    Britton Waterworks Plumbing replaced my 13 year old water heater which leaked profusely right between Christmas and New Years Eve. Very effective technicians: neat installation, clean-up, unit deployed and tested. Office is very responsive and their IT system is pretty dialed in: quote, deposit payment, progress tracking (your crew is on the way...), I got sms on all steps. Very reasonable price too. Awesome experience.

    I called at nearly 5pm on a Tuesday after discovering we had two gas leaks in our home. Britton Waterworks Plumbing were empathetic to what that meant to a family of six (with young children) and they prioritized us and made sure we were taken care of that night. They were knowledgeable, communicated every step of the process (including updates on their arrival) and were able to fix both gas leaks while our youngest kids slept. I appreciated their straightforward and reasonable pricing and my husband and I felt very comfortable with them in our home.     David, with Britton Waterworks, arrived a little earlier than the projected appointment window for which I was very happy. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what service and repairs were needed for my tankless water heater.Repairs were done in just a few hours and my water heater is working like new again.I will definitely be calling on Britton Waterworks for any future plumbing needs.

    Great experience with Britton WaterWorks to replace a water heater under warranty. They picked up the replacement water heater from the supply house, saving me the headache. I appreciated the way they laid down tarps from my front door to the attic and carefully brought the old water heater down the staircase. Most importantly, they restored hot water, thank you!

    I give Britton Waterworks 5 stars for their promp service and follow up. I contacted them after 5pm on a Friday. My Dishwasher had water over flowing onto my cabinets and floor. I called Britton Waterworks immediately. They walked me thru the process and they were able to send someone out on Saturday morning. Jacob was very Professional and efficient. He explained to me that the water hose that connected my Dishwasher and Disposal was clogged . He cleaned the hose and showed me what was clogging the hose. I highly recommend Britton Waterworks. They even gave me a follow up phone call to ensure that everything was working properly.     Amazing company!!! Very attentive and communicative, came out quickly to diagnose the problem and had an even faster response time to get everything back up and running. Zelena and her team are awesome, hopefully we wont have any plumbing issues any time soon, but if we do it will be to Britton Waterworks will be the 1st call made.We had an issue with our new tankless water heater that another company installed less than 2 years ago, Britton Waterworks was the local trusted partner with Rheem, and I see why!!!     They came out and looked into an issue with our hot water. We thought it was fixed and so did they turned out it wasn’t so they came back and was very persistent on fixing the issue. They did! We have hot water and it’s been amazing! They have amazing customer service and really care about the customers.

    They have great prices and are one of the most professional small businesses Ive dealt with. I had several jobs I needed done: Install a second line off the water main at the street up to my house for a sprinkler system, install an elaborate water passthrough for a new hard water salt free conditioner and whole house water filtration system, and the sheet rock repair! They have very competitive prices, but more importantly, they did an amazing job on all these projects. Its a family that runs this business and I would highly recommend.

    Very responsive (called us back quickly) and fairly priced. Our A/C overflow lines had clogged the main line from an upstairs sink causing it to overflow and shut down the A/C. Their plumber David came out on the morning of July 4th , did our repairs ,got our sink unclogged and A/C running again with no problem. Found out later David made 2-3 other stops in the area before leaving to enjoy his holiday . Great service , polite staff and good value. We’ve put them in our contact list for future work.

    Weve used Britton for several plumbing projects over the last couple of years and will continue to call on them in the future. Water heater, couple of leaks, drain cleaning, and repiping. Including one bad leak that they came quickly and looked at over 4th of July! Theyre incredibly responsive via text and send regular updates throughout the entire process from initial request until completion. The plumbers are always happy to answer our questions and explain things. During one project the plumber noticed an issue with our dryer vent (completely outside their scope) and let us know - turned out to be pretty serious and we were able to get it fixed. We had a newborn baby during the repipe and the plumber tried his best to be mindful of the baby (e.g. hed knock when he arrived instead of ringing the doorbell) which was very nice and I realize he didnt have to do that. I also appreciate that the owner comes out to double check workmanship on the bigger projects.

    Despite ALL the setbacks that were NOT of their own choosing , David and his team pulled off a hat trick in the renovation to the bath/shower installation. They are professional in their craft and the end result was proof that they are NOT some fly by night operations. I am going to have more work for them next year when it’s time to get the gas line routed for the Generac generator. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone who has any interest in quality work at reasonable prices

