    I was referred to Osburn Services by my electrician because I needed someone to evaluate the old generator that came with the house I recently purchased. After inspecting the generator and connections, Jared informed me that it was at least 40 years old but appeared to be in remarkable shape. It started right up, and he confirmed that it was still supplying good power. Jareds expertise was evident as he walked me through the generator transfer steps, and all the items he was inspecting. Instead of just trying to sell me a newer model he patiently explained how I should maintain the generator to keep it running smoothly. I highly recommend Osburn Services to anyone who is interested in purchasing a generator or need expert repair services. In my experience they are an honest and trustworthy company who deserve all the 5-star reviews they have received.

    Osburn Services did a great job installing my Kohler Generator. It was a complicated job with 2 transfer switches.They protected the AC units as well with delayed start.Very knowledgeable. Great can do attitude.

    I took quotes from 5 companies and Osburn stood above the rest. This is a reputable company with a very professional install crew. They follow building code and did it right unlike the poor advice given by the other 4 who I ran away from. I’m like everyone shopping for best price but Osburn was competitive as the others but the BEST VALUE as well. They did ax whole house Kohler which I wanted vs the Generac brand.

    Very professional group of people. The owner Eric came out to help me pick the correct unit went over all the cost with no hidden surprises. The office staff very friendly and helpful anytime I called, to the crew that installed our generator that did outstanding job.     Typically I don’t do reviews. But in this case it really feels worth while. I recently got multiple quotes for whole home generators. Ultimately I decided to go with a Kohler product installed by Osburn Services Inc.I was impressed by the professionalism and expertise Eric brought to the table. It was also refreshing to get a quote from a company thats sole focus is generators. The installation process was clean and concise. It’s music to my ears when it fires up for its weekly exercise cycle knowing in an outage I’m covered.

    I live in Minnesota and have a Cummins 20kW generator. I was having trouble getting it to start and my information screen went blank! I sent an email to Osburn Services and left them a message. Eric got back to me, promptly, on a Saturday, and walked me through fixing my issue. Even though I live 2 states away, he graciously gave me the time and saw my over this hurdle. I would, absolutely, recommend Osburn Services and wish we had someone like them here in MN!

    Osburn does amazing work. I had a very complex job and I had my own Kohler 20K generator for them to install. They had to make a really long gas and electrical run as I wanted my generator on the opposite side of the house that the gas and electric service came in on. It was a big and expensive job but the crew was exceptional and the generator works great.

    I have a Cummins generator that another company determined needed to be replaced due to being burned out during a yearly maintenance check. After receiving four estimates from different companies, all agreeing that it needed to be replaced, I was prepared to pay for a new one when Eric from Osburn Services came to give me the last estimate. However, Eric shared that the generator was in good shape and believed it could be fixed. He arranged for two technicians to come and check it out, and after a couple of hours, they had the generator running. I am grateful to Eric and his team for saving me from the expense of purchasing a new generator.

    I had my furnace cleaned on Friday. Saturday morning the screen was blank on my thermostat, I changed the batteries and still nothing. Only a blinking screen. I contacted Eric about 4:30pm and he walked me thru troubleshooting the reason it was only blinking.I needed to reprogram the thermostat since I put new batteries in it.     From the start of my whole house generator project and acquiring quotes from 6 different companies, I felt most comfortable with Osburn Services. From Jim, my sales rep, Eric, the owner, Chuck in scheduling/parts, to Danielle in the office - everyone was respectful and responsive to my questions (there were many!). I appreciate the staff that installed my generator as they all cared about doing the job right. The generator install was passed by the City of Ann Arbor on first inspection - because they did it correctly the first time. They wont be the lowest bidder, but they will be reasonable and thorough in their quote. Keep up the good work, gang, and thanks again!

