Corey came out to do an estimate for a new furnace. I had 4 estimates and by far, Corey was the most professional, detailed, honest and reasonably priced. He took his time to listen to our wants and needs for our home. We discussed several options and we chose what was best for us. I would absolutely recommend Turner On Services to anyone that needs honesty and professionalism. My furnace gets installed soon. I will review on final work when it is completed. Project has been completed and it was amazing. Thank you so much Corey, Scott, Grant and Marcus. They were great to work with. It may have taken a little longer than had been expected (which my husband and I were fine with) but they took their time to make sure it was done right. Needed electric added to my new pole barn. Called they came out the next day which was a Friday. Provided several options and quotes while standing in my driveway. I had several questions which they answered over the weekend. I gave them an answer on what option I wanted by Tuesday and they were out the following Thursday to complete the job. Super easy to deal with and get along with. Very good and clean job. Money well spent and I will use their other services when needed. Thanks!

Alex was wonderful and fixed the problem with my furnace. After he finished it, he did a check on my Heating And Air Conditioning and found a problem with the plug on my air conditioner that I wasn’t aware of and he fixed it as well. It could’ve been a huge problem for me later. I highly recommend Turner On. Emily and Cierra in the office have been very helpful and Cory has been incredible helping me discover a problem before my warranty ran out on my furnace. I am sincerely grateful. I also want to express my sincere gratitude to Joe for fixing my Generac. He worked Tyler to figure out what was the problem and resolved it for me. I’m very impressed with all the workers at Turner on. Thank you.

I required a HVAC company to inspect my gas furnace b-vent pipe for possible breakdown of liner components. I contacted a few companies before finding Turner On HVAC willing to take on the task. Scott is a well-experienced technician, and he was able to determine right away that the flue piping from the Cap on the roof to the furnace and water heater needed replacement. He was very inclusive putting together an estimate for the work with team member Alex during the original home visit.The work was promptly scheduled. Scott and another team member Grant arrived on time to perform the actual replacement in less than three hours. All of the team members worked well together during the whole process including the office staff.The breakdown of the piping system was a real safety issue and Im glad I was able to find a HVAC company willing and able to complete the work in such a timely manner. Job well done!!

This is 2 reviews in one. First for electrical work, then for a furnace tune-up.Turner On Services has been great to work with. First of all, I have called them numerous times and never once had to leave a voice mail message. They answer the phone every single time. How many other companies do that? Everyone my wife and I have spoken with has been very professional and courteous. We have dealt with Sierra and Emmaly over the phone and met Olivia in person at their shop. All 3 have been excellent to work with. Darius came to our home right at the appointment time to give us an estimate to have a whole house surge protector installed. After looking at our main electrical panel and the outside meter base, he convinced us they should be replaced as well. They are 34 years old and the panel shows signs of damage and no longer meets code. He thoroughly explained the process and answered the many questions we had. This job required that Turner On Services, Duke Energy, and the Clermont County building inspector be available on the same date. Turner On Services arranged all of that. On the day the work was done, Mario and Austin showed up on time and did an excellent job. We were told we would be without power for about 6 hours and that was pretty accurate. Mario answered many new questions we had.Turner On Services gave us a complimentary furnace tune-up a couple weeks later and we were very impressed by Corey who performed the tune-up. He was everything you could hope for in a technician: prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and an excellent communicator. He seemed beyond overqualified to do this job as he told me about his experience in the field. He is top-notch and I would highly recommend him and Turner On Services for any electrical or HVAC needs you may have. I received a text message alerting me whenever they were on their way to my house which I also appreciated.

Great Service and repair experience at a very reasonable/fair cost. Corey and Bryson performed a very thorough annual inspection on my Heat Pump. During the inspection it was determined there was a restriction (Heat Pump was working but not efficiently). Bryson and Grant returned for the repair once materials arrived and completed the repair in less time than was estimated. Turner On is now going to be performing my annual inspections.

From the time the staff picks up the phone they’re immediately invested in your situation and there to help. From having The Electrical Side of Turner On Services come out, to assess our electrical panel, to the HVAC Side coming out. They quickly figured out what was wrong within (5) Minutes. (2) other HVAC Companies completely Missed Twice. I mean how hard is it to do the job you’re hired to do. This is who I believe in!The other two companies just wanted to change the TXV Valve, due to difference in pressures from outside and inside, and that’s it! I trusted no one after dealing with several companies that could’ve quite literally just taken my money and been done, without correcting the actual issue. The install was a hack job, even the PVC Piping drain from the drain pan to the house drain.Duke Energy was okay with me paying $600 per month for electricity, with no suggestions/answers/solutions/assistance, when our bill prior to the power surge, was $220 Max.It was found that probably during a power surge, the power line to the heat pack in our system, popped off. It soldered itself to the metal work in the system causing (free flowing electricity) from the line, at an alarming rate, and the heat pack caught fire. Very scary for me and my family.Turner On Services fixed the issue, using the parts warranty (System Installed 08/23), checked the system for other issues, drained the lines, filled with nitrogen, found no leaks, and then refilled with new refrigerant. They even fixed the PVC Pipe Drain Angle coming out from the drip pan to stop the water from leaking into the floor of our basement. Above all, they PROVIDED A VERY VERY FAIR PRICE!I only trust Turner On Services now. They actually did everything they said they would do and it corrected the issue with a proper diagnosis, I will ALWAYS be a client of theirs, from now on!Thank you, I appreciate you! My family also is very thankful for cool air and much more comfort for my little ones. God Bless!Provided a photo of damage by power surge and KWH Usage the day before the fix, and day of the fix. Just amazing when someone knows how to do their job! 🙌🙏

