Craig was extremely professional, helpful, thorough, and pleasant. Couldnt ask for anyone better. During installation, my wife and I decided that our original choice for where to put the Mitsubishi heat pump was going to block our view. Service manager Brett came up with a solution. Tingley doubled the crew size and worked late into the evening to complete the installation in the new location. The OWNER even showed up on scene to help with the electrical work. It was amazing. Heat pump up and running smoothly thanks to this amazing company.

From arriving on time and putting on “shoe booties” floor protection … all the way through clear explanations, replacing all my aging carbon monoxide and smoke detectors, plus replacing under cabinet lighting, the work was done with care, and I am very happy with the results. Just had Tingley Come out and do some routine maintenance on my furnace. They followed up with emails and text messages of who was coming to my house with a photo and a background on the technician that was to do the service. Brett was professional and polite. he answered all of my questions and was courteous of the house by adding boot covers when walking thru. Highly recommend and will follow up this review for when i get a quote for updating my A/C.

This was our first experience with THS. Over the weekend, our 10-year-old fire alarm system was beeping too much and we needed to replace it as soon as we could. Setting up the initial visit, via their website using CHAT, was prompt and easy to do. The prompt, Monday morning follow up call from THS to confirm our appointment was reassuring. Anthony and his assistant, Troy, showed up right on time. They were very professional, knowledgable, friendly and efficient. They updated our fire alarm system and did a 12-point review. We are happy customers and would definitely use them again.

I rarely leave reviews, especially positive ones.Both of our ACs did not blow cold when we first turned them on this summer. I frantically called around for an emergency tune up, thinking only a refrigerant refill was needed. Tingley was able to come the next day--so i booked them, having never heard of them.Brett was the field tech who assessed both my systems-My first impression of these guys was that they were extremely professional, quiet, clean and thorough. Unfortunately, Brett had only bad news for me. Everything was broken. Being naturally suspicious (in general), i asked a couple questions which he was able to easily answer. Him and his partner took the time to explain everything, and showed true compassion and care as they knew this would be a costly fix. It just so happened that their sales guy, Craig Nunes, was in the area and could stop by to quote me some news condensers and air blowers, the whole shebang...Craig showed up promptly, and like Brett before him, wore shoe covers and treated my home and space with respect. He did his thing and had 4 options for us within the hour. These options ranged from high end to economical. They also included different kinds of systems, from ACs to heat pumps, and with different options and manufacturers.I NEVER sign on the spot. Never. But I am also myself in capital equipment sales, in Biotech, and could tell he was being honest, transparent, and (thankfully) not pushy. He explained my financing options, rebates, science stuff about ACs etc. One option in particular stood out and the financing was hard to resist-- so i signed on the spot (again, not something i do for this kind of money).Within ONE Business day i had 4 trucks in my driveway with a large crew of guys ready to start, led by Daniel. Again-professional, clean and QUIET (I work from home and take important customer calls). They installed 2 air handlers and 2 condensers as well as some lines and I never heard the guys. Not a speck of dust anywhere. No nicks or dents anywhere. Clean, quiet, communicative, respectful.Best service I have gotten in a while, by a landslide. I wish more people ran their business like this. I hope management sees this review-- and i hope they understand sales starts with their field guys, Brett. The professionalism he (and then Craig) exuded was greatly appreciated. Great job, Brett, Craig, Daniel and crew! I love my systems and my home feels amazing.

As David told me after the job was complete, he was expecting to come to my house to swap out a few defective breakers. When he opened the panel door it looked like a pinball machine with lights flashing on all the breakers.After some diagnosis David and his crew were able to determine that components of the outside meter had corroded, causing one of the two leads going into the panel to deliver just a small fraction of the power it should have. Left untouched, it could have potentially led to a fire.The meter had to be replaced, new wires run up the side of the house, grounding poles buried, and more.But the review, as it should be, is about David, Zack, and the other fellows who were part of Davids crew for the better part of eight hours.Soup to nuts, David methodically worked out a parts list, gave me an estimate, then worked with me to get financing for what turned out to be a very large job. While the financing was pending he made multiple calls to secure all the parts, dispatched guys to get them and then began the work at hand.Throughout, David demonstrated he knew exactly how to systematically perform the work, showed strong leadership to his crew, was both friendly and polite to me, and most important, got the job done before the skies turned dark.Well done, and so grateful I was able to qualify for deferred interest financing as it was a very expensive job. Otherwise I might have been sitting in the dark for a good long while. Hopefully Ill win the next Powerball drawing.

