Total professionals all the way. I wanted a 30 amp hookup for my portable generator so we didnt have to run drop cords during an outage, and it was installed and my electrice box brought up to code. Quick on-time service, and they took care of permit and contacting power company to pull the meter.

DeGraaf Electrical did a great job installing a transfer box with a fifty amp plug for my generator. I explained to them what I needed and they explained what they could do to give me what I wanted at the best price. I showed up on time and did exactly what they were ask to do. I got what I wanted for over $3,000 less than another quote from another company. I would recommend DeGraaf to anyone that asks.

DeGraaf Electrical came to our house for an emergency call about our outside power panel sparking. They diagnosed it quickly and gave us a very reasonable price to replace the panel. They started the work that same day because of the dangerous nature of the needed repairs and we had power back on by that evening. They came the next day and finished up a few final details, and they installed a whole house generator plug. They were prompt, courteous, and efficient, and their work was impeccable. We will use them again, and we highly recommend them!

Just had work done for 2 bathroom vent/light combos - one a replacement of an older vent fan in one bathroom and a complete NEW install in another bathroom that did not have a vent fan; Also updated the old toggle switches to rockers for both bathrooms.I am extremely happy with the work & price paid for what I needed done.I was also impressed with how quickly I not only got a date for an inspection for an estimate, but how quickly the work was scheduled to be done once I said yes to the estimate. 😆Both electricians that came out were on time, polite, professional, and above all efficient.I will definitely be calling them again for any future electrical work I need done.Highly recommend them!!!

Likely the most efficient company I have ever done business with. I called after hours, left a voicemail, was called back almost immediately. I was provided a window of when I could expect a technician, they took down my contact information, then I received a text and an email, then a call from the service tech. They arrived at my house on time, provided a verbal ballpark on pricing. DeGraaf Electrical diagnosed and fixed my electrical problem and the price came within the estimate I was verbally quoted. I had to leave before the job was complete, I received a call from the tech, paid the invoice over the phone. This company went above and beyond. Been wanting a generator interlock switch for years! Finally broke down and got a quote from DeGraffe. They were ahead of appointment time (0800) and Nick provided an indepth explanation of all that would be involved. Was provided an estimate the same afternoon! Day of install: FPL was right on time! By the time FPL was up on the pole - Nick and his help arrived ready to work! They planned for 4 hrs and had it done in that time! Nick was very professional from the estimate through total installation! He is an asset to Degraff Electrical and should be give a raise! Great employees are hard to find and you have one in Nick! Overall very happy with the whole experience with Degraffe and FPL!

Nick, our electrician, did an outstanding job removing an obsolete ceiling fan and replacing it with a modern light fixture over our dining room table. He also removed and replaced another obsolete ceiling fan with a modern one. His attention to detail and professionalism were truly commendable.We have used DeGraaf Electrical Service on other occasions as well, including repairing a circuit that was grounded after wild animals had eaten through the wiring insulation, and installing an outlet for our pellet smoker. I had a problem with the electrical system in my garage. There was a short somewhere, the outlets wouldn’t work, and the garage door opener wouldn’t work. I called DeGraaf Electrical Services and Nick came out and assessed the situation and came up with a solution. Nick and his partner fixed the problem, added a few ceiling lights which made all the difference in the world. I could not be happier. I will give DeGraaf Electrical Services a 5 Star rating only because they won’t let me give them a 10 Star rating. DeGraaf Electric did a total rewire of my house from aluminum to copper, replacing the electric panel boxes inside and out. Installed new ceiling fans and new receptacles on my front and back porch. The staff was always very courteous and helpful. Grace and Laura in the office were great! They always responded to me very quickly and the workers were always on time. Daniel and JT, who did the majority of the work were AWESOME! They were very respectful of my property and explained things that were going on and the course of work that was currently being done. DJ, John and Seth were there at various times and were also quite awesome. 😀. I would recommend them to anyone needing any type of electrical work. 5 stars from me!

Matt is amazing! He came out and was so nice and helpful! He arrived early, looked at my stove that had been hardwired into the wall, he didnt have the parts that were needed so he went to Lowes/Home Depot, got the parts and fixed it by putting in an outlet.
