Finished on time even with some delays in tile installation... a feat you dont hear about often in this industry! Thanks Mark + team!Highly recommend Heinze Service Group!! They’re prompt in reply and estimate requests, neat, nice and fair. And, a family owned and operated business so you get to know who you’re working with and don’t feel like you’re working with a new person everytime you need something. Mark rewired our entire house when we remodeled the house. He converted 60 Amp to 200 Amp and the boxes that went with it. He did inside wiring, inside lights, fans and outlets, outdoor wiring, outdoor lights and outlets. He prevented our house from flooding during Hurricane Irene when he delivered a generator when our house lost power and the sump pump was without power. Mark has helped my son and his wife when plumbing froze and they needed additional electrical work and for their house.

First of all, this is long overdue! We had an emergency with our panel and started calling local companies. As soon as we called Heinze they answered right away and came to the house. He found what the problem was but it required the power company to come and fix it since it was outside the house. Mark was amazing! The power company was at my house the day before and told us we needed an electrician. Mark anticipated this would happen again and he said he would come back when they arrived. He did, he told them where to look. They found the problem and fix it. There was work to do inside but Mark had us back and running right away.I recommend this company and its service! The level of attentiveness and support he provided is one you dont get often and we truly appreciate it!!! Thank You!