We were extremely pleased with the quality and professionalism of Tingley’s work. Our lead technician Liam was the consummate professional and seemed extremely knowledgeable. He patiently explained everything they did in plain language.We called Tingley asking them to look at our electrical panel, which our inspector had said wasn’t in the best of shape. We knew we had issues, but didn’t know how big those issues were or that we were lucky not to have had an electrical fire in the three years since we bought our house. They got us scheduled immediately to install a brand new panel, meter box and outdoor wiring and bring everything up to code. We also had them install a generator hookup and bought a portable Generac. The work was expensive but we feel very confident that they did it right and we won’t have any further issues with our electrical system. We will absolutely be calling Tingley again for future work and requesting Liam again. Next time we buy a house, we will also be calling them to inspect the electrical system before we close so we really know what we are getting.

Tingley had installed a new A/C & Heat Pump system in the spring. Mid-October was the first time we used the heat pump - and it didnt work properly. When I contacted Tingley, they offered to send someone that same afternoon, but I was unavailable, so we agreed on the the next day instead. The technician (Alex) came within the time frame specified, fixed the problem and was away in under an hour. He also changed the A/C filter while he was here. Kudos for the excellent customer service, but it would have been even better had the original installation been perfect to begin with.

Nick Horton arrived on time to assess a couple of electrical problems in our home. First, our pool heater was struck by lightening and he figured out how to fix it very quickly. Second, we have had an ongoing electrical problem for at least 5 years that was difficult to diagnose. Nick was the 4th electrician we hired to try to sort it out. After describing to him that our TV/living room and dining room circuit breaker tripped frequently and the only way to fix it was to unplug the microwave in the kitchen of our great room, Nick and I went to the circuit breaker panel downstairs and discussed all possibilities. He explained his ideas and the workings of the electrical panel in very clear terms and answered all of my questions. He replaced a few items and voila -- the breaker has not tripped since he left 10 days ago! FYI -- it was tripping everyday since the last electrician changed a couple of breakers. His solution made a lot of sense and seems to be working well. The charge of ~$1,300 was well worth it as we can now use our house without having to run to the basement daily to reset things after unplugging the microwave. All systems are working well. As part of the new customer home inspection, Nick found a few issues and convinced us to match all of our breakers to the panel brand for each of two panels. That set us back $2,800 but hopefully, it will keep the system working safely and smoothly for another 10-20 years. Nick was polite, friendly, well-informed, respectful and very easy to work with. I highly recommend him for your electrical needs! Thank you, Nick!!

The downside is that they were expensive - I think I paid 30-50% more than necessary IF I could have accessed another electrician. But finding electricians who are responsive is hard and Tingley responded quickly, and followed through in a very professional manner. The work that they did was outstanding- upgrading my house electrical panel, bringing everything into code & putting in a switch for a backup electrical circuit. Previously the circuit panel was a mess, they put in something that was super neat, organized and easy to manage. They also replaced the electric meter outside (upgrading to code). The electrician himself, Dave Diehl, was super nice, were well spoken, very clear and very professional. So - great work, but very, very expensive.

Because the work would take a lot of time, inside and outside the house, we arranged for a day when he and his crew would return to do the work. When he and his crew were finished and had cleaned up, Liam showed me how the new panel and smoke alarms worked and asked me if I had any questions. It was a big job that needed to be done, and I am very grateful to Liam and crew for their hard work and for the excellent results.

