    This is an amazing business that stands behind their work and the products they choose to install.Brent came out when my hot water heater stopped working.     From the first call to the time the service tech walked out the door everything was professional. I had a leaking bathtub facet and our DIY attempts did not solve anything. Maximum plumbing had good reviews so I took a chance. I won’t hesitate to call them again. Fair pricing. Very polite. And even though it was Friday afternoon, he jumped right in, found the problem, went out for supplies, and had it fixed in 2 hours.

    The only plumbing company that actually answers the phone verses making you leave a message and they sent a plumber out in under an hour to work on my cistern pump.I highly recommend as they don’t even charge for showing up to evaluate the problem ! I was thoroughly impressed by the level of service provided by Justin, the plumber who handled the job.Justin was incredibly professional from the moment he arrived. Despite the persistent problem, Justin went above and beyond to troubleshoot and offer potential solutions, showing genuine care and concern for the outcome. He was able to replace the garbage disposal and unclog the sink.

    I cant recommend them enough. James came over late on a Saturday and helped save us from a huge leak behind our shower wall. Extremely knowledgeable and even politely explained how close I was to fixing it myself without being demeaning.     Initially I was impressed with the response and the cost of replacing a garbage disposal. The tech was prompt and forthcoming on the cost of the project, as we provided the Unit. After installation, we experienced water setting in our dishwasher, after cycling the dishwater. We recalled the tech, he again came promptly. He was complexed with the issue. He said I suggest we replace the old flange. If it works, you owe $99.00, if not, you owe nothing. We agreed. He went and got flange , installed it, and recycled dish washer. He announced water was now flowing from dish washer into garbage disposal. We wrote check, tech left. We ran dish washer that night. Next morning, water setting in dishwasher. Wife and I took flange off, ran dishwasher into a bucket. Water flowed freely, so issue was in garbage disposal. We googled installing garbage disposal. First item was to remove knockout in unit before installing. We checked, that was not done. We completed that task , reinstalled flange and system worked. We should not have been required to pay the $99.00. I contacted the tech, said in fairness, I would except a $50.00 reimbursement. He replied he would discuss with his boss. That was 10 days ago. To this point I have heard nothing. This is my biggest disappointment with the company. they seemed very reputable when I made contact. Very upfront with cost, but did not live up to their word on replacing the flange.

    Fantastic job, great to work with. Work completed quickly and everything tested out fine. I really want to emphasize the fast response. Scheduling a plumber has been difficult in the past but Maximum called immediately when I first initiated contact. The work was scheduled and completed the same week. Cost was reasonable. Noah and the new guy were very pleasant and easy to talk to.

    This is one plumbing company who will charge you a reasonable price and will also do a no cost estimate as well. Matthew our plumber, was courteous and did a great job!Other places will charge you around $98 just for your estimate whether they do the work or not. The estimate cost is not rolled into the project which is also has a much higher cost than what we paid.

    They were referred by Home Depot to install a new water heater and I couldnt be more pleased. Their communication was excellent and the service was professional. The installer was neat and courteous. He answered all my questions in terms I could understand. I will absolutely call them for all my future plumbing needs.Edit:I have called them again, several times. They’re very quick to respond, even when it’s not an emergency.Today, they added a new water line and drain and installed a laundry tub, which makes my laundry room feel complete. They made sure I got the pull out sprayer faucet I wanted (to make washing the dog easier for me), even though it was out of stock at their regular warehouse. These guys are really great.

    Terrific experience this morning with Maximum Plumbing. I can see why other reviewers heartily endorse Maximum. While I had been nervous to dismiss other plumbers I found via Thumbtack (since they had quoted a price sight unseen for our garbage disposal repair), the other reviewers convinced me to give Maximum a try. I appreciate the policy of inspecting prior to giving a quote on the cost now -- more than I did yesterday. (Still in the same range). The communication process was excellent with the plumber calling well before to ensure the agreed upon time still worked for me. Were now raving fans and will be using Maximum for future needs!     Got a water heater install and removal.Miscommunication on the first attempted day of install, and they missed their window. Second day attempt went smoothely. I got severely upcharged on a pan and pressure relief valve that I didn’t know I needed. It was like $20 at Lowe’s and I got hit for $200 for them to use their own. So I recommend you do more research than I did. Final install went well and everything works so far day off.

    Tim and his helper did a first rate professional job of installing my single lever faucet in my garbage disposal. I would highly recommend maximum plumbing and Tim do anyone needing plumbing work done.This review applies to Mat Kunkel who installed a faucet on my bathroom sink today Friday, August 25. Mat called me approximately 45 minutes before he arrived and told me he was would be there in about 45 minutes. Since it was getting close to lunchtime. I assume he was going to stop and have his lunch. He asked me if he could bring me anything. That has never happened before with any contractor that I’ve used over the years, I was extremely impressed by this offer. I did not take Mat up on that as I was already in the process of preparing my lunch. But I thanked him for making the offer and told him that I appreciated it. Mat arrived approximately 45 minutes later and was very polite and I showed him Where the bathroom is located and showed him the new faucet that needed to be installed. He got right on the job was very quiet about the job and did a very professional installation. After Matt was finished installing the faucet, he asked me if I had any problems with water pressure and we talked about that and how I could go about getting it increased. Matt then told me what the charge would be for his service and I gave him my credit card, and he took care of it with his iPad device.I highly recommend Matt for any plumbing services that you may need or any of the plumbers that work for maximum plumbing. It is a professionally run company and they provide an excellent service.

    Matthew and Brett arrived within the time window, called before they came to give me an exact time when they would get there, they were so kind, checked my water pressure and I thought that is where they would upsell me, but no! The water pressure was good and they just explained that can be a reason for leaking of faucets but mine was fine! They did such a great job I even offered them a tip and they would not take it! In a world where people are always taking advantage of you, these young men handled themselves with integrity, respect, and kindness!
