I wanted to take time to writer this review of my experience with Central Roofing. I had a water leak coming through my bathroom ceiling fan. Kenny and Zak came out to inspect and were very thorough, professional and thoughtful. I would highly recommend the company based on my experience with them. Time will tell f the issue was resolved, but I am confident that it was as they were very thorough and seemed genuinely concerned. Thanks Kenny and Zak!!

They were amazing. Very professional and assisted which roofing to use for our garage, arrived and completed project on time, were reasonably priced, and did a great job at cleaning up. Even though their schedule was full they worked OT to get our job in before cold weather set it. I would definitely use them again.

Been delivering here for almost 3 years now and never had a issue. They will help knock your edge protectors down to help speed up the unloading. They usually have 2 to 3 forklifts unloading so it goes pretty quick. Recently they also let me break a ton if ice off my trailer and let me use their shovel to remove it from my trailer at their facility. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Roofing Service Department was excellent. Whenever they were needed for reroof work on a commercial building theyre able to accommodate and meet deadlines. There on site foreman Jay was professional and always looking ahead of potential problems. Great communication. After hours service calls are quickly responded to and addressed. Highly recommend their service department for your roofing/maintenance needs.

After hours of rain, we saw that our roof was leaking water into our house. We reached out to Central Roofing near 8pm on a Saturday night and they were extremely responsive. Remmy and Josh helped dispatch two servicemen to our house immediately. Kenny and Eric offered top-notch service! They were able to quickly determine the problem and knew exactly how to solve it. We were very impressed with their knowledge and skillset especially since we live in a very old house with uniquely structured piping, vents and attic walkways. We were glad to work with these total experts and highly recommend them.

Arrived today to unload a load of insulation with my semi. The unloader Chris was awesome! I had to wait a bit because of a couple of trucks in front of me, but the wait wasn’t to bad., And once it was my turn I was empty fast! I Love delivering to customers that are fast unloading! I will definitely come back to deliver there again!

Kenny and Jim arrived exactly on time and spent an hour diagnosing and explaining what the problem was. They applied and dried caulking with a heat gun to fix some popped out nails. They will write a full report to submit to the Association. Several roofs in our Dancing Waters condos are needing replacement. Really professional guys. Totally pleased everything they did and explained to me. Fine employees!

I had a water infiltration problem in my condo unit for years, that seem to be unsolvable. Central roofing was able to diagnose the problem and and complete the work in two days. The two-man crew was knowledgeable and efficient. Cleanup was an unexpected surprise.

After dealing with another company the day before, this was nice. Even though I was warned they were very busy with work when I originally called, they still found time for my small job. They came when they said they would. The two of them were personable (one was Corey). They looked at the roof and seemed honest with their appraisal. They told me what I needed done, they kept it simple. They did not make replacing nails with a more expensive job of replacing all the shingles (I would not know the difference). They then quoted a price. This price included things they found as they fixed the ones they noticed on the ground. They used my own shingles and even helped me move them from their resting place and putting them back. These little things mean a lot to me. They did have a suggestion for some work, gave me an estimate, but said it was not necessary at this time. Was the price reasonable? Such a small job, it is hard to tell.

Had a roof leak above apartment. Dustin D and Kenny H were dispatched to repair the leak. They came the next day after I submitted a request. Found the ice dam that was causing the leak and had it fixed in short time.Central roofing has been doing my repairs now at 2 properties that I have been Maintenance Supervisor. I have never been disappointed. Originally it was Matt Drew that did the scheduling. Now it is Josh Martin. Im extremely happy working with these guys from Central roofing.

Have been using Central Roofing for over 15 years. Always experience exceptional customer service, professionalism, and responsiveness, - without exception. We have a 304 unit townhome complex with 54 buildings in Shoreview, MN. Central Roofing takes care of all of our exterior building maintenance needs. (Roofs, ice dams, attic venting/insulation, siding, etc., etc.) No project is too small or too large, from replacing a broken strip of vinyl siding to total roof replacement on all 54 buildings as a result of hail damage. Mr. Henri Germain, Project Manager, is our contact person. He is always working in his client’s best interest. Our Homeowner’s Association places a very high value on the relationship we have with Mr. Germain and Central Roofing.