    Britton WaterWorks Plumbing was a pleasant surprise in an emergency situation. Thanks to their clean clear signage on their truck, I was able to flag a serviceman down in my neighborhood. He politely answered my questions and connected me with dispatch. Within an hour, that same serviceman was at my home to completely repair an emergency plumbing situation. The advice I received from a local hardware store was exactly what the service man recommended and did. I know plumbing is expensive, but Britton WaterWorks was affordable, responsive and thorough.     They truly came to the rescue. Toilets, bathtub and shower all backing up after hours. I live in a home with old concrete plumbing and it failed.     This is the plumbing company you want! I cannot recommend Britton Waterworks enough!I called them bright and early on a Monday morning, as soon as they opened, hoping to get an estimate done on the same day, as I already had an appointment scheduled with a different plumbing company for the following day. Not only did Britton fit me in on the same day, but they also completed the repair on the same day. In speaking with both David and Zelena, they both cared about ensuring I received the right service, at an affordable price. This is important to note because the plumbing company I initially had planned to do the service only gave me the option to reroute my drain line rather than to clear the clog that was causing the leak.In an attempt to not make this a super lengthy review, basically the previous company only presented me with a permanent fix at an expensive cost, rather than presenting me with an option to fix the leak in its current state and then looking and a long term solution. The two guys that came out for Britton told me I had a clog in my drain line, which was causing the leak. They offered/suggested to clear the clog (immediate fix) and then provided me with a solution to ensure if I ever have a clog again, my drain line would leak through the proper channels rather than leak in the walls of my attic. Again, clearing the clog was never an option presented by the other company.Working with Britton not only saved me thousands of dollars but they also gained a lifetime customer. I still cant believe they were able to schedule me in to quote and fix my plumbing issue on the same day - without charging an extra fee as seen with other companies.

Your customer service is A+!!I was very anxious that the rusted out pan might leak water throughout my embarrassingly cluttered garage. Zelena proactively reached out to me offering to come by after work to shut off the valve to provide a temporary solution to avoid a water disaster. I am a senior citizen and was unable to climb a ladder to reach the valve myself. She and her son did this task for me. Britton is a family owned business and I sincerely respect the work ethic these parents have instilled in their young adult children.I had other estimates at higher prices for water heaters inferior to Britton’s product and warranty offered.     David, Zelena, and their team of plumbing experts were amazing. Weve hired Britton Waterworks for multiple projects, large and small on three properties my wife and I have owned. On our previous Galleria townhouse, we hired them to to update all our fixtures, toilets, sinks, and garbage disposals and also had them move our washer and dryer from the downstairs pantry to an upstairs hallway closet. To do that, they had to run completely new water lines, electrical outlets, and drains.Then on our current property, a house in Westbury Houston, we hired them to replumb our kitchen sink drainage pipe from the sink, through the wall, and to the main drainage access in my back yard. It was a big project. Their plumber started with the removal of the existing pipes, which were completely clogged from nearly six decades of grease, and run completely fresh pipes through out exterior wall and into our sink. After years of needing to snake the kitchen pipes from out the outside, especially during cold weather, Britton Waterworks saved the day and saved me from having to constantly snake the pipes, month after month.In addition to their work on our residential property, they have been our plumbers of choice for our church properties as well. After years of searching for a good plumber my wife and I are truly blessed to have found great plumbers with Britton Waterworks.Theyre excellent and we highly recommend them.

    Wow. What an amazing company. Our water heater had an electrical fire and it had to be replaced. Thankfully it was still under manufacture warranty so all I needed was someone to install them. But what I didn’t know was that I needed to find a plumber that worked with this specific heater and distributor , I had to call 6 other plumbing companies before Zelena with Britton responded and knew exactly what I needed. She was so helpful and patient in preparing the paperwork and answered all of my questions. During the prep process we maintained constant communication via phone and text. The attention and customer service she provided was phenomenal. I was thinking that it would be couple of days before getting a technician to get me all set up but nope she had one ready for the next morning! And right on time Jeff Stewart comes the next morning.     Britton Waterworks is the best. The whole team is professional, knowledgeable, patience with my questions, listen to my concerns, and tackle all tasks one-by-one. I engaged them for an estimate on Friday, master plumber came to the property on the following Monday. Once we confirm the work order, the whole Britton team came out to the property and got all work done within 3-day. They repipe 50% of the house, work on the water heater maintenance/repair, make sure all water pressures are restored through the whole house (~1700 sq ft), and repair/change all hardware needed. The team protects our newly installed wood floor and clean up afterwards. The job they did is outstanding. For the amount of time and work the team puts in, pricing is reasonable. We truly appreciate their hard work. Will certainly go back to them for our next project. Lastly, shout out to their admin.     I’m extremely pleased with the service I received today. I was distraught over not being able to have a hot water tank installed expeditiously for my elderly tenants for 3 days working with my home warranty. After much dialogue, talks of warranty policy and procedure and disrespect by them it was obvious I needed to take reigns for the install. Contacted several other companies but none could do it within the next 3-4 days and closed on weekends. BrittonWaterworks worked diligently to locate the unit I needed and had it installed within 27 hours! Although they made no guarantees of a next day install they came through. They kept me informed of steps taken along the way and assured me they would get it done if there was any way possible. My stomach was in knots but I had to trust their word. What a team! They got it done in record time. My unit is on the second floor. They protected my carpet and stairwell. Tenants are happy they only had to be without hot water 3 days rather than 7-10 as warranty insisted. Landlord pleased to recommend this company.

