I called with a blown furnace pump on a Monday morning in December. Within two hours, I had a new pump installed. This is consistent with past experience and, believe it or not, I’ve always been pleasantly surprised when I received the bill.

Its been a year since I hired them to replace my furnace and AC system and wanted to share how great they were to work with. The furnace in the house wed recently purchased had taken a turn for the worst and alot of the competitors in the area either told me they were too busy to bother or were slow to have their sales person estimate numbers on a new system. The staff at Bergeman were realistic with conveying they both had a heavy work load and the importance in helping us out. Sales was nice, efficient and worked with me through technology to quote, confirm and order. The install staff were highly experienced and comfortable to be around which is huge. My home is my office and the furnace is located in my actual office area and this job took two days. It would have sucked if the dude was gross, annoying, talked too much or was lazy so thank goodness it wasnt the case. The office staff is maybe the best part. Follow ups and requests have been a breeze since. All this and it was the best value of anyone who bothered give us a quote. Bergeman rocks in every way. So glad we found them.

We recently purchased a cabin in Minong and had an issue with our hot water while our guests were staying there. Bergemans didnt have availability until two days later, but switched some things around so that a technician could get out there that day. Pam was AWESOME. Very helpful and friendly. We will definitely use their service in the future!!

What a company! From your first contact with Pam on the phone to the technician/Plummers these are wonderful compassionate people. They went out of their way to rearrange schedules and get to my house when I had frozen pipes. The technicians went above and beyond, in Sub-Zero temps, to make sure that my issues were resolved. They did all of this while taking the time to explain things. I cant say enough good things about this company!

As a new cabin owner in the area, we have used Bergemans services on several occasions, including install of a new furnace and central air. They are very professional, on-time and prices are fair. I would recommend Bergeman without hesitation.

Wes came out and tested our AC system for leaks. Repaired a bad connection and re charged the system. Cleaned our boiler while he was here as well. Fast, professional, and fair. Highly recommend.