    When my power went out, these guys provided a generator that worked efficiently and well. There after-hours service from Eric helped me tremendously! One guy I spoke to from the conpany direct told me it was 8 hours of charging since I left my battery on before I’d get it working but I called Eric instead on the emergency after hours line and he helped me (who has never touched a tool in his life and can’t tell one end of a wire from another) step by step instructions on how to get this back on. Turns out you can’t leave a battery on the on position for three weeks straight 😂. Who knew right? But I am back in my house with powert that is on thanks to Eric and Osborn services and I’ll still be able to work from home tomorrow! (power is still out).

    I sincerely appreciate the amazing customer service and excellent work provided by Eric and his crew for the installation of our generator. I did contact other companies; the other companies quoted prices without even coming out to our house. Eric came out, evaluated our needs, and made sure the generator would work in the area we requested. The crew was out all day after it was found that we needed a new electrical panel (wow, builder error from long ago) Anyways, they replaced the panel and installed the generator which is working flawlessly. You can absolutely trust Eric and his crew to do the job correctly the first time! Thank you again, its great not having to drag out the portable generator every time we lose power!

    Thank you Osburn Services for coming to my rescue. My standby generator was damaged by a brown out Friday night and the temperature in my house was dropping steadily. I called several companys none of which answered. Finally got through to Osburn Services who was finishing up with another emergency. Eric said I will call you on my way. True to his word he called arrived at 11:30 PM and got the generator up an running in 30 minutes. He came back the next with the necessary parts and finished the job. Workmanship and service were exceptional and price very reasonable.

    I was referred to this company from a customer of mine so I gave them a shot at the quote, the owner came out on time as scheduled and provided a very fair price to do what I felt like was a little bit complicated generator install because we have two buildings and the power goes into the garage and then from the garage to the house but The gas meter is on the house. We ended up going with them. They sent out the crew two weeks later. A very nice professional group. they did a good job, installing the generator and cleaning up the mess we were pleased so when I wanted a generator at my Lakehouse, I didn’t hesitate to have Osborne install that one as well along with some other electrical work I needed also pleased with that experience all in all, I would say, this is a good company that take pride in their work, and their prices are fair I recommend using them

    Eric and his company, Osburn Services are among the very best that I have ever dealt with, in any field. Great techs, more than fair pricing, and they always have your back if you need them. After I moved, and brought my generator with me, it developed a problem. Three different companies said I had no choice but to replace it. Eric came out personally to look at it, the day I called. He said not to worry, and had it fixed quickly, and that was that. I would not trust anyone else to service my generator, or purchase one from. Outstanding!

    I just got my new generator installed today by Osburn Services located in Milford ,MI. The technicians (Mike,Nick, Josh, John, and Marq) did a fabulous job. They were very knowledgeable, kind and best all on time. My entire job was done mid afternoon. Job site cleaned up and a wonderful tutorial by Josh.     The crew was phenomenal. They were polite and knowledgeable, explained everything to me what they were doing. When they came in the house they took their shoes off and even were kind to my barking dog that is very protective. They worked through heavy snow it didn’t deter them and cleaned everything up as if they were never here. I will definitely have them back when I need service. A great group of guys!

    On January 19th, Osburn Services installed an 18kW whole-house Generac generator at our home in Whitmore Lake. Josh, Taylor, Chris and Steve arrived as scheduled by 9:30am and the crew worked efficiently on the project until it was completed around 5pm. The guys were all very courteous and communicated well with Val and me all day. Their explanation of the generator was very thorough and they answered all of our questions as they tested the system.     All around fantastic experience! The customer service is impeccable and they were able to do everything I needed professionally and in a timely manner. Got a 20kw generator installed, sub panel, and whole house electric work. I worked very closely with John during majority of the work. Due to my busy schedule, I would sometimes get side tracked but John would always call about scheduling and other issues to keep me apprised and things moving along smoothly. He worked efficiently and knew exactly how to handle any issue and obstacle we came across. They also had my back when working with the power company and helped me get the best outcome when I was unsure of what to do. Overall amazing experience and would recommend them to anyone needing electric work or looking for a generator!
