I was desperate after a storm. Felled trees across the neighborhood hit power lines and sent the area into black out.I was told by Met-ed to call an electrician. After a few attempts to find one I got Kilowatt Electric Co. No false promises. No emergency extra fee. No fast talk. They came assessed the situation, discussed the entire process then got to work restoring my piece of mind and the power. They left the area clean, they were considerate and handled the situation so I could stay calm.When they were done with their work they contacted Met-ed and waited for them. The following day they checked in to make sure I was OK and that everything was working as it should.What an impressive team! They will stay in my phone contact! 👍 👍

We used Kilowatt Electric Co. to install a service disconnect for a new HVAC unit. It’s not easy to find companies to even show up let alone do quality work. Jordan and his crew were punctual and did a VERY PROFESSIONAL JOB. Scheduling jobs can be a nightmare when trying to corrdinate times with homeowners and contractors. Great experience with Kilowatt Electric! Jourdan and his apprentice were extremely professional and efficient. We recently bought a new house and they replaced a bunch of fixtures/ceiling fans and repaired our heating system in the living room. I will be scheduling them again soon to replace another fixture and our wall switches. They even took away fixture boxes and old fixtures so I didn’t have to deal with it. So relieved to find competent and such pleasant professionals that I can count on!!

Very professional work. We are going to use them in the future. We just bought a house and Jourdan and his team were able to make it more comfortable. they repaired and installed multiple items inside and outside of the house. On another note. we tried to reach out to other companies in the area. Some of them would make an appointment and never show up. some of them never return calls. These guys are very very professional in getting back to you, managing your expectations and delivering the final product.PS. one of our outdoor outlets tripped and we did not know how to fix it. These guys really know their stuff. My roject started out small, just install 2 beiling fans in a house I just bought. But as projects do, thsi simple installation suffered mission creep and I kept asking them to do this & do that. They handled it no problem and never minded the additional work. I have used Jourdan for many projects, from commercial (I own a restaurant) to my home, he is an absolute gem! He’s always on time, honest about each job and what it entails, and thorough about his work and clean up afterwards!!! I have been happily using his services for over three years and recently he installed ceiling fans in my home, he will be installing a wired generator at my home, and other projects at my business shortly!!! Just had some wiring upgrades done on the house. The team of electrical professionals from Kilowatt Electric Co. just left my house. Very happy with the quality of work and the customer service provided. The lead kept me up to date on the progress over the two days of the job and there were no surprises. Also, great to see a young apprentice from the local High School learning the trade and getting some hands-on experience. Cant wait to get the quote for the emergency generator and get you onboard for the next project.
