for how long it took to do the job. Id work with these guys again.

Matthew Logan did an amazing job!!! My water softener hadnt been working because it was clogged. He cleaned it out, showed me how to operate it as well as some other tips I wasnt aware of. It is now running like new and I can already tell a difference. I was impressed my his high level of customer service and knowledge. I bought the service plan as a result!

I worked with Justin to figure out why my Tempstar furnace wasnt blowing hot air, and he was lovely and fun to chat with through the process. I tried my best troubleshooting and researching on my own before calling for help and he humored all of my questions, clear explanations walking me through the inner workings of the furnace, helping me with my goal of learning while he did his work. He was thorough, professional, and provided his thoughts and guidance on the situation. Im not thrilled about handling my first major homeowner upset, but am glad I looked through agencies and went with DJs over competitors- they seem genuine and helpful. I just wish they had the needed part before this below-freezing weekend; that would be the only thing that wasnt ideal about the experience.

The Service Manager took the time to explain what needed to happen and worked with me to come up with a plan. Luke was very thorough and not pushy and even found a pipe I needed repaired however I would get estimates as they charge excessive labor in my opinion. I had good communication and he showed up when expected. Even when I cancelled some of my order he was concerned but not pushy. Did a good job on the pipe though just expensive.

I’m so grateful that I found this company! The main things that stood out right away:1. The woman who answers your call is sooooo sweet! She listens to the “problem”, and sets up an immediate appointment.2. The technicians are more than polite and respectful.(I’ve had six different ones)3. They come prepared to work/fix the problem.4. I’ve been given a price and it’s not changed. None of this well it was more than expected so that’s the extra charge.5. Just a few days ago I called as my AC stopped working. This was the only time that two separate appointments were needed to be scheduled. The first tech listened to any and all questions and gave explanations that were easy to understand. He also did not push any extra bells or whistles. The two techs that came out were amazing and within a couple of hours they were done and again they answered questions with answers that were easy to understand without me feeling like they were talking down to me which is a huge point.Thank you D J’s

So far, so good! Everyone Ive had the pleasure of interacting with/talking to has been friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Mike K. was our salesman, and Tom W. and Mikan R. were the gentleman who did the furnace install. I cant speak highly enough of them. I hate that the previous HVAC work wasnt all done appropriately, but glad to have found these guys. Pricing is very competitive, response time is great, and there is a wonderful offer for military, current and retired. Definitely comfortable recommending this company for service or equipment.

Luke was wonderful! We were without a hot water heater for 5 days due to another company failing to send the report to our home warranty company, the home warranty company ended up letting us receive a check to find a company on our own. Thankfully we found DJ’s and they came out the next day to give a quote and ended up installing it within hours of coming out! As a homeowner it is hard to find a reputable and trustworthy company that won’t try to buckle and dime you, highly recommend DJ’s and we will continue to use them for future issues that arise!

Update: I think Ive had the pleasure of meeting most of the DJs team at this point... my house needs a lot of work.- Austin went above and beyond to identify a critical problem with my sewer line and was so generous with his time to explain my options. The situation is pretty rough, so my parents are helping me through it. Even my dad was impressed by Austins thoroughness and compassion.- Nick came to address some major problems with my boiler and radiators. While he was here, he even fixed a loose doorknob for me. Nick had to repair issues that another HVAC company created, so not only did he do great work, he corrected mistakes someone else made.I seriously dont know what Id do without this crew. They see how much Im struggling to clean up this 100-year-old house and they are trying their best to control the rapidly ballooning costs for me. Im really thankful for their help.--I highly recommend DJs home service! I just bought a house that has a pretty long plumbing project list, and Jordan M took the time to walk the whole property with me. He made sure to educate me while we talked through my options and really helped me to understand what was critical to address now and what could wait. He was friendly and reassuring too. DJs offers competitive prices, skilled technicians, and high quality work!

Not only that, but gave me names of preventative products, and pointed out some problems that would help in the future to get looked at. Two days ago our AC stopped providing any cooling capability. Without any appointment or previous relationship with DJ’s Home Services, they sent a tech (Justin) out that quickly diagnosed the problem and got us back up and running. I was extremely impressed with Justin’s customer service skills, expertise, and clear communication on the issue and menu of options to address our particular problem. Definitely will use DJ’s Home Services for our future needs!

I am very pleased with the professionalism and integrity this place of business exhibits. Especially the owner. I originally put money down on a work order back in early September. However,few days later I canceled that work order. They told me they would keep 20% of the down payment I originally gave them. I had no problem with that (cost of doing business). Admittedly there was a bit of a holdup getting the remainder of my refund back to me. However,out of a gesture of pure goodwill,the owner hand carried my whole,complete down payment to me at my home! Needless to say I was very very impressed.(however,this should not constitute a precedent. And any future customers will relinquish 20% of any down payment they give DJ’s for work,then cancel. Fair enough). But I strongly recommend DJ’s for any HVAC/heating projects any future costumers may need. These folks are very trustworthy and honorable in all their work

They provided a temporary AC unit to get us by over Labor Day weekend and were there the very next Tuesday to install. Don was wonderful to work with. He did a great job getting my Main shutoff replaced. But when we turned the water back on no water was coming thru. Thats when we discover a section of galvanized pipe. So Don also unexpectedly replace a section of my waterline for me which solved the problem but did add more to the price. But it was well worth it. I got my bad water shut off fixed and with that section of pipe replaced I now have 3x better water presser in my home. Highly Recommend DJs for your plumbing needs and will use them in the future if I ever need to.
