I recently had Andrew from Crowe Electric come out to my home to address an issue with flickering lights. From the moment I reached out, the communication from their team was top-notch. I received a text confirming my appointment, followed by another alert when Andrew was en route, which included a photo of him so I knew exactly who to expect at my door.Upon arrival, Andrew quickly diagnosed the problem, and we decided that a 200 amp service upgrade was the best solution. Throughout the process, the customer service was exceptional. Andrew was not only knowledgeable and efficient but also particularly mindful of our space, ensuring everything was clean and orderly before he left.I am extremely satisfied with the quality of service we received, and will definitely be calling Crowe Electric for any of our future electrical needs. On Saturday night 3/23/24 during torrential downpours our lights started flickering around 7:30 pm. After 15 minutes of this I went to check the fuse box and discovered water leaking into it. After a visit from the fire department they cut the power and had eversource pull the main feed from the house. After calling many electric companies Andrew from Crowe called me back at 8:15 that evening. After explaining and sending pictures to him he had a crew here 9am the next morning. Kevin and Liam work continuous for 8 hours to replace my fuse box, main line outside, and cleaned up all on a Sunday. Amazing. Can’t thank all of them enough. A customer for life
