    These guys are great! We have had numerous issues after purchasing a new home from underground gutter drains to tree roots to backed upToiletsAlways professional and reliable. It’s great to have a trust worthy company when you need it. Especially when it is almost always an emergency!

    Bender Sewer and Drain is the only company I will ever call for drainage issues. Dylon was absolutely amazing! We first had a different company come out (not knowing about Bender yet) and the guy told us that we needed to rip up our new flooring and new kitchenette downstairs for a drain backup. We wanted a second opinion and heard how great Bender was and thank god because Dylon had it unplugged in less than an hour! Wonderful company, very trustworthy and truthful! Only drainage company I will trust moving forward.

    I had a couple drains that needed opening, a toilet drain that needed looking at and some main sewer line questions. I had never heard of Bender, but when I called my usual plumber, they told me about Bender and that honestly, Bender was better at this sort of thing than they were. I made an appointment for them to come by about 1:00.Their guy, Dylon, showed up early. He put boot coverings on without being asked, which is getting more uncommon these days.The drains, one completely plugged, were done in a very short time, there wasn’t a drop of mud, drain residue, or anything else left on our floors, the drains were reconnected properly, and the sinks now drain perfectly—at full faucet speed, nothing will accumulate in the sink. The bill for this was very reasonable.Finally, when we discussed my main sewer line, he told me they have a very good epoxy-type lining that is an effective alterative to digging in new pipe. He said Bender has been doing this for several years now with good results. I’d only recently heard of this procedure, but I understand that, because of the work involved , it is not an inexpensive proposition to be entered into lightly. It might cost us $10,000 to do this, but it’s much cheaper than installing new pipe (at least $15,000), which would involve digging through my yard.And this is where I was most impressed. Although he explained the whole process to me thoroughly, HE (not me) then suggested I try a much less expensive option, which involves having a high pressure water jet blast through the blockages and clearing out the opening, and following up with a camera to determine if I really need a new sewer line. The total for this, which will last years if my sewer main hasn’t already corroded through, will be around $500, a great alternative to having to shell out $10-15 thousand. How many businesses steer you first, to their least expensive alternative? I’ve seen some but they’re the exception. I highly recommend Bender Sewer and Drain.

    My grandparents own this business and they are always answering the phone. If they wanted to they could probably retire but even though my grandpa is in his 70s he is still working hard and thats somthing can respect

    This is both the representation of a horror story and a wonderful company. After a long rainstorm, I had clogged drains and water seeping into my basement. As one would, I got a plumber to fix the issue. While I was at work, I had my mom let the plumber in to fix it. When he was done, he accidentally locked my mother in the basement for 6 hours. Well, rightfully so, I was angry. So, I left a scathing call and got a call back the next day. I didnt think much about it for about a week and then got a letter in the mail. It was from them apologizing for the mix-up. Stuff happens, I get it, but I appreciate them owning up to it. As for their work, it was professional and done right.P.S. Shes fine.
