Norm came the day before we were to go to Thanksgiving and replaced everything needed to repair a serious leak in a basement bathroom sink. He did great work and kept his work area neat and clean. He went above and beyond and used some stuff to clear stains in the old unused toilet. I have used Krohmer Plumbing before and highly recommend them.

I just wanted to say Thank You to Jared Morris and his partner today. My water heater went out and they were here the next morning and had it installed in no time! Amazing customer service by both gentlemen and I would recommend this company for your Plumbing needs. I would like to wish the Krohmers and staff a VERY Merry Christmas. We have had a year of very rough times and they were here for our family as tho it was theirs. They repaired pipes, installed a shower and tub, and sink so my husband who had stage 4 could remain in our home on the main floor of our home. He was to weak to use the stairs. I know we werent on the schedule but they made it happen! Krohmer plumbing will always have a piece of my heart for all there amazing services. Kind, caring, and amazing customers service. ❤️

I needed a new water heater and called Krohmer plumbing for the job, they were out the very next day and installed it. Their installer was professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job. He did a great job of installing the water heater and also cleaned everything up. Took the old water heater with him and the job was done. They do great work.

I wish every business in SD was half as good as these guys are. They should hold a seminar on how to accommodate customers, the front desk person is perfect, as well.
