    Our technician, Josh, did an outstanding job going above and beyond to identify as well as resolve the issue we were having. He was diligent in his process and kept me updated of his findings as much as possible. Although it was late in the afternoon when the issue was identified and a plan was made, Josh stayed after hours to get the job completed. Professional Electric will be my first call any time I have an electrical issue and I will be sure to request Josh!

    Ivan was very knowledgeable. He and his apprentice Josh were here for 5 days completely retiring my house. They were very professional. They cleaned up every day. I learned a lot. What nice, energetic guys.

    My wife and I were looking to have our electrical brought up to code. When Ivan and Josh showed up we were greeted with professionalism, which put us at ease. When they went to work they were fully professional in their work ethics and kept us informed of their progress. They answered all of our questions in the ways we understood. We really enjoyed watching them and will keep this company and them in mind when electrical work is needed in the future. I would also give them more than a 5 stars and will recommend them to my friends.

    Ivan is fantastic! Saw them at my neighbors and I inquired about having them give me an assessment on damage to my house after the recent storms. They came over and fixed us right up! Would recommend them to everyone and will use this company again in the future.

    We called Professional Electric when we had an emergency issue where our panel box was snatched off our house by a delivery driver. They were amazing! They sent someone out right away and were able to restore our electricity the same evening. All of their employees were extremely friendly, and the work was done well. I will definitely be using them for any future needs.

    Absolute heroes. Sunday night of Memorial Day weekend- I was traveling home from a quick trip out of town and got a frantic call from my house that the breaker was popping then shocking (with an arc of yellow) the person who tried to move the breaker back. At the recommendation of a good friend, I called Professional Electric. I got a call back within five minutes ( as I was driving and making sure my friend was ok) The OWNER! Called me and not only started the process to get help but went to my house himself to assess what was going on. By the time I reached the house the owner was picking up parts and had one of his best techs there to dig into the situation. I got home around 6pm and they worked until at least 9pm to make my house safe.THANK YOU PROFESSIONAL ELECTRIC! I’ve set up a schedule for the additional non- emergency work that needs to be done and a Full Home Inspection.

    Had them come out to replace a dryer plug. Thankfully they found a much larger underlying issue that was potentially deadly. Cost is very affordable.

    So happy with this company. Beau and Ashleigh really went above and beyond the call of duty! They were so nice and followed up with me every step of the way. Most places would try and make you change out things unnecessarily, and try to squeeze out as much as possible from you, but due to the weather, Beau checked our panels first, then went to a few other businesses and saw that the same things were happening to them as well and then Ashleigh called in Alabama power! As an office manager, I can honestly say, NOBODY has ever called the power company on my behalf before! The most honest, friendly people, and I am super impressed.

    I first started using Mr. Rooter Plumbing and have been very happy with them. I had some electrical outlets that were not working and the Mr. Rooter service guy suggested that I call Mr. Electric. Well Im glad I did. They sent a young man out who was very professional and he went through my entire electrical system looking for any additional problems.So a big cudos to these companies!!Thank you so much

    Reggie helped me with a few outlets that were not working and helped to re-tighten the wiring on the culprit outlet.He was also very knowledgeable and was more than happy to show and explain what he was doing.Will reach out again in the future for any electrical issues!

    Our home was struck by lightning. Ivan came and did a thorough diagnostic check on our home. He was very detailed in explaining everything and showing us the damaged wiring etc. He fixed everything he found wrong that same day. He started around noon and finished close to 8 pm. He worked through the hottest part of the day in the attic. I appreciate his dedication to get power restored and everything fixed in the same day. Him and the team at Professional Electric deserve 10 stars. Thank you!
