It was a pleasant experience from booking a appointment until the job was complete and done. Staff was courtesy and on time texting upon their arrival. Had slip covers to go over work boots before entering the home. Went over the estimate from start to finish and answered any questions. Five starts honestly isn’t high enough for the type of service that Steele Hagan and his crew gave us. As a supporter of small businesses, I’m glad to work with Hagan Plumbing. My hubby and I recently found out that one of our underground pipes is leaking. Steele and his team came out to our house multiple times to help us get this issue fixed.We called to get a quote recently and he was out there within two hours to take a look and provide a quote. He even wrote up a report for us to send off to our insurance company to see if they would cover the cost of the replacement.
