Well what can I say. Glenn was our technician today . He was prompt respectful and overall professional.One of the circuit breakers on the electrical panel kept on tripping , my son and did replace it(google) and it kept on doing the same thing.Glenn got to work asap checking everything until hour and a half later found the problem. Mr. Sparkys technician, James, was wonderful. On a Monday afternoon we called for a quote to move the electronics for our laundry from the lower level of our house to upstairs, intending to move the laundry to a more convenient location. James arrived the next morning as scheduled, very attentively listened to our needs and preferences, and in about a half hour figured out the details of what needed to be done. It took him about 10 minutes to develop the quote price and another 10 minutes to get his price approved by his office. The quote met our expectations, and was much less than quotes I had received previously from two other vendors. I approved the price and James went to work. By midafternoon he was done. In addition to being prompt and competent James was very professional, attentive and intelligent. This was my first encounter Mister Sparky. They will be our first call electricians moving forward.
