Couldnt have been happier with our experience with L-Train Electric. We recently purchased a home generator and the entire team was great to work with from Sales to Install to Back Office. L-Train handled everything with a high degree of workmanship and professionalism. Although we didnt end up needing it, they made sure everything was completed before Hurricane Henri which added great peace of mind. We really felt like everyone was looking out for us and so happy we chose L-Train. Highly recommended.

They explained the install process and the time frame from start to finish. They delivered on all their promises and had the generator up and running when they said they would. when they were done, the work area was cleaned up and they showed me the generator operation. I would recommend L-Train for your generator installation.

I wish I called L Train first! Back in September 2019 I called a different generator installation company for a standby generator. They were quick to send out a salesperson for a quote. When asked how long till it can be done I was told there was a 3 month wait due to high demand and at least 13 customers ahead of me. I thought that was a long wait but okay I’ll be patient. Mid December comes and still no call, I contact them and I’m still not on the appointment schedule yet.. okay. Now beginning of February is here, nearly 5 months after their quote, I call and still about 13 customers ahead of me..that was it. I found L Train Electric and they were very pleasant to talk to and came out for a quote within a few days of my call. When I asked the same question about installation time I was pleased to hear about 2weeks from this quote. I called the other company and canceled my install. In a total of 3 weeks with including separate scheduling with the propane company, we had a fully installed standby generator plus a 200amp upgraded service done to the house that was very neatly done by a great crew who were professional and had no problem answering any questions I had.

Last year I had Jason and his crew from L-Train LLC install a Generac Generator in my house. The crew was amazing, personable, and professional. They installed the job in less than a day total time.Fast forward one year. Hurricane Isaias strikes CT leaving me without power for a week. I had a few questions for Jason and messaged the L-Train Electric Page because it was the weekend. Jason not only replied and walked me through the process but he checked back with me to make sure everything was ok. If this is not a way to conduct a great business I do not know what is. All my electrical work will be done by L-Train if it is needed.

Installed Generac power generator. The entire process was well coordinated. Pricing for COMPLETE installation start to finish was excellent.Jason at LTrain supplied all necessary licensed workers. Job included a cement base installed by LTrain, the unit , gas and electrical. Jason’s brother Bill a licensed electrician oversaw every aspect of the install. All went perfectly well. Katy at the home office provided all paperwork and necessary coordination. LTrain has a generator service organization who will take care of annual maintenance. A wonderful friendly organization. Many residents here also purchased back-up generations based on LTrain performance and pricing.Clinton Ct-

L Train installed a automatic propane generator system in my in-laws home since the significant medical equipment they currently have needs the back-up. Not only was the installation very professional and the sales/service experience exceptional, but they stopped by today (since this significant storm is coming) several months later, to make sure all was working correctly; to test the system and make sure the propane amount was adequate. We had not expected this level of service and the family is proud to have spent the money with them, locally.In this age of Amazon Prime, everything to your door without have to talk to a person, its heartwarming to know the people behind the service, not just the product, care about their customers.Thanks again. The gentleman who paid us a visit to give us an estimate on some work was beyond excellent. Hes extremely personable. Clearly defined a potential project. Opened the door to Future projects. When we are ready to go forward well probably go with these guys based on first impressions. Ill add that their rates were reasonable as well.

L-Train installed a whole house generator w/transfer switch at our home. From our original meeting with Katy through the final inspection process, everything went smoothly.L-Train does a LOT of generators. They are very well organized and very professional; they did our installation in less than a day and the job was flawless. The town building inspector told me that, although most companies installations pass inspection, he finds that L-Train consistently does the best work. Highly recommended!
