A car accident across the street from me damaged a pole, which pulled the main service line off the side of my house. This was early on a Saturday morning, and I was worried about finding a trustworthy electrician to make an emergency repair. Jeremy was highly recommended to me by a family member. I spoke to him, sent him pictures of the situation, and he came out on the same day to make repairs. As promised, he restored power that same day! He kept me informed each step of the way, clearly explained the problems and solutions, answered my questions, alleviated my concerns, and was very personable. He ensured everything else was also up to code and even followed up with me the next day. I feel very fortunate to have found such a competent, trustworthy, and personable electrician, which is not easy. I highly recommend him to anyone! Thank you again Jeremy

Had no power in one room when rough the breaker was on. Within 30 minutes of calling (on a SUNDAY afternoon) Jeremy was there and within an hour I had the power restored and a ceiling light installed in my sons room.Update November 21, 2024. Since the last post Ive had two ceiling fans, a flood light, Range Hood, several switches and a smart thermostat put in (all done by Peter). Couldnt ask for better results again!Cant recommend enough!!!

I cannot thank Jeremy and his team enough for their lightning fast, courteous and professional service! I had some electrical work done by another company (**ello) and they half a$$ed it so when I plugged something in after they left we blew the whole circuit. I called the company back and they said their next appt was Monday or Tuesday...this was on a Friday. My BF called JMP and Jeremy had a technician out in about an hour. Very knowledgeable and he double checked everything the other company had done and made the appropriate fixes. Power to the outlets was restored quickly and he explained stuff as he was doing it. Jeremy did a ton of work at our house over the course of a few weeks. Installed overhead lighting, dimmer switches, ran new circuits, etc.Jeremy always arrived when he said he was going to, and let us know days in advance if a day didnt work. He did solid work, worked faster then expected, but always took the time to cleanup after he was done.

We experienced an issue when our TV was being mounted. I contacted Jeremy about the issue and he went above and beyond to rectify the problem, going so far as to even come over that night to fix what went wrong himself, ensuring that the TV was mounted perfectly. He was extremely professional, kind and helpful. Despite the issue we endured, Jeremy’s outstanding professionalism has made me a lifelong customer. Would recommend him, specifically, to anyone. Jeremy is a top notch electrician. He professionally installed a new 240v line in our garage for an EV charger, no easy task given the distance of the run, passage through an inaccessible breezeway ceiling space, and maneuvering a heavy 6 guage cable. The job was excellent start to finish, from the instant response to my estimate call to quick scheduling and completion , with very clear and personable communication along the way. He will definitely be my go to electrician going forward!

I spoke with Jeremy on the phone, where he gave me an accurate and in depth quote. He went over all the items needed for my inspection requests, looked at photos, and made sure everything could be done. His employee Peter came out and did all the necessary repairs. Mystery short in an extremely old house. Breaker kept going off even after replaced with a new one. Though I called late, Jeremy called me right back after I left a message and had someone over first thing in the morning. Had to track down short. Did not try to sell me new wiring I didnt need. Austin was honest, resourceful and very respectful. Will call them again and recommend them to others. Price was reasonable and I didnt mind paying it. That says a lot.

Our power went out in the kitchen in the very early morning. Jeremy not only answered but came out and found the issue ( going on the back deck) that made the breaker trip. AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING Business! I called at 8PM and described our issue. The person who answered the phone (on the second ring) advised we cut off power immediately and call Eversource right away and even gave us their phone number. He stayed on the phone with me while I found the circuit breaker. I will be recommending them to anyone that will listen. My Mother in Law already asked for their number. It pays to be an honest business!!! If I stilled lived in CT I would be their biggest cheerleader!!

If I could give Jeremy and his team 10 stars I would, they are simply that good! He has installed recess lighting in both of the houses we have owned. Both houses we have owned have a light switch connected to an outlet. He installed new lighting and made sure that the wiring to the outlet works without a switch. He did this for both our living room and upstairs master bedroom. We also asked him if he would install a generator plug outside as well. He installed it and made sure we knew A.) how to run the generator. B.) How to turn the panel off and switch the main breaker on for the generator and C.) Made sure he labeled all breaker switches we were able to use while using the generator to power the house.I will never use anyone but Jeremy and JMP Electric moving forward on any electrical for my house. I would highly recommend him and his company. He is just simply amazing. Look no further when looking to have someone do your electrical. You really wont find anyone better.
