Fausto was direct, professional, responsive, do quality work and think out of the box to address any challenges. After a gnarly set of Thunderstorms, we had an outlet damaged. Needed to get someone to take a look and replace and was having difficulty getting anyone to respond. Reached out to SAF Electrical and had such a great experience. Quick to respond, quick to meet, reasonably priced, and on top of that, was willing to share what he was doing in terms a non-electrical expert could understand. 10/10 Would recommend and will absolutely be reaching out in the future for any electrical needs.

I like to think Im reasonably handy, so I generally do fairly simple electrical installations myself when needed. Installing 3 lights over a kitchen island was becoming a possible disaster however, so I started googling and phoning electricians that service my area. Most places I rang directed me to voice mail, from which I received zero callbacks. A few had live people answer and take messages, but no-one got back to me, so it was very refreshing to actually get through to Fausto (the owner), and have him book a time with me immediately for the next day (Saturday).Fausto was personable, professional and QUICK! He managed to save my initial botched installation attempt and fix the other light fittings in rapid succession. Also, he was reasonable! Some electricians Ive encountered, will charge you a massive call-out expense, and then bill you additionally for their work. Very impressed! I will definitely be using him again (if hes available), and have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone requiring electrical services.

Fausto installed an EV charger and some lighting. The EV charger project had some challenges due to an unattached garage with outdated wiring. Fausto was more than up to the challenge in proposing and implementing a solution. His pricing is competitive and he is reliable and professional in every way. Wed hire him again in a minute. Highly recommended.

SAF Electrical just installed new recessed lighting throughout my entire house. Fausto did an excellent job explaining the entire process from start to finish. My ceilings are horse hair plaster and if you have ever worked with this material it is extremely fragile and will break and crumble if cut wrong but with Fausto’s experience he was able to install all 11 recessed lights perfectly. I will be using SAF electrical for all my future electrical needs.

Also giving him the hard job on the shortest day of the year he managed to get it tone and the end product is amazing. I will be using SAFs services again in the future.

Fausto at SAF was professional, courteous and was able to come on a weekend on short notice. In very short order he was able to determine that I had lost a phase. He happened to have a 100A Breaker on hand and proceeded to install it efficiently at the electrical supply for the house. A customer really couldnt ask for more.

SAF Electrical came to my house today to repair a dryer outlet that had started smoking. That was obviously a major concern, so I looked up electricians that serviced Milford. I had never needed to call an electrician before so it was kind of a shot in the dark. They were here in what must have only been a couple hours, which for us, was a huge relief as wed been preparing for potentially days or longer without use of the dryer.I really appreciated them showing me what caused the burning and explaining what needed to be done. They fixed it without issue and for what seemed to me to be a lot of work, got it done quickly.We definitely feel a lot safer about that outlet and cant thank them enough for being so responsive.

Very happy with Faustos services. He wired up an outside hot tub that we purchased from New England Spas. Made sure everything was working. Got the permit. Professional, very responsive, and a pleasant, friendly, straightforward manner. A pleasure to do business with.
