Called in monday and got scheduled with a technician as soon as the next day. Sergio notified me of his arrival about 30 minutes before which fell right within the first hour of the 3-6pm window they quoted me. Sergio and Danny (hopefully spelled right) gave clear prices for the diagnostic of my water heater and the price associated with potential repairs which were agreeable.Thankfully it wasnt anything too serious so they were in and out within an hour and restored hot water to the entire house just like that. Recently had a $900 water bill 💵 and of course I freaked out. Found out from the landscaper that one of the sprinkler heads was leaking. Additional the primary bathroom toilet kept running every minute like it was filling the tank. Found out from the owner Joe that the other brand I had has a history of problems. They only recommend #Toto brand. So I had all three toilets replaced immediately. Thomas was a great guy, and very knowledgeable. He walked me through every step he took to to find and fix the problem. I knew the price to find and fix the problem was going to be around $1,000 since everything seems to be $1,000 now days. So if you have that mindset going in, you won’t have sticker shock.Apparently when my home was built in the 1990’s, they used an iron coupling to brace a beam. But the iron was touching the copper pipe. Iron + Copper = electrolysis. It wore away at the pipe and caused a pinhole leak.

I woke this morning to water gushing out of the ceiling in my sitting room. I called Santhoff and they immediately sent Jose and Junior to save the day! Both were professional, courteous and informative. I’ll be asking for them by name for all my future plumbing needs. Thanks Santhoff for quickly coming to my rescue!It’s another year and another leak in my old galvanized pipes! I called Santhoff and Sergio was at my doorway almost immediately. Within an hour he found not only the leaking pipe but also the source prompting the leaks - an old high velocity pump. By two o’clock the following afternoon the leaking pipe and high velocity pump had both been replaced by Sergio and his colleague. I now know that all of Santhoff’s employees are skilled, effective and professional. Thanks Santhoff for coming to my rescue once again!

September 5, 2024 - Based on my previous experience, I called Santhoff Plumbing with a rusted, and leaking water pipe connection to the float switch of my pool. I also requested a quote to replace my 20 year-old hot water heater. Within 2 and half hours, Juan Lopez arrived and gave me quote for the new hot water heater installation and some additional pipe replacements in the attic. Then he quickly replaced all the outdoor pipes and values to my pool float level system and re-insulated all the exposed parts. Now everything works well and the new plumbing is much simpler and rugged. All this was done in about 90 minutes. Again a wonderful experience and I even learned some tricks about how to insulate exposed faucets and plumbing along the side of my house.April 11, 2023 - I called Santhoff Plumbing on a Monday morning about replacing a toilet, kitchen sink disposal, and two outdoor faucets, and they sent Juan Lopez and his assistant Luke out the next morning. Juan carefully and patiently explained all my options. He and Luke performed the repairs expertly and efficiently with no mess . They had the disposal replacement and outdoor faucets on their truck, and the new toilet was delivered as they were working on the other projects. All repairs and replacement were working perfectly within about two hours, and it was great experience.Juan also suggested that we replace our bathroom faucet which was leaking at the handles. He sent options to match our current faucet, ordered the parts, and then came out again in three weeks to install the faucet and drain. He and his assistant addressed issues with old plumbing by replacing pipes and shut-off valves. Then, they installed the new faucet and gave me some tips for cleaning the drain, all within about two hours. As in April, we were very happy with the work and the experience. We will definitely use Santhoff for all future plumbing issues.

Adam checked out our plumbing for all of our sinks. He recommended some higher quality materials since the previous materials installed were low quality and were prone to having problems in the future! We went with his advice and got our water supply lines for our sink changed out for stainless steel supply lines. Further, our ac drain line was leaking and Adam made sure to fix the problem by adding pipes that would make the condensation line run smoother! Spoke to owner about a repair to a gas line. He responded that they didn’t do this particular repair but he spent time out of his day to locate and vet a company that did. His referral worked out great. Even though they couldn’t do the job, Santoff Plumbing really took care of me and I will be a customer going forward. Don’t find that kind of customer service anymore. Two thumbs up.

Jason and his fellow associate arrived in a timely manner after notifying me of their ETA. He quickly assessed where the water leak might be and proceeded to dig out the meter box and water pipes. The leak turned out to be within inches of the connection to the meter. They repaired the pipe, tested the water pressure, and cleaned up the area afterwards. Jason and his associate were both friendly, efficient and professional and I highly recommend them to others.

Thomas from Santhoff plumbing was very professional and was on time for our appointment. The service we requested (installing a handheld bidet sprayer and capping a gas line) was quick and well done. Mac was marvelous! Very helpful. We discussed everything and he was through in determining what was not happening and what is happening! He also gave me ideas to try before moving forward on more expensive procedures!I did think the quote I received for a small little leak we found was a tad higher than it should be! We all are struggling right now and to repair one little leak should not be what they quoted.
