Our drain was backing up and nothing was working . I talked with the GEI Plumbing Services owner and sent him pics. He gave my an idea of the scale of the job and was able to schedule us in right away. The worker showed up early inspected the job and had a thorough plan quickly. He explained the work to be done professionally and was very friendly. The whole job was completed within the time frame explained including cleanup. He tested and verified the repairs. We have a 70 year old house that has had a worsening water supply flow volume problem for the past several years. After a bit of Internet research, I contacted GEI Plumbing Services intending to get a quote and start the process of finding a reliable, reasonably priced contractor to install a larger water supply pipe. The manager from the company, GEI Plumbing Services team made an appointment to meet me and assess and price the job. I was so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism as well as the quoted price which I found to be fair and reasonable that I contracted with his company. I wasnt disappointed. GEI Plumbing Services team showed up at the promised time and completed the work within a day as they had promised. The workers carefully completed the job and completely cleaned up both inside and out leaving no trace of any mess or property damage. My best contractor experience ever! Highly recommend this company.

Today, they installed a new sump pump and battery backup-this was to replace what they installed 10 years ago. The plumber gave me explicit instructions how to test the system every month and when to replace the battery backup.

The previous owner had appeared to have leaks at some point and rather then replace the P trap they had just glued it over and over. GEI Plumbing Services tech was able to get it removed and replace it with new pipes. I will definitely call this company again for all my plumbing needs.

GEI Plumbing Services was great. We had a backflow value that needed to be repair/replacement. They got what we needed, installed it and then recertified. They were easy to work with. We had used a different plumber, that was very expensive, in the past but that plumber couldnt do the recertification which we needed so we would have had to get another party involved. They were one stop for all we needed done. In addition to the backflow they replace a faucet for us. The work was done quickly and just what we wanted. We will use GEI Plumbing Services for all our future plumbing needs.

We recently used GEI Plumbing Services Missouri City to replace our old clay main drain pipe in the basement and outside. They also installed a back water valve and installed a new cleanout outside to provide future access to the main line. My plumber were all exceptional. They provided stellar customer service, a reasonable quote, and he took care of the permit, inspection, and back water valve rebate paperwork. Had a basement flood. The old clay pipes of the storm/sewer water system below the house needed to be replaced. GEI Plumbing Services team got on it, worked extremely diligently to get these extensive repairs done quickly and expertly. The disruption was significant but mitigated by the sense of urgency to get it all done. GEI Plumbing Services has been back since for a couple of smaller repairs that were also handled very professionally. Highly recommend GEI Plumbing Services.

We have had problems with the sewer drain in front of our garage for years. Although we clean the catch basin out every year during heavy downpours it wouldn’t drain properly and would flood our garage. With the increase in occurrence in heavy rains recently we decided to call GEI Plumbing Services for service based on their positive reviews. Within a couple of hours Terry arrived at our home. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. He was very friendly and polite, explained the issue and installed some parts to improve its functionality. The same night we had yet another heavy rain storm and the water drained away perfectly - no more flooding! Great service!

GEI Plumbing replaced my 34 year old boiler, after extremely helpful discussions with the Head Office and a site-visit. The fitter arrived dead on-time and proved to be exemplary - polite, neat, conscientious, informative and impressively hard-working. The work was completed in a day at the agreed price, despite some problems with the aging radiators and valves - also 34 years old. I had no hesitation in accepting his advice and asking GEI Plumbing to undertake his recommendations to resolve any future difficulties. I would unreservedly recommend this trader.

I knew of Gei plumbing services from previous work done. When I learned that the water pipe coming into my house was lead, I did not hesitate to give them a call. He responded quickly, and the work to convert to copper pipe was completed professionally from start to clean-up. While at the house, a toilet and a bathroom faucet were installed. The crew was knowledgeable and hard-working. The plumber was fair, friendly, honest and trustworthy. We had a few companies come by for an estimate for our leaky basement wall. We found them to be a bit pushy and now too confident with the way they would answer our questions. Gei plumbing services was the most knowledgeable representative. He was able to provide us with options! Which we found to be very helpful in making the decision to water proof our whole house instead of just the leaking section. Yes, one time fix was a bit expensive, however it does save a lot of money down the line if we have a leak elsewhere. The work was down quick, very neat and looks like very good quality. We were always informed of all the steps involved. What was great also is that we were given some other advice on what we could do to ensure we do not get flooded. We will be doing that as well with Gei plumbing services a little later on.

I had a two-inch PVC pipe that was leaking, and I explicitly showed them the exact leak and the pipe it was coming from.
