Troy is very Professional and Caring. He sent Jake to check out my two ceiling fans, check power box, and exhaust fan in bathroom. Jake is very Professional and caring and provided light at the time he came out on dining room ceiling fan. He left, later that day, Troy gave me exact pricing on repairs, replacements, etc... I agreed to his pricing and Jake came back next day to complete. I Highly Recommend, and especially working directly with Jake for being so efficient and courteous.

I called Prime Electric around 4:30 pm and left a message about a smoking outlet. It had cooled down after we stopped using the appliances. Troy called within 15 minutes and said he could send someone out by 10 the next morning. At 10 am, an electrician was here, showed me the problem and what it would take to fix it. He was very efficient as well as a nice guy! It cost what Troy estimated and I was a happy camper. Feel safe now too! Would definitely recommend!!

My need to call Prime Electric was the result of a poor job done by another HVAC/ Electrician company. This was my first time using Prime Electric and I was really happy with the overall experience. Troy was great to talk to over the phone and very responsive to returning my call to set up specifics. I worked with Jason and thought that he did a great job. Jason was on time, well-trained, knowledgeable, and personable and willing to talk me through his findings and any questions that I had.There was a small miscommunication error wherein the first time, they didnt bring the correct ladder and had to reschedule for another day to bring a lift. I wasnt charged for labor or travel for the first day and would like to voice my appreciation at how competitive their lift charges are. Prime Electric owns its own lift and charges far less than most other companies that have to sub-rent a lift for the job.Overall very satisfied with the quality of work I received, level of communication, and holistic experience while working with Prime Electric. Would highly recommend!

Troy was both personable and professional during the initial call and subsequent estimate for an electrical panel upgrade. The rate was the lowest I found, but the quality of work was exceptional. His crew showed up on time and they were informative, also personable and professional, and they finished the job - including a total and thorough cleanup, before the estimated time frame. Moreover, they found an unforeseen wiring problem and stayed until it was completely fixed. The problem was not included in the initial estimate, but they were up front about any additional charges to address it and did not proceed until they consulted with me. After the job was completed, Troy was prompt with invoices and followed through with every email request from me. Overall, I would highly recommend this company.

I reached out to Troy to get a quote for bringing the electrical in my basement up to code. Troy returned calls promptly and was in constant communication via text message to arrange an onsite visit which was great. He was able to come quote the job within a day or two and returned the quote a few days after that.In my opinion that sort of communication and responsiveness is extremely rare and shows what a true professional Troy is. I was very impressed with the work and so was the city inspector. Inspector talked very highly of the company and how they always do great work on all their jobs. I can definitely understand why he would say that. They are professional, on time, work efficient with quality work. I appreciate their work ethic and I won’t have to think twice if I ever need electrical work done again.

Had Prime out to troubleshoot a partial electric outage in my 100 year old house. Troy sent Jacob (dog friendly) out to take care of the problem. Initially there was an issue finding where the problem existed, so a second trip was required. Even after all the trouble my old house offered up, the price was extremely fair. Ill be calling Prime again for future electrical work.

Over the course of a few weeks, I had tried to find an electrician to help with a project. I couldnt even get a contractor to call me back. Then, I reached out to Prime Electric. Troy responded right away and quoted a reasonable hourly charge (plus materials). The next week, he sent Jacob out to perform the work. Jacob was on time, conducted himself in professional/respectful manner, and best of all did a quality job. Highly recommend!

Brandon came to do the electrical work, he was professional, courteous and left me feeling 100% confident that the job was done correctly. I am happy that my HVAC company chose Prime Electric to work with them and I would call them next time I need an electrician.
