I am a first-time home buyer, and the inspection found that the electrical system required a 100 to 200 AMP update as well as the washer and dryer outlets needed repairing. Toner Electric was able to come on short notice to provide my home-buying team with a quote so we could move forward with the sale which was critical for our holiday timeline!I followed up with them about 10 days before closing, to schedule the work for the day after closing. They came in with a team and did everything in just one day! I am so grateful for their flexibility in scheduling, quick execution, and providing an honest and accurate quote from the get-go. I felt safe and comfortable with the whole team and through the entire process.

I feel lucky to have been able to work with Toner Electric at two different properties. Frank and Russell were very professional and understood what I wanted right away. They hooked up a radon remediation system at one property, and guided me in purchasing the correct car charger for the other, which they then installed. The service was scheduled promptly, they arrived when promised, and they did a great job. They even stayed to make sure I could access the new car charger from my phone, which I could probably not have done on my own. Thank you!

Toner is a great company to do business with. We purchased a generator last year. it was delivered and installed in a timely fashion. The price was fair and the service was amazing. Frank personally delivered the generator and instead of just dropping it off he spent a good amount of time teaching us how to use it. This was very important to me because its not something you have to use every day.

Toner recently installed an electric car charger for me in my parking area. Frank spent the time understanding exactly what I wanted and what was needed. His crew showed up punctually and took care of the installation quickly and professionally. Just trying to get the bids from the other electricians was hard work! Frank was so easy to work with and, yes, his price was the best! I cant tell you how pleased I am with the whole experience!

I had a few questions about lighting and they listened and waited until they were sure I had my answers. I have used Toner Electric many times for our house and our rental house. They have fixed bad wiring in our kitchen, added outdoor motion detector lights, and run electric to a new pool heater. They communicate well, always show up when they say, and leave everything clean when they leave. I highly recommend them.

We have a Generac generator that was installed years ago by Toner. It has saved us during snow storms and a hurricane. The winter that everyone lost power in a winter storm, we actually felt guilty being one of three houses in our neighborhood to have lights...etc... I always count on Jeff to service the generator. He is always prompt, courteous and gets the job done!Thank you to Scott, Jeff and the entire Toner crew!UPDATE September 2021. Jeff and Steve did it again today! They showed up right on time --- to the minute to service our Generac generator. We are headed into another year with full confidence that our generator will be all set for any power outages. A few weeks ago National Grid changed the cable coming from the pole to our house. They told me the house connection (which was installed in 1961) was in bad shape and needed to be replaced (though not an emergency). I immediately called Toner Electric and they came right away to see the problem and to give me a cost estimate which we thought was reasonable. The work was completed about two weeks later in about four hours and they did an excellent job. The town electrical inspector reviewed the installation and gave it an OK about an hour after the work was done. I will certainly consider them for future work and recommend them to others.