Great guys to work with! We called early afternoon and they were able to come over within the hour to install an outlet for a Tesla charger. Showed up on time, gave several options with their prices, and quickly completed the job. The work is well done and looks great (which wasn’t the case with our older work). I had a great experience with Tingley Home Services! I needed some light switches changed out for smart switches, so I called them up. I saw good reviews and saw that they were local, so I went with them. I didnt end up doing too much shopping around for prices, but I was very satisfied with the service. The electricians were friendly, knowledgeable, and got the job done.As someone who is pretty comfortable with DIY and smart home setup, I was able to set up the switches myself, but the Doug (the lead electrician for my visit) did offer to help and from chatting I knew that he was well versed with various smart home systems.On a separate occasion, I also had them do some maintenance on my heating system. I called all over, but everyone else was booked for maintenance out until January (but there was still openings for service)! Tingley was able to schedule an appointment within the week, which was great!My only complaints would be that they do not give quotes over the phone and you have to pay for them to come out before they can give you any other pricing information. When they did come, their prices were definitely a little higher than what I had gotten from other companies as well. However, the quality of service and availability of scheduling was top notch, so you are definitely getting what you pay for!

Had them back for quotes on heat pumps and appliances. Very thorough with lower quotes than others. We are going with them.

Great experience! Called first thing in the AM due to an unresponsive pool pump. They showed up right on time, did their evaluation and gave me a fair price to fix the electrical issue that was causing the problem. During the repair process, they identified one quoted item that wouldnt be necessary (my existing breaker was functional) -- They let me know, and took that item off my bill. Perfect from end-to-end.

After production on a home project was halted for 3 weeks due to an electrician ghosting us after doing some of the rough work, I called in Tingley as found on a local FB reference board. I was put in their schedule for the following week. They were very prompt (got notification when they were on their way and could even track the truck), came and did the rough work quickly and very cleanly. Scheduled the final work another week out and they did a fabulous job. Professional, very clear pricing and an amazingly clean work site. They will be the first electrician I contact for future jobs!

Service was friendly and professional. Liam described the diagnosis steps, proposed resolution and costs very clearly . He didnt seem rushed in order to stay within estimated time, especially since it was for a fixed price. He even asked me if there was anything else that I needed looking at, once he had finished the first job. Best thing was the shoe covers he used whenever he entered my house, which is really important since we have wood floors.

The electrician we had, Liam Walker, was superb. He was punctual, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He identified what our electrical problems were, he easily explained what needed to be done and what our options were and then effectively fixed them. Jason and his assistant were absolutely amazing. They installed a whole new electrical panel, light fixture, and new outlet. They were very patient in answering questions and explaining why we needed this upgrade, as well as explaining the different options available. They were quick, efficient, neat, and considerate. They even made sure to keep our Wi-Fi up and running while the power was off. The finished electrical panel was a work of art. They also made recommendations on items that needed to be repaired or upgraded next time. Working with them as well as Tingley Electric Services is confidence inspiring. I contacted Tingley for a problem with a line of outlets. They came in on the next day and got it fixed. The electrician Jason was very professional and friendly. He quickly found out what went wrong and got the problem fixed. In addition, he also explained to me what exactly caused the problem and gave me a lot of tips. I really enjoyed the time when we had Jason in the house. Really appreciated!

I have been a customer of Tingley for several years now and was thrilled when they started to do HVAC work. Every technician that has done work for me has been professional, and knowledgeable. But more than that, they explain what needs to be done and give you an honest assessment. They take the time to answer all your questions and advise when it’s best to make repairs versus replacing. I wish more companies were like them.

Having worked with Tingley before and being very happy with their services I called them again this time to check out an issue with a breaker on the main panel. I scheduled an appointment for later in the week but they called later in the day to check if they could come the same day, as they had a cancelation. The techs came soon after and were very professional. They looked into the issue and provided the options and cost for each before starting the work. They kept me posted at every step and explained what needed to be done and why, but leaving the decision to me. They worked diligently, walked me through the work they did and were curtious and service minded. I can recommend Tingley to everyone and will definitely use them in the future, for any electric needs.
