    Daycool tech Michael Dixon was phenomenal. Super nice guy. Very professional and knowledgeable. Did an excellent job from arrival to departure. Having an older home with an older unit, Iā€™ve been through my fair share of HVAC contractors. Communication, transparency, and honesty have all been issues in the past. But everyone I dealt with from Daycool was great. Highly recommend.

    Daycool saved me, not once but twice. My AC went out during 100 degree weather and they were here the very next day. The tech was able to get it working within an hour. I cannot recommend them enough. I now have the regular maintenance plan and could not be happier.

    Michael was AWESOME! We noticed our system wasnt cooling at about 11 am on a saturday and called them, by 12:30 Michael was at our home and had our system cooling not long after, he also took extra time to check over the entire system just to make sure we wouldnt have any other issues.We are so pleased with the consistent service that we get every single time with daycool.Michael knocked our experience out of the park, we will be customers for a long time.

    Called DayCool because our air conditioning wasnā€™t working. They said a tech would be here between 3 and 5. Fifteen minutes after my call (which was about 2) my technician was on his way. His name is Wesley. He investigated and found the problem and got it working and tomorrow a new air handler will be installed. He took his time to explain everything to us so that we could understand it.3 years ago we had an outside unit installed and the technician said in about 3 years your inside unit will need replacing.He was right.Like the honest approach and the respect I was shown.

    This is my second time using Daycool and I couldnā€™t be happier with the level of service Iā€™ve received both times. My A/C went out Thursday night. Daycool sent their tech, Travis, out first thing Friday morning and he discovered that my condenser motor was burnt out. Travis provided what I felt to be very fair and honest options. My unit was over 25 years old and although he felt it could be repaired, it would be a significant cost. Travis stated he would happily do whatever I chose, but he recommended installing a new indoor/outdoor setup instead of investing several hundred dollars in the old unit as he was concerned it was likely to quit entirely within a few months. He assured me that the office staff would do their best to help me secure financing if I decided to pursue a new unit.I contacted Shelby at their office and she worked diligently to get me financed. She was fantastic! She took time to explain my estimates as well as financing options. She got me financed through Alabama power within an hour and then ordered my equipment so I could be put on the schedule first thing Monday morning. I felt like she went above and beyond to make sure it got done that day so it wouldnā€™t delay us getting our air going again.On Monday, another tech, Drake, came while I was at work and had the new unit installed literally within 5 hours. I came home to a cool house and other than the new units, couldnā€™t tell theyā€™d even been here. I was shocked at how fast the entire process went and I canā€™t thank these guys enough for all of their hard work and dedication to serving the community. No one likes having to go through a large house repair, but Daycool at least made the process smooth and made me feel that I was given a fair shake. 10/10 would recommend.

    Daycool came today to look at my new a/c that they installed. The thermostat that is new is being replaced by Trane! These are the most professional group I have ever worked with.     An actual person with Daycool answered the phone on a Sunday night and scheduled a technician to come out the next day. In the midst of a super hot summer in Mobile, and when the AC goes wonky, this is exceptional service from an HVAC company.The technician, Wesley Underwood, arrived on time and spent two hours discussing my options, explaining the problems, answering my questions.     Michael, an army veteran highly-trained technician, promptly & effectively corrected a horrible predicament that occurred in May as a result of a prior emergency visit. Michael is not only experienced, professional, well-trained, and knowledgeable, but he is also very sympathetic to the extreme issue of having no air flow or functioning AC in the Deep South where temps can soar to 110 degrees!     After maintaining an old ac/heat unit for almost 20 years, it finally was time to replace. I got quotes from several different companies, most if not all were very good too, but the precision, transparency and overall quality of the conversation I had with Wesley when he came out to give me a quote really cinched it. He noticed the dust and mold accumulating from my super old unit and gave me a couple of options to clean the ducts as well, which Iā€™m super glad I did! Shelby, in the office, was so friendly, knowledgeable and diligent when helping me get the financing done and Michael, Matt, Hunter and Tre came in and went right to work yesterday and now Iā€™m back in my comfort zone!     Daycool never fails! I have been depending on them since 2018 and even had them to install my new HVAC system and servicing it ever since. I must admit that paying the comfort club fee is so worth it for the free inspections twice a year. Every technician that comes through has always been so thorough and helpful but Drake has really come through this last service time. He came for my last inspection, listened at the concerns I had, did a temporary fix and supplied me with the correct information I needed. I am so glad that I chose this company for all my HVAC needs!

    They did a great job in sealing and disinfecting the AC ducts. The house smells awesome. I gave 4 stars because one of the young men kept talking about politics to his coworker in such a way that as a woman offended me incredibly. I found it very unprofessional and foolish to loudly discuss politics in a customerā€™s house. So the experience left a bitter taste in my mouth.

    We reached out to Daycool on a Saturday morning, as our HVAC unit started to show signs of being in trouble. Someone from the service was immediately alerted and a technician was assigned to us within 30 minutes (needless to say that in 100+ degrees heat, it was absolutely crucial that we received service right away!!). A tech arrived shortly and started troubleshooting the system, letting us know what was going on at all times. He temporarily got us back working and left a quote with options to repair or replace, explaining everything in detail and plain English. The fee for after hours service was very reasonable, especially since they truly *might* be the only company that responds almost immediately. We also needed an invoice and work order sent over afterwards, and the office staff was extremely accommodating. Nothing but words of praise for Daycool Heating & Air, they are very professional and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who needs reliable technicians!

    Ronnie and his tech arrived on time. Both were very personable, professional, and were very knowledgeable in what they do. My house smells fresh and feels so much better after they cleaned the ducts/vents. They cleaned up any dust or particles that the machine missed and made sure to keep me informed on what they were about to do in case it was a little loud due to me working from home.     Very friendly and professional, did a great job!The first time I called them was at 11 pm in August 2019 I believe, and my husband was out of the country. They responded immediately the next morning and sent a text message with a picture of the Tech, which I thought was great since I was by myself. He came, discovered the problem and repaired it in less than an hour. We have used them for the 4th time now for different issues and would definitely recommend their company.

    Had a service call on a blower motor issue. Alex, the technician, diagnosed the problem quickly but still did some other checks to be sure.     Daycool has been a life saver for me since 2015 or so. They have always been on time and knocked out the problem. Today was a check on a new to me system in the house we just bought. The outside unit was acting a little funny and not coming on part of the time. Alex checked everything out and fixed the contactor by simply cleaning it out. After that he checked every electrical component and recommended future monitoring to head off any problems. This very knowledgeable technician went out of his way to save us money instead of being a parts changer. I would recommend Daycool to anyone needing a quality job done at a reasonable price.

    This is one of the best companies weve worked with. I had a two day notice before having my trailer moved. We needed the outside unit uninstalled, moved and reinstalled. This man didnt leave our house until after 9. He checked everything. He added coolant came back in to make sure it was registering right which it wasnt. Thank God he checked it.     These guys did a great job at a very competitive price. I upgraded to a heat pump from a very old AC system and the thermostat wire had to be upgraded. The team went above and beyond in getting behind the walls in order to not have to cut the drywall to access the wire. I was very pleased. The outdoor unit was put on a heavy duty pad and strapped down securely. The indoor unit was slipped into the original spot and hooked up to the ducting very neatly. Good job all around.
