I purchased a electric dryer. A service tech came out and advised it was the actual electric source that was my problem. The Tech referred me to Twin Electric LLC. I reached out to the company and the person I spoke with said we have someone in your area and they can be there between 2-3. Sure enough someone came. The two techs that came were the most professional, courteous and very efficient. The Electrician took the time to explain what the problem was. The problem was fixed in less than a hour. The company works with you gives you options and spot on with their estimation of cost. I immediately got on the phone with a friend and explained how pleased I was. She intern will be scheduling an appointment next week. Thank you Twin City your company values and service is top tier service.

A few weeks ago I had a tree fall on my house (on a Sunday) and it ripped off a large chunk of the electrical from the side of my house. Out of the 5 electricians I called that day, Twin Electric was the only one who got back to me. As soon as I got approval from my insurance company for repairs, Twin Electric was at my house the very next day promptly at 8 am. I’m extremely grateful and appreciative of their quick response time and excellent repair work. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who’s looking for an electrician.

We had a wonderful experience. The team upgraded our electric panel and installed a generator hookup. They were incredibly easy to work with, responsive by email and phone. Once the job was complete, they walked us through how to use everything. I would highly recommend.

We had a great experience using Twin Electric. John was very responsive and able to quickly make an appointment for both estimate and eventually for the job itself. He was on-time and professional, addressing the many questions that my wife and I had. After the job was completed, he returned to the house when we contacted him thinking that there may be something wrong (it turned out to be unrelated). We will happily use Twin Electric for future electrical needs.