Our 19 year old A/C until suddenly stopped cooling so I went to Google search to find someone to with reasonable pricing to come check it out, fully expecting to be told it would need to be replaced. Corey came out the next morning. On time, beyond courteous and very knowledgeable. Within a few minutes found the problem. No need to replace as of now. It was a simple part, which he replaced, as well as a full inspection of the unit. Absolutely no pressure sales on anything. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend them to anyone.

I could not be happier with Turner On Electric! I had a unique ceiling fan problem and you would not believe the lengths they went, in order to resolve my problem! I loved the “this isn’t going to beat us” attitude! Everything from the initial phone call to completion of the job was top notch. They are the ONLY electricians I will ever use! Thank you, Turner On Electric!Edit: If you think I am happy with Turner On Electric, let me tell you how happy I am with Turner On HVAC!!!!! I have a 5 year old furnace and AC. In that 5 years, I have used 4 different local HVAC companies for the yearly tune up on both systems. The first one spent 10 minutes here so I was done with him. The second one had to charge me to correct what the previous guy did (in only 10 minutes he did that much wrong??? I think not!).The third company (the supposed experts) had to charge me a bunch as his tale was the system was not installed properly to begin with. With this fix, my AC did not get below 86 degrees upstairs the entire summer. I had to have some relief so I called Turner On. Corey is an absolute GENIUS!!! I explained the history and he knew exactly what was wrong, and had it fixed in no time!!! I waited 2 Duke Energy billing cycles (as I couldnt believe the first one!) and whatever Corey did to fix this, also fixed my energy bill! I have seen generous reduction in my bill! These folks are the REAL DEAL! The girls couldnt be any nicer! The communication is the best! They are on time! They take the time to explain everything to me! They are reasonably priced! If they add, plumbing, they will be one stop shopping for me!! Do yourself a favor and dont waste time, money, nor effort calling anyone else. Turner On Services is TOP NOTCH!

I had to call because my range would not come on. Sierra answered and was very concerned. They were out within an hour. So nice and professional. Turns out…the 220 switch got turned off. Amazing people and service. I’ve nothing but good to say about this company. From start to finish on an entire re-wire in a 4000 sq 200+ year old home they exceeded my expectations. And let me say it was not an easy job with the plaster and lathe/ knob and tube existing wiring. Even the office staff I talked to on the phone were very helpful and knew in detail about my job and answered any questions that I had. I hired Turner On Electric to repair the mast and replace the panel as well as install GFI ground protection on my 70 year old home. They came and gave me an estimate and answered all my questions and concerns. They did a complete estimate in a timely matter. On the day of the repairs they sent at least 6 electricians. They were all very courteous. They explained what they were going to do and kept me informed. They cleaned up when they were finished and even reattached a downspout that was down even though it was down before they arrived. They called the county inspector for approval and notified Duke energy to make a repair that resulted from a storm. Joe Turner (owner) came to give estimate for a repair of cable/connection to our pool system. In addition we wanted to install several outdoor lights and do some general repairs to outdoor outlets. We also had a remote connection installed to our pool unit so we did not have to go out the equipment ever time we turned on lights. Work was done quickly and professionally. We had an issue with our pool unit switching off shortly after the work was done. Joe came out quickly to address the issue. This was actually an issue not related to the work they had done but with condensation tripping an original breaker repeatedly. He confirmed with a HVAC college and replaced the breaker with the correct part which fixed the issue. Service was above and beyond. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use their services again.

We have been looking for a long time to wire up an outside outlet for our generator, due to being sick and tired of the extension cord game with young children. We finally decided to pull the trigger and get some quotes. I am a big fan of using local companies because I believe that you should support your local businesses and get a lot better service is my experience from the past. My wife and I met the owner of Turner On Electric Joe when he came to the home for an evaluation and quote. He is a very professional person and takes the time to understand what I want to be done. What we liked about Joe is he took everything into account and noted that the panel that fed all my home is very sub-par, and there is a reason they do not make them anymore. I opted to make this project a little bit larger. He quoted me two options on-site, one being just the generator outlet into my panel with an interlock, and another with the same as the first and replacement of my old out-of-date sub-par panel. Quotes came back, and it was an excellent price for all the work to be performed. When I accepted the quote, we just assumed that the time frame for the work to be completed would be maybe a week or two so they could get parts and stuff. I was shocked when he said, what are you doing tomorrow. The next day Turner On employees Marcus and Mario came to the home at 0900hrs, and all the work was completed around 1230hrs. Per my wife, they were very professional and courteous and cleaned up the workspace well despite a 2-year-old wanting to help (they should have put him to work). Today when I got home from work, I decided to try it all out to make sure everything worked appropriately and evaluate my generator needs further.