    To properly ring in the new year, our problematic water heater decided to follow Betty White into the hereafter on new years eve, which also happened to coincide with a nasty cold front blowing into town. I contacted Britton, and to start with their quote was much more competitive than two other companies I had contacted.     My kitchen sink would not drain. My warranty company sent out a company that told me it would be $13K to fix my issue BUT they wouldn’t cover it because of the diagnoses their company gave. After I finished crying, I called Britton Waterworks for a second opinion. I was without a sink for almost a week waiting for the other company. Britton Waterworks came out the next evening, and did a primary diagnosis. The next day they came out and did the HydroJetting service on the pipes and ran the camera, showed me pictures (the other company didn’t) and told me exactly what was wrong. NOTHING like the other company. Fixed my issue for less than $700!! I’ve also used them to repair my toilet, and they replaced the sprayer on my kitchen sink!!     On Friday 7/10/2020 I had a water valve burst in my bathroom! Thankfully I was home when it happened. I was so frantic and water was gushing out everywhere.     We had a root grow into the drainage pipe in front of our home, and Britton located the pipe, sent a digging crew, and was able to repair the pipe just before the big freeze. They worked until late at night to make sure it was completed before the big freeze, and we were very thankful. All said we spent about $2,800 for the whole repair which included them coming out with a camera to locate the issue. Great staff, constantly responsive.     Britton technician and his team did a good job replacing my Water Heater ahead of scheduled time and did the job in about two hours. The attic door was too tight for the Water heater to go, but they managed to take it up there with minimum scratches to the surface plate. Technician told me about the cracking issue in Thermostat’s connection to the heater due to plastic parts and most of them fail the same as mine. Beware if you have an older model Bradford White water heater with a Honeywell thermostat (My old water heater was 2012 model). Mine had that issue and water gushing out almost flooded the attic. The new model Thermostat is different and has brass connection which I hope it lasts longer than the old one.

    We contracted BWW to replace all of the old galvanized steel pipe in our house with PEX, They gave very fair pricing for the work done and it was non-intrusive even while I worked from home. Additionally they placed a pump on our water heater so help move hot water to the back of the house faster. It went from taking upwards of 5 minutes to get hot water to that portion of the house to less than 20 seconds.We also had them work as a general contractor for us to renovate the shower, and even though there were a couple of hiccups on the tile installation from a sub-contractor, they intervened without us needing to say anything and got the tile fixed and looking beautiful.They handled all of the inspections and asked only that we make the home available to the third party inspector, as well as coming back a month later to give their own internal inspection to make sure the work was up to their standard.If you need plumbing work I would contact David and Zelena at BWW.

    David, Zelena, Kyara and Cordell assisted us with plumbing repairs caused by the recent freezing temperatures. Our home is in a small town called Austwell, which is south of Victoria. It was difficult to find plumbers to service our rural town and we were without water service for several weeks. The water lines underneath our property cracked and we were finally able to have water service restored a couple weeks ago. If it had not been for their efforts to assist us, we would probably still be without water. We also have them replacing our water softener, whole house filter, RO system and shower fixtures that were also no longer working due to the freezing weather.     We have used Britton for the last 3 years for our annual gas test required for our foster care license. The technicians are always courteous, prompt, and professional. Zelena has always been prompt in returning emails and phone calls. I called yesterday mid-morning about scheduling and they were able to squeeze us in yesterday afternoon.

    Multiple pipes burst on Tuesday night.. thankfully, we had the presence of mind to turn off the water main. We caught most of the water that leaked and started calling plumbers. I lost count of the amount we called.. put on lists with some and sent to voicemail countless times only to find the mailboxes full. Found Britton WaterWorks through a NextDoor recommendation and gave them a shot. The owner answered and spent 20 minutes talking to me about our situation. They showed up Saturday morning to assess and completed the work today.. meanwhile, haven’t heard back from any of the plumbers we got put on the list for..     These two are an amazing couple! I’ve been without running water since the freeze. This week they came and ran new pipes in my house and cleaned the drain which was also giving me problems. It was not an easy job as David had to saw through layers of hard wood and deal with wonky plumbing that was installed by the man who built the house. David worked until he figured it out, Zelena right next to him,too, with real graciousness. It’s the best experience I’ve ever had with a service contractor. Onward and upward Zelena and David!

    Excellent customer service. The woman who answers the phone/makes appointments is FANTASTIC. Hit a few snags as far as guys coming during the proposed window of time, but they were very apologetic about it. Did great work when they were here. Very friendly and professional. For the amount of time they ended up spending on my job, I do think they are reasonably priced - work quoted up front with signatures for approval before any work is done and I appreciated the transparency and lack of surprises.

    A friend of a friend refer Britton WaterWorks to me. I called because I had a stopped up toiler. I was given a quote for the initial investigation that would apply to the repairs if I choice to let them do the work. David came out cleared my line and noticed my neighbors sewer was coming out also. David ran his line to try and clean out my neighbors drain hoping it would help clear mine. He did not have to do that because it was my sewer that he came to try and fix. He took the time to really investigate and later figured out that the line was clogged on the city side & my neighbor and i sewer lines where connected. He even placed the call to 311 to report the problem and give details for the report.Thank you David the city finally came out and they separated the lines.Give Britton WaterWorks a call.
